I have dealt with these guys for a couple of years now, and I have always found them to be both knowledgeable and helpful. I highly recommend this store. Unlike other bolt stores, no ridiculous $10.00 minimum purchase. Keep it up guys

They have never not had a bolt I needed, very good range of bolts as well as a good quantity of other tools and supplies of good quality. Worth the trip out there, prices are very good and even small orders are no trouble.

The young guy that served me couldn’t be bothered even trying to help…. I was told they didn’t have a thread gauge to check a thread size… in a bolt shop?… really? I’ll shop elsewhere

Good range of stock although you often have to push the staff for advice or suggestions. They are probably used to customers who know what they are talking about I guess.

No fuss service, staff understand what you need quickly and fill your order quicker. If they say they will call you back when something arrives they will. Good job.

Went there on Thursday. Long queue and very slow progress. Not enough staff. Went to AA Industrial: no queue, quick and helpful service.
