Terrible service. We were the only people at the cafe. Ordered a tea and chai latte. The waitress brought a tea and what tasted like horlics with espresso?? Put the tray of drinks on our table and walked off . She returned 5 or so minutes later and took one of our menus and rushed off. Without coming back to ask for our food order. Having left everything on the table we had some of our drinks and left. Not recommended as a food

Was there yesterday, absolutely disgusting, my food was served cold and my girlfriend ordered an open sandwich that was supposed to be served on a Ciabatta bread with Honey and Mustard sauce. It came with normal white toasted bread and no Honey and Mustard sauce. Will never ever go there again, Ever.

Service is extremely slow. Waited 48 minutes for 2 toasted sandwiches. Then the incorrect persons lunch was brought to me. Not to long ago came in for a basic breakfast, waited nearly an hour. This seems to be the normal waiting period. Food presentation is good.

Staff friendly but unorganized. They did not know the contents of their specials. Plastic cutlery provided for breakfast.
