I am updating my review from 5 star to 0 star after the sale since product delivery is not at all as per mentioned date. Irresponsiveness and ignoring behavior even if you ask a question or enquire about your late delivery The price is too high for transport as it doesn't belong to the store. I received product and closed the transaction after visiting multiple times to the store and having many arguments about my product delivery.

Have ordered the 6 chair marble dining table from bantia Hitech city and from then no proper response from the team regarding the delivery. If the concern executive is on leave remaining team will not have any update regarding the product. After one week I have called to store number they said the surprising answer that we have forgot you order sir need to check it. And executive will say will deliver you today from the past thee days. Worst service they only will not have the coordination to update the clients. If the executive leaves the company them our product will not be delivered forever and they still say call to your concern executive even he is not working with them

Worst experience with bantia.. i totally regret purchasing. It has been ten days since they delivered a broken product.. i have been calling everyday and begging them for replacement, we get no response mostly, even if we get, they just bluff but nothing happens. It has been irritating to me. I ordered a study table which is very important in these days. Their irresponsibility made my plans fail. Shame on you bantia management.

Changing my 5 star review to 1 star, as I don’t see less than this, we bought 2 5 seater recliners sofa sets, both are having manufacturing defects and we informed second day of delivery, we are follow up from last 2months and they are not responding, they follow up for false review and asked us to give 5 star, very much dissatisfied and disappointed.

They have sold a cheap quality product to me for 13k. It got damaged after two months. When I asked them about the repair they have said will get back to you and did nothing. Don't buy anything here. These guys won't even give guarantee or warranty for anything we purchase. Don't waste your time and money.

Bantia did my interior services and their manager Gurunathan mentioned five year warranty. Bantia is very reluctant on addressing issues and post delivery service is horrible. Visited hitech city store as well and no support. Its a complete mess and very unprofessional interior designers in Hyderabad.

The sales representatives tried to take my phone and post a 5 star rating without my knowledge. I asked why they said we will give you extra discounts just post a good review. Guys don't believe their ratings they all are fake. I don't understand what they will get by cheating the people.

I was so happy to find Bantia Furniture store, I have been looking for a long time. The first thing that caught my attention was the good quality furniture that they have and the discount given to me. Muni Kumar sir explained well about the product, how to use it and this helped me a lot.

I visited store to purchase single cot. Sales women said that cot is very strong but she fallen from that cot with the breakage of wooden plank in front of us.we were scared by seeing this. I can't imagine ourself falling from cot with the breakage.we came back without purchasing.

The store is good. They have some good collections. They need to improve in delivery. Asking too much. Better you can arrange your delivery option. And it's just next to the road. Car parking is difficult in the evening as that road is busy at the time of evening

Staff should understand that customers can come to enquire also. Should not force them to buy if they are not liking it or it out of there budget. By doing so you are making customers embarrassed that they are not buying and walking from doors empty handed.

The showroom is really good. It is a very comfortable place to be, the furniture are great quality and well designed. The service is also excellent, Muni Kumar sir explained everything very well and made sure that we understood what he was talking about.

Prices are at the whim of owner or manage and workmanship of furniture is very poor. And why are there so many pictures of women all over the place? Meaningless. I prefer Royaloak, Danube, wakefit etc. Trustable and similarly priced and much better work.
