London need them! I ordered i front door’s gate, I give to them £280.00 in advance, because I living in a council house , my neighbors office told me I can’t put a door’s gate for safety reasons (fire) . I called them ( Barry’s locks LTD) after one week to stop my order.... the end? They refunded all £ 280 pounds in advance, Amazing people! They gonna be sure when I decide to put the cctv I will call them 100%. Thank you Barry’s locks LTD. I’m so sorry but I can’t give you 10 stars......

Christian from Barry's Lock came to our flat to take a look at a window lock, and he was extremely skilled and helpful. In advance of popping over, we had sent a photo of the window and he called to advice on likely outcome, then he came for the visit, diagnosed the problem and immediately let us know. The whole issue was solved much more efficiently with his help, greatly appreciated and very much recommend!

The whole experience from beginning to end was 120% fantastic customer service. The lady who answered my call (after 2 rings) was so helpful. I sent in an email with details and got an appointment the next day! I got a call prior to arrival. Chris was professional and gave a full assessment of the problem. However, as there was nothing to fix, he waived the charge! Honest and genuine. An exceptional company!

Kristian from Barrys Locks replaced a badly worn front door lock on our small block of flats. He was swift, efficient and helpful. He tested all 30 keys to make sure they worked ok and replaced one that didn't feel 100% right. I've used Barrys Locks a couple of times in the past when I lived in De Beauvoir and have always found them to be spot on. I'm glad to say that hasn't changed, fully recommend!

An absolute fantastic firm. Secured my premises after two break in's within the hour. Very considerate and value for money. Even came by a year later to make sure everything was ok. Would thoroughly recommend this company for anyone who wants fast, reliable and quality locksmiths, these guys I would highly recommend. If there was 6 stars trust me would have gone for that.

Got a couple of keys copied for a very reasonable price. When I had issues with one of the new keys and came back, the guy running the place tried filing it down and when that still didn’t do the trick, cut me a new one altogether which now works perfectly. Friendly staff and excellent service! Can’t ask for more.
