Recommended for people who are interested in joining gym. The place offers multiple workout plans and diet plans if needed. The roads might be a slight complication since they are under construction. But other than that, I would recommend this place if you are looking forward to joining the gym.

মিরপুর এরিয়াতে ভালো এবং নাম করা জীম। অনেক ইন্সট্রুমেন্ট আছে যেগুলো একটু পুরনো। তবে অনেক নিতুন মেশিনও আছে। মিরপুর ২/৬ এর লোক রা এই জীম এ বেশি আসে।

Very Friendly environment for both the genders. Neat & clean environment. Friendly staff available.

Equipments are ok considering the price point, but biggest drawback is that they do not turn on AC.

No trainer you have to do your workout by your own. Maxy instrument are broken and dirty

Less crowded but acs are turned off no generator
