The treatment and service I have received from this bank has lead me to closing my BOA account after 15 years of business. After speaking with the Branch Manager, Jerome B Marshall, I knew I had no further option but to escalate this problem to the Bank’s executives. He, nor the bank’s team, are equipped to assist or serve the marginalized community that this bank sits in. They refuse to provide information when requested and is not willing to go out of there way to create an understanding for the client. Business is business and it requires communication. Their lack of empathy, inability to communicate protocols and ignorance to banking services will be the downtrodden of this company

Went here earlier in the week. My appointment was at 12pm. I got there earlier about 11:50 on purpose. Didn’t get seen until 12:32 exactly because the person who was schedule to see me (mind you I didn’t even know the person name) didn’t come to work, then was told my paperwork was not good enough. There was 3 people working one person was working with a client. The other person was tucked behind another closed door and the other one I guess I can’t hold them at fault because they did try an I guess “comfort” me continually after they seen me standing by the door at 12:15 very impatiently. I will going to another location for now on after I get the right paperwork

I would give zero stars if possible. This has to be the worst branch in the BOA system. It is chronically understaffed and you always have to wait at least 15 to 20 minutes in line, but they have 2 greeters standing around doing nothing. They must send the lowest performing staff to this branch because the service at the downtown branches is much better

The attention of the executive is excellent, she is very friendly and attentive, she helps resolve the waiting time, indicating to each client the options they have to make their transaction, there is little staff but they work very efficiently, better than in other banks , who do not have clients and still ask to schedule an appointment

Horrible service, the manager was rude and very unprofessional. This happened on January 3rd 2024. The manager a female Mexican lady definitely didn’t want to cash my check because it was 4:35 and obviously she didn’t want to work any harder. I’m not sure how people like this are allowed to work for such a well know bank.

The wait time at this bank is outrageous. Most of the time it only has one teller. This is bad for business and a waste of people time. I have been in this line for 30 min. And they are still on the first person. This such an inconvenience for the people. This bank needs to do much better with staffing issues.

I do not recommend his place at alllllll they do not value ur business worst one I ever visited this place need a corporate review of standards and policies. Manager is rude ignorant and racist told me close my account if I didn’t like his service NEVER would I TELL ANYBODY O BANK HERE

This bank is horrible. I been waiting for an hour to open up a checking account. Poor customer service, only one teller and one bank rep, lines are always out the door.. there's no way it should take this long to open an account.

NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE FOR CUSTOMERS ! Lazyy associates walking around doing the bare minimum of their job !

None of the atms work. They don’t want you to use normal banking amenities at this location.
