I've needed help from BOQ Toowong negotiating a challenging life event. At times, I was impatient with the bank's rules but with their support and empathy, we got there in the end. They continue to support me with account queries, regularly escalating issues as required in a very friendly and timely manner.

Staff were incredibly warm and friendly. Casey followed by Reegan helped me to sort through by hand, the coins from my son's piggybank, which amounted to a couple of hundred dollars, instead of turning me away and asking me to do it at home.
