Had a horrible experience taking my family to this location It all started when I was able to find a female employee working the center of the store I was with my 13 year old son at the moment I flagged her down she kept walking as I spoke to her and seemed upset for some reason. I shook it off and asked her where the music section was ? She responded rudely and went about her way. I’ve been an entrepreneur in retail business for 20 + years this is not how to treat a customer looking for books on music. She proceeded to look at my family mean when we encountered her The final straw was when I noticed her looking at my son up and down and at his bag which contained his purchases he had to buy his book and collectibles ahead so his little brother won’t throw a fit and want what he was taking too. So she thought my son made some purchases and was back in the store stealing it’s sad I live in this community I asked my son to give me his bag when she was looking at us….right next to us I said give it to me so I can tie it closed that’s how uncomfortable she made us!!! I know she heard me To be racially profiled in the Ingram area is just out of this world I kept thinking why us ??Was it because my son was sunburned from being a golf player ? I just don’t know anymore We are Mexican American we work hard for our money and never steal that is not how I raised my children unfortunately they learned about racism thanks to Barnes and noble I tried calling when I left so I wouldn’t raise my voice there or cause a scene but they said the manager was there I Had a feeling she was the manager which is the sad part so who do you complain to ? “Carrie” ?Just bottle it up I guess

I like this Barnes and Noble, but it feels more crowded with smaller aisles than other Barnes and Noble in the city. They recently rearranged the manga section so it isn't running parallel with the fantasy and sci-fi - this is a HUGE improvement. I can't tell you how many times over the years I couldn't even walk down that L-shaped aisle without people crowding or sitting on the floor, completely blocking off the small aisle. There's a huge kid book section and a ton of toys and board games. Depending on the section, there's a good selection of books, but other sections are lacking compared to other Barnes and Noble. I really appreciate how clean and well organized the whole place is. The employees are always kind and helpful.

I wasn't here to shop this time around, but the store is huge and has a great set-up. I went here mainly to chill, read, and have a cup of coffee at the Starbucks inside while I waited to pick up my kid from the anime con. The Starbucks was so busy when I sat down I decided to wait until it slowed down to order. After over an hour of it not slowing down I downloaded the app to order instead. When I tell you this store is constantly busy there was a line out the door everytime I looked up for four hours. These workers were amazing and deserve awards for how fast they were pumping out coffees.

It is a nice place to look for books or puzzles that peaks your interests. The employees are nice, and you can find them at every corner of the store. Also, Starbucks is attached to a store where you can get coffee or latte while reading your book or magazine. This is my first time visiting this location. I will visit this store in the future. If you don't want to read a book on Kindle or wait for an online, visit a barnes and noble. They might have what you are looking for in materials . Moreover, bring your kids. They will have fun.

The ambient was tranquil and had a specific area to sit and to read a book. The store is well organized and areas defined categorically for books on sale, the children's area, fiction and non-fiction, drama, horror, and magazine etc. The associates were helpful with book suggestions. Prices are moderate. The accessibility of using the inside entrance to Starbucks is excellent. If you enjoy reading books, I recommend purchasing the membership for yearly fee of $25.00.

The staff at this location are incredibly friendly. I was hoping to find a paperback version of a book, and one woman knew exactly where it was down to the placement on the shelf. When checking out, another woman engaged in a light and fun conversation with me about Taylor Swift while helping me pull up my rewards account. I’ve always enjoyed this location for studying at the Starbucks, but the knowledgeable and pleasant associates make for a great bookstore.

Very nice and clean store, It Is very big, so plenty of space and reading materiales to choose from. The store has a Starbucks next door so you can have a coffee after getting some trading material. The personnel Is friendly, but the cashier who helped me was not aware that there are small boxes for the gift cards, lucky for me the manager over heard my question and her answer and helped me to get a nice little Box for my gift card.

I love this place and always will. The employees go above and beyond. I was looking for a very specific type of book and not only did she help me look for it but when she didn't have any, she looked the book type up and printed me out a list. She then offered to place an order for anything on the list or order something else i needed. Amazing service.

Great bookstore! Attached to Starbucks! Staff is extremely helpful. Easy to navigate books sections. Has a great variety of books (adults & children), toys, STEM, games, plush, crafts, and unique desktop trinkets. Also have a (weekly) read along and craft for kids. Great store!

We asked an employee for help searching for a game, and she was very rude and condescending about it. I understand people have bad days, but it’s not that hard to be nice. The store was clean and organized, but customer service can make or break the experience.

I’m a bookworm. I’ve never been here till last week and OMG! Amazing. Love it and love the deals. My daughter is right though. It does feel like beauty and the beast when bell walks into the library

Friendly staff. Very helpful, I'm not much of a reader but my wife loves reading. I went in with very little knowledge of what I want and they helped me narrow down a surprise that my wife loved

Old school, I remember when bookstores were a quiet oasis. Went to browse religious books, very slim selection, no overhead lights in area, place was like a very loud Starbucks.
