I had ordered online for flowers and a box of kaju katli to be delivered on 3rd January for my mother’s birthday. Despite requesting delivery before 12pm, there was no acknowledgement. Upon calling and talking to them at 5:15pm IST on 3 Jan, I was told flowers would get delivered within an hour. When that didn’t happen and I tried to contact them (at 6:30pm IST), they stopped taking my calls. Then they called my mother (who was supposed to receive the flowers) at 7:10pm IST and said they will NOW deliver the flowers from Kengeri (which is an hour away)! So when I was told at 5:15pm IST that it would get delivered, it was a blatant lie! The flowers were only dispatched 2 full hours later. And they don’t want to refund me either. Don’t use them. There are a number of other florists in Bangalore who do a much better job.

I was looking for the marriage decorators for my wedding with a low cost. I saw them in a South end singal. I approached them a day to ask what will be the cost for the decoration which i was already selected from other sources. The cost coated by then was reasonable considering the competatiors. He treated me in a good manner and he told you don't worry we will get it done at my price. Finally yesterday my wedding got over and you don't belive that the decoration was so awesome and the outcome was very much attractive. Thanks to the team for there efforts. Thanks once again.

Placed an birthday flowers order on the phone , the bouquet was custom made according to my requirement and I got a photo on WhatsApp before it was sent to the recipient within 3-4 hours. Excellent service from Bangalore florist. We asked for same day flower delivery for a wedding and they came back with many bouquet options , added a custom message and delivered on the stage as we wanted. Also sent us pictures after delivery. Highly recommend them.
