Jarrod was the relaxing factor we needed at a stressful time! As we now know, selling you’re house can be genuinely the most stressful time of your life. Every time we felt like things leading up to the sale were too stressful Jarrod was there to reassure us, give us useful advice and keep us going. It was absolutely worth all the work that we put in and that Jarrod encouraged (bossed :) ) us to persevere with, because at the end it came down to him and his negotiation skills and he absolutely nailed it! He was organized, knew our market and knew what was needed to give out house wow factor and to ultimately achieve the highest possible price for us and our family. He spent as much time as he needed to with our potential buyers, and given the restrictions at the time, that was a lot, but nothing ever felt rushed. Severe lacking of professionalism and transparency. Ryan's involvement caused so much unnecessary animosity between the parties that a straight forward transaction turned into a blubbering mess. Sellers beware, Ryan was extremely arrogant and aggressive when negotiating the sales price - which chipped our trust and caused us to cut our offer by $80k. The stress and frustration of the settlement process, his plain refusal to cooperate with lawful inspections made us even consider pulling out of the deal last minute. If we had known that's what we had to go through, we would never have bought the property full stop. Would certainly not sell through them in the future either.

We had a horrible experience with Bell realestate. They said they would take all stress out of the situation but instead they hassled my wife to the point of a nerve break out and was unapproachable with dealing with our situation. They demanded we accept a offer we didn't won't for it was under market value and then when I demanded they deal with me and leave my wife alone they texted her and said the house was off the market to course more stree. Then we got a email stating we owe $4,378 for a horrible experience. Seller beware they are not there to help you.i hope this message helps someone like us us honest normal people that just needed help.

Terrible experience. We were buyers. Incorrect section 32 provided, section 173 was never supplied, leading to very important building information and restrictions not being disclosed. Everything was done on line, even the signing of the contract, not once did we meet anyone face to face, even once they knew they had "made a terrible mistake". If your gut feeling says don't do it, then don't do it. I knew something was wrong from the very beginning but my concerns were ignored. All buyers beware and make sure you have a good conveyancer, so 'mistakes' are discovered prior to your commitment. This whole deal for us, was compromised from the get go.
