Would not allow me to enter to make a withdrawal.. I was told they didn’t have the machine to make a withdrawal. I was stopped at the door and even had a mask on. 5 minutes later the same lady let an Asian man inside the bank and I was just stopped at the door. I feel discriminated against and do NOT recommend this bank
Tried to close an account. Manager gave me heartburn that my signature didn’t match records. Sorry my signature didn’t EXACTLY match one they had from years ago (but to me it looked like a match!!!). Everything about this bank is a joke. It
