Great staff. The front desk staff says a lot about the overall business and work environment. ● Bay Rehabilitation is 6☆! ● My first call to them, "April" answered - full of happiness & energy - She had a copy of my order & already began insurance processing before I was even off the phone! Meanwhile, the PT affiliate of my pain mgmt - didn't answer their phone; had left early when I hand delivered the PT order; claimed it was invalid when it wasn't (can't read?) & took over a week to call back! I am so happy to be with Bay Rehabilitation

Staff are friendly but it functions as another open gym, no privacy, blasting music like it's Chuck E Cheese. The PT seemed nice but admitted he didn't have the experience to help me or quiet environment as they said they would provide over the phone prior to me making appointments. I transferred my care to UCLA which functions like a quiet, clean, professional medical center, with privacy and top notch pros that are helping, not a club or loud open gym.

Sabrina my therapist was amazing from my first visit to my last she is a true professional who truly cares for her patients, she is also sweet and funny made so much easier to get through my therapy sessions. I wasn't expecting to be so such a pleasant experience. the front staff are great, it was very easy to schedule appointments I'm so glad I found this place will highly recommend.

The receptionist is completely useless. The worst service you can ever receive. In addition to being useless she is rude and disrespectful.

First rate facility and staff. Very professional and knowledgeable. Everyone I met is well-trained and personable.
