Shirley at the front desk is wonderful, always greet me with smile, she organized and efficient. Shari and the rest of her staff are very knowledgeable and provide great client service.

I used this firm for my tax returns for a couple of years. The Waterdown office made significant mistakes on both years returns, which then required restatement. I was left with the impression that they are careless and uncaring about their clients. My personal experience was very poor.
