Bayou Braces has been decent. However compared, to my daughter's orthodontist, Bayou Braces lacks in consistency of care and communication. It is very hard to get anyone on the phone or to reply to messages. Each tech and orthodontist have their own way of providing care and in my opinion consistency is needed when providing treatments.

I love going to Bayou Braces New Orleans East locations and also the Gentilly location.Both locations the staff is very friendly and the location are very clean. No long waits or service.The staff make you feel very safe and also how clean both locations are make me feel safe especially because of with the Covid 19 going around .

Much better than my old dentist. At first, one woman didn’t know how to work the large x-ray machine where you stand and bite on a yellow tab while the machine spins around you. But, after following a different woman to one of those chairs where you get your cleaning done, it was fine. They had a good attitude as well for 8 am.

My teen son wanted to go with invisalign with Bayou Braces. Their communication through out entire process was great. My son understood everything that was explained to him. They always ask if we have any questions that need clarification Everyone from the front desk to Dr. Riche were awesome and very friendly. Def. Recommend!
