My then fiance now wife met Megan through soccer of all things and after finding out her profession we asked her if would could casually sit with her and pick her brain on how to best go about achieving our goal of owning a house on the water. She was more than willing to sit with us listen to our goals, our budget, and our timeline. She even went so far as to bring in a loan specialist to answer any questions that she couldn't but honestly there weren't many that he had to answer. She was open to looking for houses in different areas and was always available to answer questions. When our timeline changed from "we're going to seriously start looking in 6 months and we just want to hear what our options are" to "We think we're ready and want to move our time frame up" she didn't miss a beat. She lined up a day of houses to see all meeting our criteria and explaining why she choose one house over another and answered as many questions as she could and wrote down questions that she couldn't answer. I've worked with Realtors and brokers before and every other time I've had to follow up with them to get answers to my questions. Megan was the first to actively call us back or email us a response to questions that we had. When it came time for us to put in an offer she walked us through the process and gave her honest opinion on what she thought a good offer was. When it came to the negotiations she stayed up until midnight on the last day of the inspection period working with us and trying to get a hold of the other realtor to get us all the details on whether the addendum had been accepted. While she apologized for it being so "hectic" she really did make the process as painless as possible. I have no doubts that we would not be living in our dream home with her help. Bay to Bay and Megan are the absolute definition of excellence and passion in the real estate business! I just purchased my very first home and it went so seamlessly that it’s unbelievable! I had heard so many horror stories of all the hoops to jump through and pains of buying a home. This was not my experience at all and I believe that is totally owed to Megan and her wonderful expertise of her craft! I started off by giving Megan my “wishlist” and the things I was looking for in my dream home. She started sending me listings that fit the criteria.
