The worst Barclay's branch in Palmer's Green ever!!! Less staff, extremely long queues 45 minutes!!! None of the staff approached to any customers... The Management should come out not hiding behind their desks and do extra mile and speed up the queues not waiting 45 minutes to be seen!!!
I was able to take cash from my account whilst waiting for my new bank card. Good customer service. I always get the help I need. There is wall cashpoint outside and 3 more inside including an account servicing point and a helpdesk as you walk-in to help you access the right service.
When ever I've needed to go in here there's no one in there best time to go is in the mornings. Staff always say hi and are polite to everyone. In and out in 2 minutes sometimes you may not be as lucky. May be busy. Now it's closing won't have that luxury anymore! What a shame
A very popular branch that it often suffers from long queues. However the staff is always helpful and eager to minimise your waiting time. The addition of self service machines is a plus ➕. Making an appointment can sometimes take time as the advisers are.always busy.
Customer service is non existent in this place. It really made me wonder why do I even bother having an account in this bank. Really don’t recommend going in - unless you want to stay 20’ in a queue only then to be ignored and see someone behind you being dealt with.
Recently I visited the Palmers green branch, and was served by Claire Mehmet-Ali. The service was splendid and i encountered very polite and dedicate staff. I highly recommend this bank as the staff where articulate and the atmosphere was well preserved.
For years including last year I had the most incredible customer service experience with this branch. I thought that Barclays should teach a lesson to all industries about customer service. Nevertheless, the situation changed. The new lady
Asked at the front if I could exchange some old £1 coins. Was informed that I could. Waited in a queue slower than Space Mountain’s at Disneyland. Got to the only counter to be told I have to bank with them to exchange coins. I do not bank
After a long walk to sort out important stuff I get told counter service shuts at 2.30 I informed the lady your website does not state this opening times 9.30 to 4.30 she scribbles a number to call I get told a totally different thing from
Poor and Dated. I would advise everyone to crypto! You have to wait outside only a few people allowed in.... Only two machines inside. A line of 30 people outside in the cold!!! As for the pandemic, how can a pub be allowed to have more
The one star is for BARCLAYS not for the lovely staff. Another important neighbourhood bank closing down, with no care for the hard working staff and the pressures on the community. Disgusting greed, how are senior citizens supposed to
Great professional and friendly staff for business banking. Without any trouble, i filled the forms before coming to branch and Mrs. Bhangoo helped us on further processes, she also double checked our filled forms and guided us through
I was quite disappointed with Palmers Green branch, I was a victim of fraud on my business account and asked for help at the branch. They informed me that the next available date to meet with someone was 3 weeks. Luckily the Enfield
Absolutely no help at all stood waiting outside all morning only to be told they haven’t the staff to check my identity after using their telephone banking services told me call back during the week but some of us have to work
Massive queue outside the bank. Ended up waiting over an hour before i had to go to work and not getting in. Not enough staff working in this branch. Please fix it soon or people will go to other banks that are in the area.
Lovely ladies that work there. Very helpful and informative. Made it easy for me to get what I needed done ✔️
The most useless of all banks - unnecessary waiting, untrained staff and a lot of disappointed customers.
What you'd expect from a bank, but closes early, so do check opening hours before setting out to visit.
Much more then wood green but also, they need to get a money counter, it will shorten the waiting time
Went to this Palmers Green branch after the staff at Wood Green were unhelpful and horrible.
Very good standard of staff ask for proof of identity when putting money into your account.
Very good customer service, although most times I use the machines as they do most things.
Person we dealt with had good knowledge of accounts available and helped us a great deal
All of these people working in Barclays Palmer's Green are exceptional. Really! X
Incredibly rude staff, I dealt with Lucia, she has zero customer service skills
Staffs are so helpful! Just working times could be better than what it is.
Very poor and extremely slow customer service, best to avoid.
The slowest branch in London. Waiting times of 40 min
The staff are helpful and help speed up your visit.
3 hours in the que. no machines working. Incredible
The worst branch and the slowest staff
Lovely employees, always helpful!
