Voto 2,5 Chiccetti buonissimi, forse i migliori che ho mangiato a Venezia, ma il personale è stato molto scortese... Ci siamo sedute con i nostri chiccetti. Non abbiamo preso da bere perché avevamo fatto colazione da poco, volevamo solo assaggiare la specialità veneziana e riposarci un poco, ma una delle cameriere ha insistito per farci comprare da bere, e alla mia richiesta di avere un bicchier d'acqua ha detto che non potevo averlo, vendeva solo acqua da mezzo litro o un litro. Pertanto le ho detto che non avrei preso niente (come le avevamo detto anche prima che insistesse) e si è indispettita. Poco dopo, appena terminato di mangiare, il cameriere che ci aveva servito ci ha tolto i piatti e fatte pagare... un chiaro invito ad alzarci e andarcene. Capisco l'affluenza, ma eravamo appena arrivate, ancora cariche di bagagli, in una città dove nel centro storico le panchine scarseggiano e non ci si può sedere da nessuna parte, ed è pertanto (e a prescindere) stato un gesto molto scortese.

This was by far the highlight of my trip to Venice. Trust me because I am up writing this review at 2am in the morning when I have an early morning trip. My wife and I stumbled upon this gem by chance. This is an absolute must if you're in Venice. ASK FOR DANIEL!!! He is a star!!! Daniel is not just a manager, he is a master bartender, an artist if you will. He is amazing with people. We were in awe with how each and every person that came into this place was instantly mesmerized by his skills. He took the time to understand everyone's preference and expertly crafted an amazing concoction EVERY TIME. Everyone was blown away. We had such an amazing time, we had to extend our trip by another day all because of him. And oh..did I mention he also makes the best Tiramisu in the whole of Italy.? This is definitely one of the Must-visit places in Venice....I'll bet you too will stay up to write a review or your next drink's on me ...@ Bar Al Campanile.:)

Tonight my girlfriend and I randomly chose this place as she wanted to try a Hugo Spirtz. We ended up spending 2 hours inside after discovering the absolute mastery of cocktails made by Daniel. Every single drink was crafted to perfection by this bartender. We watched him pour energy into everything he did. His charisma and hospitality is second to none, constantly serving us sparkling water, chocolate and left over cocktail mixes made for the other patrons. This is by far the highlight of our trip to Venice. We had an absolute ball of a night and would return to Venice simply to sit in this place again. Daniel is an absolute connoisseur of cocktails. We could not recommend this enough. Do yourself a favour and plan yourself a night here. I could not recommend it enough! I went to have a cocktail last Saturday night, 10th of June. The waiter serving the tables gave us a horrible service. The bar seemed nice and apparently with nice cocktail options, but for some reason he told us there were very few cocktail available and gave us “gin tonics” which were all ice and barely or any alcohol, for which they charged us like 11 euros for something kind of similar to a glass of water. When I asked why the other people where having other kind of cocktails thst he previously said they didnt serve at that moment and I pointed at the several people in front of us having them, he said he was sorry, probably realizing that I am not stupid. I think i’ve never been so scammed before.

We’ve so far visited Bar Al Campanile four times during our Venice stay, and we keep returning for the warm hospitality of manager Daniel, who also happens to make the best cocktails in Venice. His signature dish, the Scotch Old Fashioned, is the best I’ve tasted. One night we visited after skipping dinner to watch a show, and when he realised we were drinking on empty stomachs Daniel promptly delivered us some complimentary cicchetti to keep us going. Glasses of refreshing sparkling water, with dishes of grapes and delicious chocolate are also complimentary. We plan to stop by again for more cocktails before our holiday is over!

Aunque la calidad del producto es buena el precio de un desayuno son 12€ por persona (un café, croissant y zumo) algo bastante caro si tenemos en cuenta que es un local que carece de un entorno interesante y sin vistas. Añadir también que contando con un descuento por parte del hotel que tiene justo enfrente de un 15% y de haberle comunicado a la camarera de la posesión del dicho descuento, a la hora de pagar no lo aplica. No está mal del todo pero hay mejores opciones.

The coffee which is 3.5 € is bad, it's not near Italian espresso! The waitress has an unfriendly attitude, they don't have wi-fi, and when I asked her about wi-fi it looked like I was asking her the strangest thing in the world, not about a wi-fi network in a cafe in a tourist town. In fact, it is not a real cafe, but a combination of a bakery that makes coffee with the seating places. WC is in bad condition. Just a 30 meters from there there is real Italian cafe's.

We were looking for a good cocktail since our hotel bar was 18eur for a spritz. We came upon Bar Al and met the bar manager Mr. Daniel Vasile. This man is a true artist. My husband and myself enjoyed 3 cocktails each. All different with unique flavors and delicious details that would be difficult to find elsewhere. He was entertaining to talk to and watch. We will be back for our last night in Venice. Skip the Gondola ride. Have a delicious and visual beverage. Mr. Daniel Vasile is spectacular!

Piccolo locale a meno di 15 metri dallo sbocco su piazza San Marco. Storicamente luogo di ritrovo anche per chi lavorava in zona per un aperitivo. Adesso la gestione ovviamente si è adeguata al gran turismo e le salette interne e la piccola piazza di tavolini esterna pullulano di turisti già dalla colazione. Interni curati e buona la qualità dei "cicchetti" e degli aperitivi. Presenti anche proposte pronte per che lo desidera. Personale cordiale anche se tutto non locale . La gentilezza premia sempre però.

The worst experience I've ever had in a restaurant. The staff had no idea what customer service means. The waitress was extremely rude. Even when I asked her if her behavior was necessary, she just stared back at me without saying anything. She made my family and me have a really bad time, and the rest of the staff weren't any better. If you want to be treated poorly and have a terrible time, this restaurant is your best option. Oh and the food wasn’t actually good at all…

We sat outside, which was nice in the sun. The walkways can get a little busy if that puts you off. We had an Aperol Spritz which was pretty consistent with prices around Venice - ranging from 4 Euro (Takeaway) to 5.50 here. There was a decent selection of Cichetti's on the counter. The service was meh, but who wants a conversation anyways at these types of places.

Hands down the best bar in Venice for cocktails and service. Daniel and his team are artists crafting the best drinks you will find. Give your trust over to them, sit back and watch the magic. We discovered this bar by chance looking for a quick bite, and only had cicchetti there, but they there super delicious and really fresh despite late evening working hour. We took different types and totally enjoyed each one of them. Drinks come at a bit higher price comparing to some of other random bars we came across, but we are definitely returning for more cicchetties! Small tables in front and nice and friendly stuff. Five stars from me.

We made a mistake and did not walk further from the hotel. The cappuccinos are good, but they’re way over priced ($5 each) compared to other places (usually $3.50-$4) that are prettier and have better service.They also charged us $7 euros for the tiramisu that was listed for $3 on the menu (probably because we were tourists) overall disappointing

We stumbled upon this place and absolutely LOVED the Tiramisu! It was amazing! We also grabbed an espresso and salmon lox which was also very delicious. It was crowded with no available seating so we ended up standing at the bar. It is a very small place but I would highly recommend stopping there.

Daniel is the bartender you want to have at every establishment you visit. Friendly, hospitable, master craftsman, and consummate professional. My girlfriend and I enjoyed our time with him so much after our first night that we returned each night of our trip. I cannot recommend this bar enough when he is there to tend.

Vergognoso. Due caffè e due brioches a 17€, neanche in piazza San Marco. Brioches appena scongelate e caffè al ginseng in realtà era orzo. Oltretutto una vita per riceverlo ed eravamo gli unici clienti alle 7 del mattino. Il personale cinese non parla neanche italiano, quindi impossibile capirsi. Un furto, mai più è altamente sconsigliato.

At Bar al Campanile you can have very tasty ... ... Cichetti, which are the local tapas ... ... Fritole, similar to Profiterole dessert but different ... ... Sfogliatella, a pastry with many foils and nice stuffing. It is usually full of people and the space is tiny but they serve fast, so you can have a quick and delicious snack there.

Cicchetti sans intérêt particulier. Bon sans plus. Et un serveur qui est pressé de nous voir partir pour accueillir les prochains clients, regardant sans arrêt le niveau de nos verres. Gestito non da veneti, ma da persone dell'estremo oriente, il locale è angusto e non offre pietanze buone. Il cibo è di qualità molto bassa, mentre i prezzi sono allineati alla media di San Marco. Da evitare, in quanto trappola per turisti. Inoltre, entrava frequentemente un piccione, nell'indifferenza assoluta dei gestori.

We stepped in by accident and we will be surely coming back during our weekend stay! Tasty snacks, very good looking and tasty cocktails (with some extra twist from Bartender) were awesome, I personally really recommend the old fashioned Very good place to step in during your stay in Venice!

Bad service, high prices. Awful quality! Cicchetties were stale, and Aperol cocktails were like without Aperol. Plus, it was impossible to go to the toilet because the passed-by from the street use it all the time we were there! It was a nasty experience. Just a tourist trap! What a shame...

Amazing late night spot. Service was excellent. The drinks were also excellent. Best espresso martini and gin fizz I’ve ever had. Don’t buy shots- they will fill up your glass 3 times haha! We will be back every night we are here. Highly recommend for a chill fun drinking atmosphere!!

Ci sono stata con un'amica durante il periodo del Carnevale.Intanto gestione non locale ed i prezzi altissimi.Abbiamo preso 2 caffè perché erano quello che costava meno, €3,50...Beh che dire facevano schifo da quanto gusto di bruciato sapevano.Da sconsigliare e da non ritornarci...

Incuriositi dall'offerta dei cicchetti, ci siamo fermati a provare due cicchetti: uno salmone e avocado mentre l'altro con salame e funghi. Non ci hanno fatto impazzire. Sicuramente la posizione è ottima e di passaggio ed il personale è stato abbastanza gentile.

The place has a great location and tasty food. The pastry with the pistachio cream was a bit dry and the avocado on the salmon bruschetta was very hard, but otherwise the food was enjoyable.

Food was fine, expensive. I got bumped for a larger group before I was done eating. Sucks for the price.

Locale molto piccolo gestito da persone orientali. Hugo buono ma pagato 8 euro, per carità è vero che siamo dietro piazza san Marco ma mi sembra in ogni caso eccessivo.

17€ per due brioche scongelate male e due cappuccini che erano latte caldo e basta, in realtà ce li meritiamo tutti per aver fatto colazione in centro a Venezia.

Ceny takie no spore, miejsca brak, ale to coś zawinięte z szynką parmenska, rukola, serem było tak dobre, że nawet mewa nam zabrała z ręki jednego.
