On my first visit to the store I wanted to check out a birdbath that was hidden around the back of other stock.. no problem at all to bring it out for me, in fact the staff were having fun with each other doing it. Next day I decide I want it and ring the store, lovely young chap on phone checks that it's still there for me, it is. I go into the store, greeted by friendly faces and the lovely woman who I dealt with the first time had already put it aside for me without me having asked.. she didn't want someone else to buy it. Young chap brings it to my car and pops it in the boot for me.. I could not have asked for better service. Sometimes I think you walk in with a certain attitude and you get it back from people.. there is a happy vibe in here, for me.

Today I went to this store. Can't believe how rude the female staff member was. I asked if they had a garden product, the staff member pointed with her foot to a product. I said I was after the liquid product, she then continued to play with her and said we don't have it. I just looked at her, I told her that she was very rude. The response, what do you want me to do pluck it out my arse! Then continued to tie her back. I left the store and said once again how rude and that I would never visit the store. Went to Bunnings, very helpful. W

I was the only customer, walked in and was ignored by staff at counter, not greeted or acknowledge d in any way , walked around for 30minutes looking for things, staff walked past me several times, not one spoke to me not one asked if that could help, left without buying anything, I was going to spent several hundred dollars, how this place can stay open is a mystery, also UNSAFE staff members and customers not wearing masks, it's only a pandemic with people dying everyday!

Recently bought a saw table, was reluctant to buy from Mitre 10 but they had this item on sale . Main store staff were very helpful as item had to be ordered in . When I receive a call to pick up my saw table I was directed to the rear trade desk . Absolutely no acknowledgement of my presence, staff just couldn't be stuffed, probably because I wasn't a tradie. Some thing just never change, next time regardless of price , I would just pay the extra $$$ .

I visited Mitre10 Beaconsfield today and I'm so happy that i did! I wear a head scarf which sometimes makes my life difficult when I'm out and about but when I walked in here I was not judged and I was treated with utmost respect. The help I received from a lovely gentleman was outstanding! 10/10 Mitre10 Thank you so much for a wonderful experience and by the way my tap isn't leaking anymore

We generally have a very positive experience in this store, and shop a lot as it’s local, but today when I questioned a price a was spoken to rudely and sarcastically by the person serving me. I was told I was flat out wrong in front of others in the store, and she would not listen. I will not shop here again, disgusted.

Had the worse customer service experience today. I was the only customer in store and when I asked for help, the employee response was negative, didn't even help me told me to go to the front desk if I wanted service, however the other employee was busy on the phone. I'm very disappointed, I've been going here for years.

Really enjoy heading in here, they have such nice staff, willing to help in areas I am not very good in. They share insights and tips that you don't get elsewhere. Disabled car parks, prices are great and they even have a coffee cart !!!! The products are high quality and the range is great.

Forget the other big hardware joint - the prices are competitive, but the highlight is that the customer service here ROCKS! The difference in attitude is incredible! I can find most everything I need here, and support a local business owner, too.

Staff are very knowledgeable friendly and helpful. Definitely better service than Bunnings or the likes. Well worth stopping in to see their huge range of just about anything hardware related. Also some stuff not hardware related.

Went to the opposition looking for a mail box, they only had poor quality expensive units but googled what I wanted and Beaconsfield Mitre 10 for a fraction of the price. Very happy I spent the time to go to Beacy Mitre 10

My new go to for hardware! Was pleasantly surprised by how helpful and happy the staff were. Even during lockdown, they treat customers nicely. And, saved the day for me with some urgent last minute hardware purchaes.

Have been going to this store over 10 years. Lately I have found the staff unknowable and rude.If they don't know there products they should be trained to do there job. Definitely going to Bunnings next time.

Friendly customer service. Ample parking. Easy access from car park. Good range building, homeware and tools. Nursery area reasonable and even has fish that children can feed. A vast range of timber too.

Extremely rude man who i presume is the owner/manager attacks people, doesn’t listen and needs some customer experience training. Won’t be returning here to be treated poorly again

Every time I go to home hardware the service is brilliant the timber quality is excellent. I always come away feeling happier than when I got there. Congrats to you all.

Attended for a click and collect, add again following a DOH! moment on assembly. Staff were very helpful. Only regret is not been to Mitre 10 there before.

I could hardly see in the shop the building didn't have properly installed lights. I tripped over some wood and caught COVID-19.

I had a great experience here. They helped me work out a way to vent my dryer. They listened and went out of their way to help.
