The customer support on Instagram is highly helpful... I'd recommend him/her for a upward salary review (lol). The individual is courteous (that's a rarity these days) and gives real time update about my package movement. Beep Beep NG offers great pricing and value for your money. About the delivery, it is impressive as they offer same day delivery (this might be pick-up and drop-off locations specific though. I'd advise you find out from them or book a day before. Don't practice last minute sprint like me). I got a package delivered just few minutes ago and the rider did not fail to update me of his progress.
