The sign says Certified Technicians so at least they have a sense of humor in their advertising.. these guys are either unwilling or incapable of handling more than a simple fix that you could probably do yourself.. I took my vehicle to beauclerc auto last week for a quote to replace tube & seal @turbo; its a bit more of a complex job than an oil change; a couple parts sit before turbo so its probably a 5-6hr gig; but not rocket science. Beauclerc Jokesters quote came back 2k higher than anywhere else.. quality of work even for quote speaks loud and clear that the 'beginner' crew probably shouldn't be touching ANY cars as they forgot to put back on the underbody engine shield- literally the ONLY part they touched they forgot to put back on, so.... that doesn't scream for confidence in their abilities When I returned for my shield the office guy legit asked if I know any mechanics that need a job... like yeah bro let me refer the guys who quoted me a fair prices to come work for your neighborhood price gouging operation Over all experience: glad I found someone else

Having recently lost my long time mechanic, due to COVID-19 & unfortunately, their business had to be closed… I was devastated and desperate to find another safe place to have my cars worked on when needed. Thankfully, I found Mr. Sam, and his crew here at Beauclerc Autocare. They did a really nice job repairing my power steering pump on my 07Honda Pilot. Sam was able to quickly evaluate, and make the needed repairs as promised, in the allocated time frame given. Sam say’s what he does, and does what he say’s… no fuss no muss. No up-selling or pressure to fix things that don’t really need fixing. If it’s a safety thing, he’ll point it out and make recommendations as need to help you make an accurate decision that works best for you. I went in for rotors and I also ended up needing brake pads. They were so attentive to my needs and when my vehicle was up on the rack Rick found a missing bolt that held my engine to the frame caused by the Ford dealership, which would have cause sever damage and possibly a bad accident if the engine fell forward. They are the most professional caring group of mechanics I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. They will definitely be my new mechanic shop and I highly recommend them to anyone for any vehicle problems. Excellent fair pricing and fast service!!!!!

I’ve said it once I’ll say it a million more times... THIS IS THE BEST MECHANIC IN THE WORLD! I so appreciate Sam and his honesty. I always feel so good leaving knowing he had my best interest at heart. I came in this week thinking my transmission was gone and it was just a belt. He kept me up to date with consistent phone calls to alleviate my worrying and fixed my car for pennies. Love this place!!!

I have been coming to this shop since I first got my license four years ago. Sam always goes out of his way to call myself AND my grandfather when there is something to communicate, and he always gets things done as quickly and efficiently as possible. "Peace of mind" is my first thought when I think about my experiences at Express Auto Care. I know that that the the work that they are suggesting for my 13 year old CRV is absolutely necessary, the price is fair and the work will be done expertly by Sam and his crew. I love this place! Sam is amazing. He always remembers me, no matter how long it has been. I have gone in thinking that I would have a $500 bill and walked out with a $70 fix. Of course, it has gone the other way at times, but I truly trust this business.

We took our car in for front wheel bearings and they got it done that day with no issues. Most other places try to sell non needed repairs on top of what you ask for, but not this place. Very friendly and professional people with fair prices.
