Went today to log on to a computer had the worst experience in my life. Hate to say it but the only Black woman there wouldn't help . Don;t know her name. What I can say is a young man by the name of Paul was extremely helpful. Thank you to the Bayview / Linda Brooks Burton Library for having someone there who takes the time out from behind the desk to assist people. That was my first time there his helpfulness and patience is the only reason I will return. Love the new Library very clean there were 4 computers not working but my overall experience was okay

Beautiful new library. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I happened upon this library and decided to stop in and check it out. Bayview has been a long-neglected area of the city and I'm glad that the residents here now have a decent library to use.

Terrible customer service! The ladies are lazy and do not help people with questions, and are actually condescending to you , when they do. It just reminded me why I avoid this library, and ANY interaction with the lazy, condescending staff .

Staff was very helpful. In addition there's a 2 hour a day computer limit, I had 5 tests to take which would take more than 2 hours, after taking a break I was accommodated so that I could finish all my test. Thanks.
