I was amazed to see the senior folks in this Bank so polite in handling customers. The main Manager and Asst Manager both are very friendly, polite, down to earth and always for customer service. The entire staff is well trained and customer oriented.

Located on the 2nd cross neeladri nagar at Electronics city... Close to taxis Bank. This atm is spacious and has got seating facilities too. However its not accessible to customers who use wheel chairs as there is no ramp but only steps to climb.

Bank of Baroda is similar to SBI in the sense that their staff always seems to be on break and they tend to have lunch throughout the day. I am very disappointed with their service, and it seems that no one here is supportive.

Staff is okay, but they don't know about the services they are providing. As it's been converted to Bank of Baroda, but only name changed to Bank of Baroda they don't provide any BOB service in their branch.
