From my first encounter with Denise, I knew I had come to the right place. Following the analysis she did on my skin, she knew what treatment I require and what products I need to use, especially my daily routines at home. Definitely Denise is a seasoned Beautician who loves what she does. I love the fact that I can text or call her if I have a question related to my skin, products or treatment. I love that she communicates and explains throughly what treatment she going to do and how one is going to benefit. I'm very happy the level of service received this far.

I contacted Beautilicious Med Spa on Thursday (15 July) and enquired about a Lamelle Serra product promotion I came across on Facebook. I was offered delivery to my doorstep at an extra R50 and paid it with a smile. Today (16 July) before 1pm, Denise personally delivered my products in beautiful packaging! My skin was really bad, and when I say “really bad” I mean really bad! It was pealing, dry, there was so much discoloration and I had really bad acne. Through the treatment I got at Beautilicious, you’d honestly think I’ve never had a skin problem ever. My skin glows, I don’t break out and the service was just five star treatment. No regrets whatsoever!

The beautician is so professional and always available (even after your treatment) to answer any questions or concerns. I love that she’s very knowledgeable about her work and (I think) affordable for the work she does. I’m on an 8 treatment skin program with her and I’ve already started seeing results from the first treatment. Very happy I found her!

Great experience… I found the page on Google I searched for it on Instagram and started a conversation there. Prompt responses, and same day booking. I did a Hollywood and underarm wax, it took about 10 minutes and it was unbelievably pain free and I was made comfortable during the treatment. I’d definitely go back!
