Worst library ever soooo i placed a Hold for a Dvd like october 1 been waiting since i was the first one on hold and iv been waiting weeks and today is the 25 last time i check the guy told me it was due back the Dvd i wanted on the 23 of october then since its been takeing so long i have yet not recieved my Dvd and the lady told me she gave the only copy of the movie i wanted to someone who picked it up from there when i was on hold for weeks for it.

It's like how does the library get 4 1/2 in ts ratings it should be an auto 5 , this one has the best kept secret and well know secret to everyone that thus one truly has the best selection and beggest in movies and music and books you name it that got it and in maggezens up to date and all f the Spanish and English , and on newspaper they get it and everyd opay alout of them from everyone and they have all the if good computers too

Still very helpful & considerate during this distancing event. Hope to utilize the services offered previously? Just ask & the possibilities continue. This library is amazing the customer service is phenomenal all employees here are so respectful and courteous. Extreme helpful. Definitely recommend anyone to go here. The security guard there is also very nice she greets you and the gentleman also helps a lot. I really appreciate every single employee here. Bless you guys for making a difference in this city. They deserve a raise.

They are never crowded and the staff is friendly and helpful. The Wi-Fi is great, can sit on bench and enjoy fresh spring air while using the wifi. The selection of books is not as large as main library but they usually have titles that the main library is out of. I enjoy fantasy and they have a large selection here

Worst, slowest computers ever. I got on a total of 3 computers and still didn't accomplish anything. Either wouldn't load the page and one just randomly started updating. All I was trying to do was print some forms from my email. These computers couldn't even handle that. Total waste of time.

Needed help printing papers I had on a usb stick staff was not helpful "just hit print and pay at the front" and then continued chatting with another co-worker I never used their computers before so I had no idea how to sign in to use one so I just left to buy a printer instead.

Why haven't I been going to this library? San Antonio has done such a great with the library system and this is if not the best one. Fax, print, stable working computers and a great knowledgeable staff. Thanks Bazan 3/16/22 still a great library great people working there

Awsome library! Been going there for years. But... They really need to do something abaout the library staff answering & making phone calls. They are loud at times and cannot concentrate on my studies. Other than that... Staff is very friendly and helpful. Thank you

Great selection of books and movies. There are plenty of areas to sit, relax, or use a computer for a set amount of time. There is an area for teens and an area for children. The library is very peaceful/quiet, even though it is between two very busy roads.

Looked it up and read online the library was open. I stopped by didn't even make it to the door a security stop me and told me I had to have an appointment I couldn't go inside. Wasn't helpful what's so ever... …

Very good place to come to with your family for some quiet time. The staff is very polite and welcoming. They told me about biblio tech off of zarzamora while receiving my library cards

Love the learning center have learned alot there especially with my computer skills. And with my GED. Ms.Emily is very helpful and knows everything thanks for all ur help...

It's was a great experience. The staff are super helpful and friendly. I love all the plants and the whole arrangement. It starts to get a bit noisy around 3 pm.

The staff is eager to help ,friendly, and are always walking around asking "is everything okay and let me know if yo need anything" I feel so comfortable there.

Nice small quiet not many people go here so it's peaceful less homeless around reminds me of the Central library just not as big which is good for me.

Easy to find....great place to hangout.. Read something ..use computer also great place for information on things happening around town....

I like talking my son here to get books read and also my books for my Homehealth information. Very clean like to come by every week.

Attended a meeting of the Westside Historic Residents Association at the Bazan Library tonight.

It was really great I got the info and help I needed for what I needed. They were really nice.
