Just because you want to sell, it doesn't mean you have to step over your customers in order to do that. You have to mention all the time, whatever you are doing in regarding customer and customer service. You have to inform your customers, you have to let them know, verbally and in written documents, that you will do something... It is not the right way just to give someone a tablet and ask that person to sign there... This is not how the business is done! All the personnel of the Bank of America should mention any actions they will do, and they should say it loud and make sure that customer understands whatever actions they will do, in instance if you want to run someone's credit or you have to run someone's credit, you have to verbally let the person know that you will run that person's credit. Is that simple! It is not ok to just give a tablet and say "you know what, we'll do everything you need" but you fail to mention that you will run someone's credit. Maybe that someone will change their mind once you mention that. So as a personal opinion, you have to make sure you instruct all your employees to do the same. Bellow, I will paste my text regarding my last experience: ///She didn't seem like she knew what she was doing. The branch manager tried to supervise her because he saw that she couldn't handle any of the tasks. I've had 3 things to be done, and none of them was not done properly. I was supposed to get a debit card, she didn't order one. I was supposed to get online access, it didn't happen...on top of everything, she never mentioned that my credit will be pulled, and at a second visit, when I asked her why she didn't mention it she answered with a question: "did you ask"?/// I've been with Bank of America for a couple of years and I have never had a problem. Now that I have one I would like to see a resolution. If you only say "we are so sorry" and do nothing, it means you do care about your customers... Have a great day!
Worst customer service at any bank I've ever been too. I'm here for commercial purposes so I have NO CHOICE but to wait in this line. 25 minutes and counting. 1 teller working solo and 3 managers just talking about anything and everything like there isnt a bank full of customers. So rude and disrespectful. The Little guy with the spikey hair is just walking back and forth so slow. No one has acknowledged myself nor any of the other customers waiting in line. I would give 0 stars if I can. AVOID THIS BANK IF YOU CAN
If you have nothing better to do in your life, other than to wait in very long lines, this is the bank for you.It is very painful and depressing to see the elderly customers in sheer agony, wait their turn in line . I once saw an elderly woman collapse while waiting to see a teller. The staff however was courteous enough to call her a CFD ambulance. Bottom line - It's a bank, and it will safeguard your money.
Went in over 3 weeks ago to co sign for a credit card for my boyfriend. We were told we would get a letter in the mail within 5-7 business days. 3 weeks later and still nothing!!!! So you take a hard hit on my credit but don't keep me updated, no courtesy call?!? Haven't even been told if we've been approved. So glad I don't bank with them!!
Standing in line for 10 minutes already. 13 teller windows and 2 tellers. There is 3 more people ahead of me. Meanwhile the rest of the employees are behind door shooting the breeze. Don’t waste your time coming to this bank. Their customer service is poor! You should not have to wait in line for more than 5 minutes to give them your money.
Standing in line now for over 20 minutes. It's 11AM on a weekday. This location has the slowest employees and the most careless. I can hear several employees laughing it up in the back and we've been here almost 30 mins standing in line. Absurd, where is the management at this location?
I guess maybe it's luck of the draw with timing and/or who helps you (based on the other reviews). I had a pretty efficient and helpful experience. I was checked in almost instantly and Elvia helped with my request. I was in and out in 20 minutes.
There was only 1 customer at the branch and my banker was late 20 min on the appointment. I have no idea how the banking service can be so terrible. Avoid this branch or don’t expect anything to be done on time
I’m a High School teacher in the community. I have always had a wonderful experience at this Branch from quick service to friendly faces. Edgar has been helpful every step of the way. Thank you!
Great experience staff was polite and professional was greeted as soon as i entered the door. Hector was able to accommodate me even though he had a booked schedule I appreciate it greatly
INCORRECT HOURS POSTED!!!!!! And who is closed on SATURDAYS? This stupid, craptastic banks branches every where else in the city! I WILL NEVER DO BUISNESS WITH THIS BANK EVER AGAIN!
You need more tellers. It’s pretty annoying seeing ten bankers standing around and only one teller with a line of twenty people. Stop being cheap and staff your locations properly.
Worst experience ever… told me 25 mins wait, then told me another 25 mins. So please choose to bank elsewhere. I’m going to move my accounts.. all I needed was a quick notary.
Worst service here!! They have 1 cashier with 10 ppl in line the lady in the front with short brown hair is making personal phone calls while everyone is in line frustrated
Bring a pillow AND some snacks ,you will be in line for at least 25 to 35 minutes.ATM HALF OF THE TIME DOESN'T WORK AND INSIDE ITS A NIGHTMARE. JUST GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.
Everyone here is so helpful! Occasionally the door doesnt work and the drive thru ATM is broken, but other than that great staff and location.
Neither atm is working. Only person working at 4 pm on a Saturday. Have been here four times and never have a good experience.
Looks like they need to hold a job fair. Only two tellers and one banker. 20 plus minutes and still waiting to see a banker.
I HATE this place! Never enough tellers! I think they secretly get off watching how long the line of people gets inside!
Nice bank, friendly tellers. Only issue is that the ATMs are often out of order, especially the drive up.
Sometimes the line is a few people long. But the staff are friendly, attending, and care for my needs.
