First time I've been to Wynnum Bank Of Queensland as I'm a dinosaur when it comes to banking I still prefer to go into the Bank to be served, and I was served quick and politely by the staff member there. They did the transaction and asked if I needed help in anything else. I'm glad they still have Banks open as there are people who still need to go into a Bank to put the money into their accounts and I like to see that still humans working behind the counter instead of those rotten machines, the Banks has lost the human touch and all about profits how they can take what little money these pensioners, workers earn , so the fat cats can earn there millions of dollars from the little people, so it was really great to see that these staff members there working with a smile on there faces and giving it the human touch for a Bank, Bank Of Queensland has what I know two great Banks one here at Wynnum and the other at Forest Lake were I used to go into the Bank for over 10 years. Thank you LADIES, for the human feeling in a Bank these days, I bet there others feel the same way. Management cut your huge pays so you can pay the real workers in the Bank. After 55 years with Westpac I am just so happy and so excited to share that moving over to the Bank of Queensland, Wynnum has been an eye opening and very happy experience indeed. I realised that I was just a number now with Westpac and after being in the Finance business myself for over 40 years, I couldn't stand the lack of service anymore. Ross O’Shea, co-owner and Manager, B of Q Wynnum, has been and continues to be so courteous, respectful of my personal needs and overall fantastic with communication and service. Good Service is a dying art these days HOWEVER you will rediscover Exceptional Good Service with a smile with Bank of Qld., Wynnum.

Ross, Brett and the whole team have been nothing short of amazing. We have answers at branch level within minutes and nothing is too much trouble. We were with one of the big banks during GFC and and they operated on risk and formulas. BOQ took the time to understand our business and we have been with them since 2009. Can't speak highly enough of BOQ.

Literally the worst service. I have lost weight and they refused to believe my i.d was me. You usually wait forever for service. I only use it because it is my local. The service here is awful. It I quicker for me to deal with the Cairns branch. Literally.

Counter staff are amazing, however I have applied online for a personal loan to cover some of the costs of shifting. Two weeks later haven’t heard anything from them. …

Worst service ever tried 3 times to open a bank account and still was a struggle so walked out and joined NAB so much better service

The staff were very helpful. Did not rush you through your transaction. Which means a lot to the older generation. Like myself.

The team here are very helpful and they always have a few tellers so you don't have to wait long.
