One of the most amazing experience I had at a shop across CANADA. First let me start with the customer service. Jamal and Ibrahim were very very nice and honest. Honesty is what is needed in this business because many customer like me have very low knowledge on cars so we trust anything they say. It's very hard to find an honest mechanic but i'm very happy that I found Baroud auto because now i don't need to worry anymore. They've let me know what I need to change and what I don't need to change also the cheap alternative to fixes. Anytime I call and I have an issue they book me in and help me even tho they are very busy. Best customer service. I myself work at the Lexus dealership and I know what great customer service is. I always recommend clients to go there if they have any issues without a hesitation because i know they will take good care of them. They have one of the best prices out there. There cost is unbelievable and it makes sense because they have such high volume that they're able to give clients good prices! The work they do is also quality, they don't rush anything they take there time to do the job properly and I seen it. They're very open with there work and they show you where the issue is coming from and educate you in the process. It really makes sense why the shop is full every single day. This past Friday was cold and pouring down rain. We were shopping nearby at Costco and came out to a very flat tire on our Silverado truck. Costco Tire tried desperately to fit us in but they were so overbooked, there was no way. But....the desk did send us across the street to Baroud Auto with the Saab sign out front, and said to say they sent us. They were crazy, crazy busy but said they would fit us in. Within only 45 minutes, they brought our truck around, pulled out a large shard of rusted metal from the tire and patched it within 15 minutes. But.....IN THE MEANTIME, the owner shared the garage's lunch with all who were waiting in their small waiting room....DELICIOUS pizza from next door and Costco bottled water. WHO does acts of kindness like that anymore?? Then the final bill??? $20, yup...that was it. Dealership price = $35 the last time we checked from many years ago. This was the hardest working team I have ever seen. For the last 40 years, we have always only dealt with our GM dealer for any repairs due to warranty and extended warranties etc., but I will never forget the efficient, dedicated, kind and super friendly team at this Baroud garage. Hats off to the two owners.....best in the city.... you and your team deserve every accolade you receive. Keep it going!!

If your looking for transparicy, trust and proper advice , this is your place to repair your vehicles. They are super honest and care about their clients. I was referred to them and seeking a new garage as my Lexus was being repaired at the dealer with crazy repair costs. You will notice the garage is always busy when you go for the first time. Second and third time going, the garage was busy. They take the time to explain the issue and how they will repair it. All in all , if i was able to give more than 5 stars , I would. I am in the service industry and strickly work on referral and give my clients great service and found a garage that does the same. I had to have my car towed to a garage due to my Starter suddenly failing. After having to wait for a tow truck and get my car there it was late afternoon. They had my car ready right before close running smoothly with a complete explanation of what happened and honored their quote. I would recommend this garage to any friend or family, as they were honest, amazingly fast, and one of the best prices. Truly would support such a business going forward, especially with Covid. So many small businesses are suffering, but they make you feel respected, taken care of, and never had such a smooth experience with a garage. This is now my home garage for any repairs or tune ups. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! You will not be disappointed.

Not sure what was wrong but I felt like my car needed immediate attention. Windows were opening slow, ac was acting weird, everything was just slowly dying without showing any check engine lights. Every shop in Orleans said to come back in at least another two weeks. Jamal has graciously accepted to take a look right away. By the time I have arrived, the alternator has given up. Jamal replaced the OEM part within 2 hours. As I was waiting, he invited me to join his amazing team of mechanics for a pizza lunch. Ever since that day, this has been the only shop my Golf gets to see. Highly recommended to anyone who is looking for an honest, trustworthy and reliable mechanic.

Two brothers. These guys know their stuff. They are honest and their rates are competitive to say the least. The single biggest reason I go there... Trust. They show me what's wrong... Like actually show me... They explain how I would have gotten hosed by someone given what I didn't know... I have brought all my vehicles there including European specialty cars... to other mechanics or companies... and they ALWAYS come back with the way more practical and cheap approach. If anyone deserves five stars it's these guys. They are honest and hard working. They set the standard for me for all future mechanic evaluations.

I recently bought a new (old) vehicle that needed to be serviced so I brought it to Baroud Auto. Brahim and Jamal were an absolute pleasure to meet, and all of the auto shop workers were extremely friendly and helpful. Jamal and his team were great to work with. After my alternator broke the previous night, I was able to have my car towed to his garage. The next morning I was able to call and have the car diagnosed and broken alternator replaced in the same day! Jamal called me after diagnosing the car and detailed the problem. The price was very reasonable so I accepted. They were able to get the part in the same day and have the car ready for pick-up mid-afternoon! What the garage lacks in looks, is more than made up by their customer service and reliability. Thank you!

Extremely good service provided by this auto shop. After years of moving between auto shop, I finally found Baroud Auto from a recommendation from my friend. After my first visit for an oil change and to check my engine light, I was instantly hooked. The customer service was top of the line and their service on my vehicle was amazing. The price I paid was extremely reasonable and way better than any other auto shop especially Canadian Tire. And don't even get me started with the wait time, service was quick and efficient. 100% would recommend.

I had a problems with my previous car 2009 Hyundai Sonata, so I took it to Baroud's shop to fix the problem. He did and excellent job on the car and I didn't have any problems with it again, but he advised me to get another and stop wasting too much money on the Sonata. I thought about it and listened to his advice, trust me that was the best advice and decision I made. I have been going to Baroud for over 3 years now. I go to my car dealership for regular maintenance, and if something needs repair or change, I immediately head to Baroud's shop. Their staff is super friendly, knowledgeable, and they will not rip you off, which is hard to find especially with mechanics. These guys are professional, efficient, and complete the job very well, and all that for very reasonable prices. If you want a mechanic, don't think twice; very highly recommended!

These guys do honest work, are very friendly, and are very fairly priced. I have been bringing my vehicles to them for the last 8 years and I have never had a bad experience with them. I recently needed to get my (very old) SUV towed for repairs, and the tow driver echoed all my thoughts about Baroud being a great repair shop.

I've only been repairing my car at Mercedes-Benz's direct store, but I used Baroud auto for the first time because it was fully booked. The steering wheel became stiff and needed immediate repair, but it was repaired quickly and accurately. They were very honest about the price and friendly. Highly recommended.

Service is good and they always charge fair prices for the work they do. They've been very honest with us for as long as we've been doing business there. Only downside is that communication is poor but it doesn't take away from the good quality work.

I used Baroud auto for the first time. I Showed up at 9am. Out by 3pm. Very friendly service. Friendly staff. My crankshaft on my 2014 Hyundai Elantra failed and it was replaced very quickly and professionally. Great value as well. 330$.

I paid $380 He told us he changed sparks plugs for the car after a week i had to tow my car to MB because the engine light was flashing and running rough and they showed me that sparks were not replaced and neither ignition.
