Jeff London and his team of painters are a wonderful asset to the community of homeowners, renters, and property managers here in Austin. They are kind, thoughtful, compliant, and flexible. As importantly, their rates are very reasonable, and their work is professionally done. When my wife and I contacted Barton Springs Painting, Jeff himself got back to us within 24 hours, came by to take a look at the project within two days, and had everything in motion by the following Monday. Our house went from looking like an outdated disaster area to having all the charm of a modern home within a span of 36 hours. Jeff charged us his own costs for materials (very affordable paint and primer rates) and got the job done exceptionally well. To give a sense of the work completed, we had just had insulation put in the walls and there were resurfaced bore holes everywhere, black hand marks on the ceiling (left from the past crew's work), and the walls themselves were a pleasant, if quaint, yellow. Jeff's team came in, refinished and resurfaced the marked up areas, and painted multiple coats on the walls, leaving the house looking strangely new. There is no evidence of past work done on the home's walls at all. Really great experience with Barton Springs Painting all around. My master bedroom and closet had looked like a wreck since I'd bought my home, the previous owners abused the walls and had done a shabby DIY paintjob in some parts that just looked terrible. Jeff from Barton Springs Painting was very responsive to my initial emails asking if they could repair certain wall defects which I appreciated him doing ahead of time. Hector and Carlos did a fantastic job on the painting and wall repairs themselves. There were a few big holes in the drywall I had patched up that the guys textured and fixed to the point of not being able to tell afterwards there had ever been holes. The drywall was also slipping at some of the seams and those were also repaired to the point of not being able to tell after. The painting of the ceiling, walls, and trim all came together really well and without mistake. During the job I was also working from home, taking calls with clients and internal stakeholders throughout the two days. Hector and Carlos were very respectful and it was like they weren't there. Can't say enough positive things about those guys. Will definitely use Barton Springs Painting again in the future.

Our experience with Barton Springs Painting has been absolutely amazing! They have done our kitchen, repainted the whole interior of our house and after seeing the result we hired them to also repaint all our bathroom cabinets. We liked Jeff from the first visit. He has been very helpful from the start and has tried to answer all our concerns and questions. We have received a very detailed quote very quickly afterwards. He gave us a very competitive price and we really liked how the quote was really detailed and transparent (containing details about all materials to be used in the project). I cannot say enough good things about the job Jose did on our (pretty big) project. We recently bought a 1954 home that had a VERY bad "update" done in the 80s-- think really ugly seashell wallpaper, baby blue paint over the wallpaper in the bathroom, peeling drywall in areas. It was bad. When I requested a quote, I was also not 100% sure that anyone could even do all of the work we needed done, but Barton Springs Painting did it and did it incredibly well. Our drywall all looks amazing, the popcorn ceilings (that had been painting over several times) are completely gone, and they painted our kitchen cabinets. Not to sound overdone, but Jose is truly a master of his craft! I could tell he took so much pride in his work. He was always on time, so friendly, and went out of his way to go above and beyond. All of our work was done at a completely fair price. I truly cannot recommend these guys highly enough.

Barton Springs Painting just completed a huge job at our house and we couldn’t be happier with the results! They painted every cabinet, all walls and ceilings on the first floor our of house (approximately 3000 square feet), which took three weeks to complete. Jeff London gave us a fair and reasonable quote and his crew of painters were meticulous in their attention to detail. We have a lot of crown molding and numerous cabinets everywhere. Their thorough prep work in every room insured that the final result was flawless (see before and after pics below) . We had our kitchen entirely redone and the last step was painting our cabinets white. From the first phone call, to the first meeting, to first day working. Jeff were very responsive and quick to schedule. He provided his professional opinion on certain areas of the house and listened to all of the details we wanted done. When the work began to when the work was finished, Enrique and his team were very professional and performed high quality work. We've worked with contractors in the past and this team was by far the best we've ever worked with. They took extra care with our home and the painting turned out beautiful. As with all paint jobs, there are always touch ups needed. As soon as we told Jeff we were ready for touch ups, Enrique and his team came back out within a couple of days to handle. Touch ups needed were minimal and the final result we are 100% pleased with. You won't be disappointed with this company.

Our project involved painting the master bedroom (which involved removing mirrors, painting around fixtures, & certain hard to reach areas plus the cabinets), the high ceiling in master bedroom and some miscellaneous touch up work in other areas. Given the desired change in colors from a light blue over textured walls to an off white, Jeff recommended a high end premium paint to ensure effective coverage. With Hector as the lead painter, the work was diligently performed to an excellent outcome. The work was performed as scheduled, on time, and as quoted. After the work was completed, Hector returned the next day to assess and remedy any missing spots and cleanup work. Accordingly, we plan to use Barton Springs Painting for future painting projects and will recommend them to our friends and neighbors.

Wow!!! Not only is Jeff the best person to deal with, the guys that came out and did the painting were awesome! Michael, Shane, and Jerrod were amazing! All three of the guys were respectful and so professional with their work. We live out of town, so the guys stayed with us for the week. We needed to have walls and built-in bookcases painted in our home office and Nancy helped us pick the colors, even working to coordinate with an unusually colored chair that we wanted to use in the space. We hired the crew at Barton Springs Painting to paint the trim of our house from a brown to a blue-grey color and paint some new doors we had installed a deep royal blue color. We can’t say enough about Barton Springs and Jeff London. Guys were professional and did a great job. Our paint job was a hard one as we had to cover black trim and doors, grey ceilings and a few rooms with dark saturated colors coupled with differing sheens everywhere. Once we selected colors, his crew made the house lovely. During the punch walk, he was very agreeable with things that needed some extra touches and had no issues when we all realized that we missed one ceiling that needed to be painted (it was shiny paint) and was able to get it done with the touch ups. He completely transformed this house. Great paint work! No drips, no streaks, no thin places, no brush marks. Would use again.

We hired Barton Springs Painting to remove all of the popcorn ceiling in our new home right after we closed on the house and before we moved in. Freddy and his family ran this project and they did a fantastic job. They provided all of the supplies, covered the entire property, scraped the popcorn ceilings, re-textured and painted all of the ceilings and cleaned everything up. This was a huge project, it took about 7 days to complete with 4-5 crew members, and we're so happy with the results. Jeff managed to work with our tight timeline and was very reasonably priced compared to other contractors. I highly recommend using this company, especially if you want to remove your popcorn ceilings :)

We hired Barton Springs Painters to paint the exterior and interior of the house. It took 2 weeks on the exterior and 2 weeks on the interior. On the exterior, they painted the soffits, patio ceiling, decks, railing, stucco, chimneys, doors and the fence. On the interior, they did the ceilings, crown molding, trim, doors and walls for every room in the house. They even painted the garage. The team was professional, on time, and worked long days to complete the project. Jeff recommended a colorist to help us get the colors right and then worked with her to make sure he follower all her instructions. They did a great job and I'd highly recommend them.

I used Barton Springs Painting to paint the exterior of my cottage home in August 2021. The entire experience was wonderful, from the first engagement with Jeff and through the exterior prep and painting process with the crew of Michael and Shane. 10/10. This company really set a new standard for how painting should be done. The crew covered every inch of the floors in the house to start. I had particulars for each room and they followed all the requests to a T. What impressed me the most they even took the time to scrape off the old gray paint around windows and recaulked the edges so everything would be super clean and match my new white paint. We hired these folks to repaint the upstairs of a house we recently bought. We contacted several companies in the area and Barton Springs Painting was by far the most responsive. They quickly answered all of my questions and got us scheduled right away. The work they did was fantastic! We had them painting white over some very bright colors--they worked quickly and efficiently and did a great job. This was such a responsive, professional company to work with, and I'll definitely be recommending them to family and friends!

Jeff and his team were professional, responsive, and most of all flexible. Partway through the job we realized that the paint we had chosen wasn't working for us. Jeff was accommodating as we adjusted our plans and was able to keep us on the schedule without any issue. The crew was communicative and kept us informed of who would be coming by at what times to do the different parts of the job so there were never any surprises. The paint job came out great and we'll be calling Jeff again when it's time to do the interior.

With needing to refinish drywall after a build team left it less than desirable, this team was so honest, thoughtful at responding to all my bid questions and fine-tuning it. It is so hard to welcome a team you trust into your home. After 2 bad experiences and 1 good one, Jeff and his team delivered to the brief and were gracious through out the job! High quality, experienced team and thoughtful at detailing throughout the process. If they missed something, they welcomed feedback given they weren't mid painting, lol!

The Barton Springs Painting team was incredible! They showed up within 5 minutes of the time that they said they would be there and worked around our very packed house to still create a great product. On the third day, they asked us if we would prefer them to stay for a couple more hours and finish or come back and knock out the rest the following morning. I personally preferred for them to finish and so he stayed an extra 2 hours to finish allowing us to put our house back together earlier.

Jeff came to us when we were in desperate need of a prompt, communicative, clean, neat, and reliable painter. He met our needs and squeezed us in. He finished when he said he would and did what he said he would do. I didn’t have to worry about anything and his communication was top notch. Barton Springs Painting did an excellent job on my challenging double coffered dining room ceiling and arched doorways, which another company didn't even want to tackle.
