I had a telephonic conversation with your employee and I asked for a particular shoe with particular size on call and if its available in stock or not, I also said I can share the photo if you want but the employee said no need of photo, the shoe is in stock and I can visit the shop to purchase. When I reached the shop and asked for a shoe then he asked me to show the image and then said oh sorry this particular show is not available in stock but you can try our latest collection of shoes. What is this behaviour, it means you just want to waste the time of customers or you just want to sell your shoes without being concerned with customers needs. I would have not visited the shop if he would have assisted me on call. Let me know if you want to know more about my experience.

Had worst experience at Bata this time. This is because of the sales girl Ms.Nisha. She is a mannerless girl having no sense to talk to the customer. Its her job to attend the customer and she thinks that she is the most busiest person. She has a ruthless behaviour. I am very disappointed by the behavior of this girl and would never recommend taking service from this girl. I am a regular customer of Bata and buying from Ahmedabad and Vadodara. Quality is never compromised at Bata, but I fel this time servive is compromised. I faced such a insulting behavior from any store. Really disappointed. I am going to register a complaint at complain desk at Bata.

Infact, they don't know how talk to client. I don't recommend this (4D Squre, visat-gandhinagar highway, chandkheda, ahmedabad, gujarat) store at all. Don't buy shoes from chandkheda outlet..they don't keep proper range and worst in customer satisfaction.

It's a really small Bata store by showroom capacity and by the range of products available. It's just looks bigger from the outside. The store executives aren't interested one bit and are really inattentive. The products I saw were substandard and quite old. They're trying to get rid of 2019 stuff mostly. No point going here when better quality products are now available elsewhere, having walked into all stores in the area. Not being harsh, just being factual, we grew up wearing Bata products and this doesn't feel like an original but a cheap copy.

This is the highest of the store is pick up the call and disconnect again I was trying to connect with tham but he no answer @10 time I just need to know about one product show only is available in your store so I can go and buy But the store people change my mind now I can buy my shoose form another location this is the worst thing worst service . Outlet is OK. However, Discount and offer in this particular store is lesser then other Bata stores in the city. I bought a HushPuppi Shoe worth Rs 4K at 20% discount (Rs3200), But same day evening when I visited Navrangpura store same shoe discount was 50% (Rs 2000) Which means I paid Rs 1200 more. When I communicated this to store they said discount varies from store to store... Motera store have lesser discount because most of the people are from ONGC n IOCL. Incharge was Lil rude. Check other store if buying costly footwears.

The total experience was chaotic.....the salespersons are very helpful but the management is extremely unprofessional. The stock is not properly arranged and it takes a lot of effort on the part of the poor salespersons to find the right pair. One particular salesperson searched for over an hour and got us the right pair......Thanks to him.....but it would do good if the owners pay attention to the well being of the store as well as the employees. Bata stores are supposed to be professionally managed stores.

While I really like the durability of Bata footwear, I'd not recommend you buy anything from this particular store. 1. The staff is extremely careless and nobody attenda you unless you go after them. 2. Half of the staff does not even have knowledge but the prices and shoes. 3. The guy at the checkout is the only knowledge staff member so if you want to know anything, ask him instead. 4. Women's section of the store is not as big and barely has any good collection as compared to the Ashram Road Bata store.

Overall: not a good experience due to less product variety available, card machine not working and bad service experience. The 3 staffs here are highly untrained. They are not aware about either the product or the price of the products. The price tag is not available for many products and the staff keeps searching the storage room to find the price of the product. On top of that, they staff prefers gossiping with each other rather than providing service to the Customers in store.

Don't buy from this shop if you are a lady. Because the Lady staff here is superior of all the women in the world. So you won't get any attention. Haha. I had very bad experience twice. First, my product got distrusted badly in warrantee period only. Second, the lady(who thinks herself as the busiest women in the world, not supportive at all, having no sense of behavior with customers) misbehaved badly. Again for women footwear, don't go to this store.

Manager is mannerless. Staff is useless. Worst showroom. Worst shopping experience. No size available for majority of shoes. Manager is in a hurry to close the shop 2 hours before closing time, asking customers whether they want to buy or just look around. Never going there again. Deliberately debits 2-3 rs extra to round off the final amount even while using debit card..looting several customers like this gives him a huge profit

Not available pieces are shown in the showcase. they demand home delivery every time. if you want it immediately then A better option is at Ashram road or another..(Bata showroom) Visiting the shop is west of time I have had the same experience 3/4 times that the products are not available. So I preferred ashram road (every time I have visited here first but finally got my choice from ashram road showroom)

I would like to give negative rating to this store... Staff is not having since how to talk to customer... A lady staff on duty and a male staff on belt counter both are talking to customers like they are feeding food to them... Due to there behavior not only we but 2 more customers left shop without shopping... We selected almost 7.5k Rs. Items but due to them we shop nothing...

The staff here is arrogant. They don't provide enough details. I bought Bata b- first shoes no 1 on condition that they would exchange me if it doesn't fit my kid. When I went to exchange it , they refused exchanging it by saying No 2 is no longer available in any Bata showroom. Fact is they are available .

The place have very limited options in terms of footwear for men and most of the options are very old school. Even though the pricing is intermediate, however don't have the expectation to find a lot of variation to chose from.

I have been using Bata since long. Though Bata is durable but over the years there is no substantial change in the shoe/ sandals/ sleepers design. There is lack of variety for ladies and kids. Overall value for money.
