I request all the customers who visit these stores. Never place any order if you don't find your requirements. Store promise delivery in 2day after order. But we will get our products after 7-8 days. In this period we will not see any update on our products status. Customer service is pathetic. Here people are least bother to our concern. They don't even cancel our order. We can only cancel once we receive shipment and to get our cash back it's 7-8 working days. Customer service has all excuse to skip our concern. So friends please be aware of these cheaters.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. BATA... It's high time you teach your sale persons the basic rule of business: 'CUSTOMER IS KING !!!' If you want to meet a sales person who says a BATA product will not last for more than 3 months and he is too busy to serve a customer more than an hour since he has customers in queue to be served by him; then you are at the right place.

Lots of variety and options to choose from for adults male and female buyers,very less options for children.. parking is a problem at time of rush hour and the customer service is good. I love the quality and the price..the cost of the product has increased over the years.i got the same bathroom slipper for 149 in 2014 and now the price is 249.

A big display of 50% discount and when you go in you will be disappointed to see only one shoe on discount. The rest are at their usual price. It is a way to attract people into the showroom but in the long run it is not good. While I was in showroom many people came in seeing the discount banner then left disappointed.

Bata.. Name itself reflects quality which is trusted since ages. When we were kids we wore the school shoes from Bata and now our kids are shopping from the same store. That itself shows how long they have been in business since they provide quality and people are assured. Thank you team Bata.

This is the worst bata showroom I have ever visited. They don't even show some respect to the customer the cashier salesman mr.Rehman is so pathetic he don't have any manners to speak please avoid these kind of outlets and for the bata franchise please keep a well mannered staff

It's one of the spacious showroom with multiple designs of stock. It's not a franchise and it's company owned showroom. Good to know that if you don't find your size 5hen you can order it by paying the bill and company will deliver it to you free of cost

Staff not well versed with the products. Absolutely wrong information given regarding school Naughty shoes. He said it comes only up to 1 Size. But I was sure and checked online also it's available up to 5 size. I purchased in 4 size from other branch.

I satisfy with bata brand last 40 year when I was student . Once we purchase from lachno 8year back there is full range like medical and other sleeper shoe but in Hyderabad now seeing some new varieties. U people have to maintain like up lakhno

Wide range of varieties, superb customer service (patiently shown and we could actually buy what we wanted ) we visited for an exchange of shoe brought from other branch, still the response by the manager(Mr.Shyam) was great.

They consider the public road as their road and won't allow vehicles to park. The person working inside doesn't know respect and speaks very harshly. Not sure what kind of basic etiquette they learn to speak with customers.

Selected one shoe waiting for person to get size 7.. After 15min I have to check with staff is he getting shoe then he said size is not available.. people their not interested to inform the customer..

Bsta is known for quality shoes.Bata is a brand.we find high quality shoes and all kind foot wear available for gents'women and kids .The Bata is popular among the older generations.

Authentic Bata store with genuine leather footware,wallets,belts. Footware last long .cost is low compared to other brands.power,weinbriener,sparks are sub brands available here.

Bata is famous multinational brand. This branch i visited couples of times and will like to mwntion that it has best of people who has knowledge about the shoes and materials.

Abids branch has wide variety of footwear compared to other branches. So if ur looking for different models.. Choose abids bata..overall its a good one maintained well.

If you want stock then visit this bata Lakdikapul and banjarahills branches doesn't have colection I've got my choice here after searching almost 2-3 bata branches.

The designs you like will generally be out of stock for your size... But for me Bata us trust so I still but there itself...
