Slowest customer service, took a number and waited 3 mins to be served at counter and staff asked me to the counter 7 that is actually no one sitting there, and waited for another 20 mins just to give me a form that i need be filled? What … Lagi

Tak bagus cari layanan aku...tadi pergi bank bawe ank 14tahun cuma nak kemaskini lepas tgk buku tu tak ade pun kemaskini ade masuk ke tak ...lepas tu aku ckp ade ke duit tu perempuan tu terus belah je teruk' pun pergi kat same puihhh...

Dh bg tau ade kad oku pn suruh tunggu lagi....ingat dpt 1st service tu pn dh book online......open acc utk sambung belajar je pn....Harap ada perubahan la pd next customer .....lemah

Tidak terlalu sesak di kaunter..tapi sukar mencari tempat meletak kereta .Kawasan sesak sb berdekatan dengan pasar borong KL.tq
