I'm re-posting this, since my review was taken down for no particular reason! I'm a non-costumer, and I went to this bank today (8/18/2018) to cash my check, which was issued to me for Bank of America. I had spoken with the Corporate Office for Bank of America prior to my visit to this location, and have been informed that my check (which is less than 5,000$) should be cashed by any Bank of America banks near my home without any issues, and if I'm faced with any suspicious policies or if the bank refuses to cash my check, then the bank MUST call the Corporate office immediately. As I walked into the store, I was directed to 2 female workers to cash my check. They immediately stated to me that "they will not accept nor will they cash my check at their store as it is against their policies to help non-costumers". I immediately asked them to provide me a letter/form for those policies for verification purposes. Again, they refused to provide me with any form of proof for the existence of these made up policies. I informed the 2 workers to contact the corporate office and to inform the corporate office that they are refusing to cash my check. Next, both ladies began to speak to me impolitely as they were contacting the Corporate Office. Fortunately, the Corporate Office stated on the phone to both ladies and to their Manager (Victor Rivera), that they must cash my check immediately. They decided to hangup the phone on the Corporate Office, and then the 2 female workers and their manager (Victor Rivera) informed me impolitely that they are refusing to cash my check and will not be abiding the Corporate office orders. The Bank manager Victor Rivera, asked me to step-aside to speak to him privately. He mockingly spoke to me with a disrespectful demeanor, and then stated to me that I'm not a costumer, and that they will not help me nor will they answer any of my questions. I was extremely devastated by this unimaginable and disrespectful treatment that I endured from Victor Rivera and his two female workers. They refused to offer me with any other alternative options to cash my check, as I was also willing to create a bank of America checking account, but neither of them offered to help me with anything. I've filed a report against the bank manager, and I'm hoping that this manager and his two employees will be held accountable and will be faced with severe consequences for the refusal of following the Corporate Office orders and for also refusing to help or offer any alternatives to an individual with a check that is issued to Bank of America.
I sincerely believe that this is the worst bank of america in arizona. The only reason I go there is because it's a mile away. The people that work here have zero concept of customer service. They need to fire everyone and start over. I'm pretty sure it's a culture that was created due to poor management and a lack of training. Edit: I don't have social media by choice. How about you just fix the branch instead of pretending to care by telling me to go on Twitter? . . . What a silly thing to say. Or maybe staff the branch properly? Or Fix the ATM, since it hasn't been able to give cash for quite awhile now. On Monday, I made the mistake of using the ATM to deposit a check. It ate my card for no reason, and now I am waiting on a new card.

There machine should not be taking cards, pin numbers and cash from accounts if it is not going to issue you your hard earned money from the ATM. I am still waiting to get my cash back after filing a dispute with my debit card provider to get my money back from these clowns. I would avoid using this ATM machine if you really need your cash fast. If you don't mind waiting on your cash and Having to file a dispute to get it back then this is the place to go.
The reviews aren't lying! And I can't give negative stars.... So, I asked the teller if I deposited a check , if the cash would be available right away. She told me yes, so I did. Then she hands me my receipt and says it will be available in your account the next business day! The reason I asked, is bc I would have gone elsewhere had she been honest with me, but at least I wouldn't be writing another one star negative review! I've been with B of A for far too long. It's never a good or positive experience! And I keep trusting them with my money! I'm done with them! I'd rather trust my money to wells fargo!!
I had to tell Google that it was now closed on Saturdays after going there on Saturday. The Google Maps time was saying it should be open at 9 a.m. on Saturday , the time that was posted on the door said 10, but the printed sign that they put on the door was advising that they are closed now for our protection on Saturdays indefinitely. I can understand following all the rules of what needs to go on now but the hours are already 9 to 4 during the weekdays when most people including me work 9 to 6 and now to close another Branch during the only day we can go it's just very frustrating.
Came in to change the name on my account and was told I will need to make an appointment for that service. However, there was a man who works there just sitting at the front door greeting people. Why can’t he do it? The service I’ve requested takes 10 mins to complete. The reviews don’t lie here. Also, it’s time to update your CDC guidelines to match the current CDC guidelines and put your company back to work to provide a more friendly and efficient customer service.
Just left the bank after disputing a fruad charge and looked to get it resolved for the 167$ im over drafted because of that charge n occured 3 35$ overdrafts and they only refunded me 1 35$ transaction. I would highly suggest banking somewhere else where ur hard earned money is safe. This place is ridiculous its been hassle n fees left n right since i opened my account. Ill never bank here again. Closing my account as soon as my check clears.
Can I put zero star? If you're in a hurry, NOOOO, if you want an experienced teller, forget about it, clean environment, way to much to ask for. Thanks to the service I received here I will be opening an account elsewhere. Ill save you the headache and frustration AVOID "B OF A" IN GENERAL but this branch in specific. And to think a "$12 dollar an hour" teller is handling thousands of my dollars, no thank you, not any more.
Seriously the worst Bank of America I've ever stepped foot in. There's always tons of employees just standing around unable to assist the 10 people waiting in line. Don't bother talking with the manager Sandra because she has zero consideration of anyone's time. If you need anything from this bank drive to another branch unless you have 30 mins to wait in line because they only run one teller all day everyday!
The worst branch that this bank has, the staff that work there should be fired all of them, unprofessional, they never work, they take more than 40 minutes with each person and without having anything to do they make you make an appointment for you to come back, they simply don't work they are stealing the money they just got pay for talk and be on the A/C…..
By far the worst banking experience every 1 time. Always 1 teller with 3 bankers sitting in their desks atms always broken down long lines longer waits. Unfortunately this is the bank closest to where I live when I can I plan ahead and go to any surrounding one the inside is remodeled but outside is just like the service old slow and the same!

Every 2 weeks for the past 3 months there's something wrong . Today the computers are down, they can only take deposit no withdraws. 2 weeks ago a glitch in the system. Month ago long lines one tellers and 4 others hiding in the back. Place is getting worse every month.
Continuously disappointed by the service at this branch. Not enough staff and very long lines. Went in to exchange some pesos to dollars. After getting in line I’m told they can’t do currency exchange despite all my research stating that they could. Not enough staff!
Came in to open a new account for my husband at 3:43 pm but they didn't want to help when they close at 4 pm! Lazy customer service!!! I have been a loyal customer for years and usually love and recommend Bank of America to everyone but not anymore!
The bank wont even close my account here they told me to call their customer service number for them to do it. They supposed to have your back and have you trust them. They dont want to help with anything issues. Going somewhere else to bank.
I visited this branch yesterday as I had a scheduled appointment with April. I did not wait to be assisted! She was on time to help me with a very professional manner!!! She is awesome! I do recommend this branch very much. Thank you April!
This place is always very slow. A typical visit is a minimum of a 20 minute wait. Stood in line on Saturday because they were still getting ready for business 20 minutes after they opened. Save yourself and go ANYWHERE else!!
They've stopped having a merchant window again! Very inconvenient since I bank twice a day at the start of the month. Rarely enough tellers. The tellers are good and pleasant, but under pressure from the amount of customers.
Bank of America's policies force their employees to racially profile under the guise of protecting their account holders. Literally had to have the account holder call and demand that they cash the check as printed.

This location is the Walmart of banks... multiple windows for them to help you but only one or two tellers on at a time. If you are in a hurry do not come here, long lines everytime! I waited 35 minutes

They have horrible customer service here, they open at 9am and don’t even open the doors at 9. Then when I came in they waited 15 to start assisting customers at 9:20. It’s ridiculous.
Everything is fine with the location but Bank of America charges $35 for outgoing wire transfer and $15 for incoming wire transfer!! This is 2022 and quite surprise with such charges.

Seriously for cashing a bank of america check there is a $4 fee. What a scam! The only bank that I know that charges a fee. Definitely never opening an account here. NEVER!
