The library is very nice, but they are too tolerant of inconsiderate people who talk on the phone loudly and of the kids making noise. I really get frustrated when this occurs. For that, I rather stay home. The library should be a place of quiet where people can concentrate on whatever they are doing.

I recently returned to the NYPL... My card had expired, but the front desk reinstated ne, gave me a new card, assigned me a computer quickly! (The reason I was there), and allowed me unlimited time to utilize the computer. It was the best experience since being a member of the NYPL.

This library has a worker with a TERRIBLE attitude. My little sister went there today trying to print out one paper and accidentally printed out 45. Then a librarian with some nerve starts yelling at her and forced her to pay $10.00 for the papers.

The staff was very helpful and didn't catch an attitude when I kept bothering them with questions. When I asked they got right up and helped and I did ask a lot of them will be making this library my go to library

Its an okay library but it can be really loud cuz of the teens talking really loud no one tells them to quite down when your doing work. But the staff are super nice and helpful
