So Dena Bank was taken over by Bank of Baroda, as much as Dena Bank service was lame and pathetic so is of BoB. BoB employees want you to open an account at this branch but they don't know the procedure and timeline of closing a bank account. It's a first hand experience, I recommend, never open account in BoB. There account closing procedure is pathetic, go to SBI instead. None of the employees know what they are doing including the manager. False promise day by day is there motto.

This branch the security guard runs the bank. Does not allow customers to enter the bank 10 mins before closing time. This bank has gone to the dogs.
