Terrible laundromat. Rude customer service. If you want your soiled or stained items to come clean, you must pay for another complete cycle. The owners have all the maxhines rigged so as to NOT accept quarters. This means you can not use the better, longer cycles or the extra rinse because those cycles cost .25 or .50 cents extra, and the machines' quarter slots are TAPED OVER! so a basic load is 3 dollars, a super-load with a longer wash time, and the extra rinse cost $3.50. This class act has the slot for quarters TAPED OVER, thus disallowing the customer to select his/her choice of wash cycle. In the large capacity machines, you can only select the BASIC wash! All the other cycles require extra quarters, but the slot is taped over! Typically, customers use these super- capacity machines for oversized items like blankets, comforters, rugs, and heavily soiled laundry. Basic won't cut it. So how do the owners use this strategy to rip us off, you ask? Firstly, it forces their paying customers to use the shortest cycles, so they will get out and free up their machine for the next victim. Why victim, you ask? LADY ON PHONE IS REALLYYYY RUDE!!!! HUNG UP ON US WHILE ASKING A COUPLE DIFFERENT QUESTIONS. GOT EXTREMELY FED UP WHEN ASKING QUESTIONS AND FOR CALLING BACK AFTER SHE HUNG UP ON US. Also kept asking why we were called her despite us telling her we just had some important inquiries then rudely hung up in the middle of the conversation. This place was disgusting, staff was very rude, standing right in your face as you put your clothes in the machines....no personal space at all!! When you ask for change they want you to put all your clothes in first before handing you change. The machines were so dirty on the outside, floor is so filthy, looks like nothing has ever been washed. They give you change in a cup that has been used many times. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Located in a great neighbourhood. It's easily one of my favourite places to do laundry. The staff is very friendly and helpful if you need advice on getting stubborn stains out. They offer wash, dry and fold services here for the busy professional. The only downside I've ever experienced was with the parking in the the back and near the store. Loads of restaurants and coffee shops nearby to wait for your laundry to be down.

Had a bad experience with the owner at the laundromat I'm definitely not returning, I felt harassment the owner was sitting right behind me looking me as I was putting a load in and got told to leave because I was "over filling" it ... But it wasn't half filled yet very rude staff

I have been going here for years. I cannot switch up laundromats no matter where I live in Winnipeg. They are the best , a lil quirky but truly the sweetest most caring staff. Be sure to follow the signage on the machines and ask for help putting in change if needed.

My first time coming to this establishment, definitely will not be returning! I don't like being followed, having someone watching over my shoulder as I'm doing my laundry. I felt like I was being harassed, made me feel very uncomfortable

Put a load and left to go get a coffee and wait for my wash cycle. Come back and owner locks the door and leaves. Stuck outside waiting forever. Place is very dingy. Would never come back.

Got my clothes somewhat clean, not sure what's wrong with the dryers but your clothes come out stinky. Two dryers sheets used. This place has potential just maybe an upgraded dryers
