Long Story Short: Abgerocktes Hotel + unfreundliche Managerin. Sauberkeit - Fehlanzeige Unser Aufenthalt begann damit, dass mir die Hotel-Managerin, auf ihrer Chaiselongue liegend, signalisierte, dass ich ihr die Sicht auf ihren Fernseher versperren würde. Nachdem sie keine Anstalten machte uns willkommen zu heißen kommunizierten wir ihr, dass wir gerne einchecken würden. Mit geschauspielerter Verwunderung gab sie uns zu verstehen, dass alle ihre Zimmer ausgebucht seien und wir uns ein anderes Hotel suchen müssten. Wir verwiesen auf unsere Booking.com-Buchung. Daraufhin gab sie uns zu verstehen, dass wir bis 14:00Uhr hätten einchecken müssen (es war ca. 15:30Uhr). Der Buchung konnte entnommen werden, dass ein Check-In erst AB 14:00Uhr nicht BIS möglich ist. Die Managerin zeigte kein Entgegenkommen und sagte wir müssten ein höherwertiges Zimmer buchen. Abgeschlagen von der langen Anreise haben wir den Preis noch etwas runterhandeln können, da wir kurzfristig kein neues Hotel buchen wollten (was wir rückblickend hätten machen sollen). Ein thailändisch sprechender Hotelgast, der die ganze Konversation mitbekommen hat, sagte mir im Anschluss, dass sie am Tag zuvor exakt dasselbe „Problem“ gehabt hätte. Das hat uns in unserer Vermutung bestätigt, dass es sich hierbei um eine Art Betrugsmasche der Managerin handelt. Sie geht auf „Kundenfang“ via Booking mit niedrigen Preisen und verkauft den Hotelgästen dann ein “höherwertiges“ Zimmer (hierzu gerne die Fotos anschauen!!!). Wir haben ein “Superior Double Room with City View“ bekommen. Alles an dieser Bezeichnung ist lächerlich. An den mit Wasserflecken gesäumten Wänden und der Decke hingen tote Insekten. Das Badezimmer weißt zahlreiche Schimmelspuren in den Silikonfugen auf. Zur Lage: man befindet sich im belebten touristischen Zentrum der Stadt, mit nahegelegen Karaoke-Bars und Clubs, dementsprechend laut geht es nachts zu.

Byłem dwukrotnie w tym hotelu. Za pierwszym razem miła obsługa, widać, że nie mieli dużego obłożenia, więc zaproponowali korzystną cenę za pobyt. Kiedy wymeldowywaliśmy się z hotelu, zarezerwowaliśmy pobyt ponownie za Ok 3 tygodnie. Po przyjeździe okazało się, ze chyba nie mieli naszej rezerwacji, ale w związku z tym, ze pojawiliśmy się jeszcze rano bardzo wcześnie, zaczęli czegoś nam szukać. Poinformowali nas również, ze cena jest już wyższa, na szczęście miałem przy sobie stara wizytówkę, gdzie była przez nich napisana cena za pierwszy pobyt (tak, rezerwacje wypisują ręcznie na wizytówce). Trochę byli zdziwieni, ale po długiej rozmowie w recepcji, zaakceptowali. Opłaciliśmy nasz pobyt i wydawało się nam, że mamy wszystko załatwione. Następnego dnia poinformowano nas, ze musimy dopłacić do pobytu, bo cena za pokoje teraz jest wyższa. Kolejny raz, musieliśmy odbyć nieprzyjemną rozmowę ( wydaje mi się, ze hotel prowadzą dwie rodziny) w kolejną osobą. Tego samego dnia byłem świadkiem rozmowy przy recepcji, kiedy przyjechał człowiek z opłaconą rezerwacją (była godzina ok 18:00) i został poinformowany, że nie maja dla niego pokoju, gdyż dali go komuś innemu. Nie polecam i odradzam, gdyż nie masz pewności, że będziesz mieć miejsce, oraz tego, że w trakcie pobytu nie będziesz zmuszony do dopłaty za pokój. W hotelu tylko jedna pani rozmawia trochę po angielsku, komunikacja odbywa się w większości za pomocą Google translate. W hotelu nie ma żadnego basenu i nie oferują śniadań.

No pool or restaurant only rude staff and scammers .Worst hotel we have ever stayed in. We paid the hotel by card, however it took them 2 days to be bothered to find the card machine and it was faulty(or fraudulent). They claimed that we did not pay them and wanted us to pay AGAIN in cash or with valuables to ‘prove we could pay’. We rang our bank and they provided us with proof that the money had come out of our bank and it was waiting for the hotel to collect the money. They still did not believe us even with the proof! The staff were so rude to us and held us hostage and stopped us from leaving the hotel. They stopped us from boarding our bus to Cambodia which left without us. Causing us more grief and another day in vietnam. They were trying to scam us as they wanted us to pay twice for the hotel!! DO NOT STAY IN HOTEL UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE SCAMMED!!! We have also heard this chain of hotels Beautiful Saigon from other reviews that pay people to write them good 5 star reviews so avoid at all cost.

Horrible HORRIBLE ! Franchement c’est la pire expérience que j’ai vécu dans un hôtel de TOUTE MA VIE . Tout d’abord a notre arrivé nous avons réservé une chambre , le gestionnaire nous a donné les clés puis lorsque nous nous nous somme installé dans la chambre , il est venu la récupérer 10 min après sois disant que la chambre été réservé . Il nous a alors fais payé une chambre bcp plus chère . Ensuite en allant dans la chambre nous avons observé des petite bestiole sur les murs. Nous avons quand même tenté de faire abstraction de cela . Mais le comportement des gestionnaires a rendu cette expérience encore pire . En effet, le 2 eme jour et par peur que l’on ne paye pas la 2 eme nuit et alors que toute nos affaire été dans la chambre il nous on imposé de rendre les clés jusqu’à que nous effectuons le paiement ( par espèces bien sur car la carte ne marche pas ) enfin pour couronner le tout , à notre départ il nous ont accusée d’avoir volé leur sèche cheveux . Alors que nous avons expliqué en vain ne pas l’avoir vu et utilisé . Il nous ont fait perdre 20 minutes et nous on presque fais rater notre vol pour un sèche cheveux . Pour au final ce rendre compte qu’il n’avais jamais été dans la chambre . Très énervant

- Personne ne parle anglais... Compliqué de communiquer via Google traduction... - J'arrive à l'hôtel après avoir réservé, l'accueil me dit que ma chambre est déjà prise (comment est ce possible si j'ai réservé la chambre ?). Il me place dans une autre chambre et me demande plus d'argent car cette chambre est plus cher, alors que c'est leur faute ? On trouve un arrangement et je paie ce que j'aurai du payer si la chambre que j'avais réservé m'avait été attribuée - PAS DE PISCINE NI DE PETIT DÉJEUNER INCLUS !! Annonce mensongère. Il n'y a ni piscine ni petit déjeuner ! J'avais choisi cet hôtel pour ces deux criteres et très très très déçue en arrivant et que l'accueil me dit en rigolant que 'c'était dans le passé'. Comment se fait t' il que rien ne soit changé sur internet ? - la proprete dans la salle de bain laisse à désirer. Il y avait des cheveux dans la douche ainsi que dans l'évier.... - vous dormirez au milieu d'une discothèque... Même avec les boulles caisses c'est insupportable ! Même si à l'accueil ils m'avaient bien dit que la chambre était insonorisée et donc que je n'allais pas entendre les boîtes de nuit des alentours. PAS DU TOUT ! Deux nuits horribles ! - heureusement le lit est confortable Hotel cher pour Hô Chi Minh par rapport à ce qui est proposé

Room 4/5 for price. 390,000 for 1 queen bed & 590,000 for 1 queen and a single bed. The aircon is working well, and the toilet is clean. The fridge is not working. The room did not have tea spoons for coffee and tea. WiFi 0/5 unstable and weak WiFi. WiFi auto disconnected frequently due to poor network quality. Service 3/5 did not have a pool or buffet Location 5/5 as near bars, food and drinks Verdict : Room is ok if you just want to sleep at a cheap price but do not have any expectations. Noticed 5 star reviews are fake. New account with 1 or 2 reviews, hence probably bought by owner to boost review, do not get scammed by 5 star reviews. Do not have any expectations at all.

We came because of the advertised cheap price and the many 5 star reviews. When we got to the room, there was a very strong cigarette smoke smell (like there was a chainsmoker there). Unfortunately, it was 3 am, and we were only staying a day that we decided to just bear with it and sleep. The day after leaving the hotel, I started getting itchy bed bug bites on both sides of my flanks. Considering their poor hygiene and lack of being bothered to clear out the cigarette smell, I'm not surprised that their beds were dirty as well. (I know it wasn't any other hotel that gave me those bed bikes, as I was on a plane to the hotel, stayed one night at hotel, and flew back the next day) Notice all the 5 star reviews are fake Indian profiles.

No pool no breakfast buffet!! False advertising and they don’t really want to help make it up to you when you get there .. excuse is they don’t have the password to update the google maps info.. ‍♀️ I’m sure there is a way! Or at least give out breakfast vouchers.. felt cheated and betrayed.. last 2 nights in Vietnam after 5 weeks and that was the worst hotel experience I had from the entire trip! Don’t go! Book another place

Right next to “walking street” meaning next to the PARTY scene!! So bass music going on until 4am! Just what me and my 9yrs old son needed before a 30th flights back home!

Accidentally checked into this hotel as there are three hotels down this same street with very similar names and exactly the same design and interior. Not sure why this is. It’s really hard to tell which one is which. The receptionist checked us in despite not having a reservation which we later were able to get refunded. The room was really nice but we were only in there for about 10 minutes before we discovered that this was the wrong hotel. Leaving this review as there are plenty of other reviews stating that the hotel did not have their reservation on arrival - It could be a mix up between the 3 different hotels so please check/be careful as you could have a reservation in one of the other similar hotels down this street.. as we discovered.

You don't hear much of the city from the rooms. The room I was in could use a new paint job or at least have the walls cleaned. Internet was great and the owners are very kind. I don't think they mind taking your money, but I think they're reasonable. If you want a room with a window, be sure to request it. If you like backpacker street, it's a good location. I was a bit confused when I first came to find it. You don't easily see the same name that I booked it with on Agoda and there's another hotel that looks the same from the outside.

Japanese M from San Francisco Stayed here 3 nights. D at the front desk is more than awesome. Friendly staff overall and a great location if you're on vacation in HCMC. You'd be close to the action, but in an alley way where it's quiet enough at night. In case you have questions, you can always ask D for guidance. Can't go wrong staying here! I'd do it all over again!

The hotel is a scam. I booked a room on a well-known accommodation aggregator. When I arrived, they told me that this room was already taken and offered to pay for another one, which was much more expensive. When the girl at the reception got tired of speaking through an interpreter because she did not know English, she handed over the phone to talk to a person who knows him. The man insisted that I pay more for the room or leave the hotel, otherwise he would call the police. After reading the comments below, I realized that not only they tried to deceive me like that.

I want to be very clear about something - THERE IS NO POOL OR BREAKFAST. This is falsely advertised online. The staff is clearly aware that there is no pool or breakfast anymore but continues to keep it up online to attract unknowing tourists. Also, the staff cannot speak *any* English, making communication very difficult. That being said, the room was very nice and the location is excellent. Quite affordable for the quality compared to other rooms in the area. in the area. Excellent location.

war gerade dort, wollten wieder buchen da wir vor 5 Jahren so begeistert waren. Leider hat sich nach Covid sehr viel verändert. Das Hotel mit dem schönen Pool und Restsurantbereich gibt es nicht mehr,alles zugemauert, zwar werden noch Zimmer Vermieter aber es ist ziemlich runtergekommem. Sehr schade war unser Lieblingshotel.

פוסט אזהרה! לא להגיע למלון!!!!! אנחנו קראנו את הביקורות ואמרנו שלנו זה לא יקרה. הזמנו 2 לילות ושהגענו לקבלה אמרו לנו שאין להם חדרים. בהתחלה הראנו לו בטלפון ושאלנו אם זה המלון והוא אמר שכן. אחר כך החליף גרסה ואמר שהם לא עובדים עם אגודה שמאחוריו נמצא פוסטר שיש להם דירוג 8.4 מאגודה. לא יודעים לדבר אנגלית בכלל, הכל דרך גוגל תרגום. בקיצור לא להגיע הם רמאים

Mình đặt Saigon Amigo nhưng đặt nhầm 1 ngày nên khi mình đến khách sạn đã hết phòng. Mọi người cũng giúp đỡ mình tìm nhưng cuối cùng mình chọn Beautiful Saigon vì khách sạn bên ngoài san trọng, sạch sẽ, ba mẹ lớn tuổi nên có thang máy là điểm cộng cho mình

繁華街のブイビエンから離れてないが、意外と静かなホテルだった。朝食バイキングはプールのある場所を囲むようにコンパクトにで来ていて、種類も豊富で飽きがなかった。いや美味しい。 欧米人が多く泊まっていたが彼らには狭く感じる部屋は、日本人にはちょうど言い感じで、清潔だった。
