I live across the street from the shopping complex. I was happy to see this place under new management. The previous one was terrible & I've been going to Moonee Ponds for my nails. I've given Beauty Genesis Showgrounds 3 tries. 1st time the station was filthy, I asked for it to be cleaned, the manicurist just pushed the pad to rest my hands out of the way. The customer service was nil. No massage & job done was ok. The manager was good so I decided to go back. 2nd time work stations were dirty, bins overflowing despite shop being empty. The lady did a good job with the manicure & was polite Today was my 3rd & final time. I went in for a manicure & pedicure. Again, shop was dirty. The lady drilled the old polish and left the particles all over my phone, pants & keys while she worked on my pedicure. A second of scrubbing, no massage. The nail posh wasn't done well. Manicure experience is the same except the nail polish is worse. I'm quite annoyed because I'm going to have to find a last minute appointment to re-do my fingers. Not going back. I'd rather travel to Moonee Ponds where the service is good, place is clean and job is done well.

Rosie and her team are incredible! The Salon is brand new, always clean and easy to book in with the ladies. Their attention to detail is incredible, they will have a go at any idea or inspiration picture you bring in. Very well priced too. The colour selection is amazing, they have many colours and they carry each colour in shellac, SNS and normal polish! I have waited to review after attending many times and they continue to show amazing results, my Biab with Shellac on top lasts amazing for 4 weeks and could go longer if my nails didn’t go so quickly! For pedicures they are also extremely sanitary and their foot bath has a new plastic liner placed in before you begin. Keep up the great job girls!

I've just moved back to Melbourne and stumbled across Beauty Genesis a little while ago now. Their quality is second to none and they DO NOT RUSH YOU like so many other places! I never have any lifting or any nails breaking (I get acrylic done). Any request is NEVER an issue and their prices are extremely reasonable! The team make you feel extremely welcomed and comfortable. So glad I've found this place!

The Service Staff are great, providing an excellent service to all customers.

I LOVE LOVE LOVE MY NAILS !!! They are so lovely and the shop is absolutely clean and bright! She(the owner) is so gentle also so doing nails so fast as well! Glad i’ve done my nails with her before i leave Melb but will come back to get my nails done when i back here ! Thanks guys ❤️

I have been twice since they opened and everyone is very knowledgeable and kind. Hygienic, friendly and tidy environment. It is best to book in advance however they do take walk ins depending on how busy they are. Great service and I look forward to visiting again!

Amazing set of nails executed by the owner of the salon. Bright, new and clean salon and lovely and friendly staff. Pricing is also very affordable too. I would highly recommend for all locals :)
