Oh my god. I am completely blown away by the outstanding customer service, great communication skills and genuinely pleasant manner. My first purchase was a necklace with a bar pendant with a personalised engraving on every face. First, I was messaged on messenger just to let me know how everything was going. Very nice touch. I was constantly updated on every step of the way, and at every point my piece had moved in the process I ordered and received a customer made and engraved piece of jewellery in less than a month. I am so amazed at the quality of the piece and the very reasonable price. Less than a week after receiving my necklace, I ordered a bracelet with engraved charms for my husband. I honestly cannot recommend this business enough,they are just so amazing.

I was desperately looking for an appropriate gift that I would be happy to give to my wife for her combined Birthday/retirement celebration. I was really cutting it fine as Christmas was approaching and all the other sites I had gone to prior to Belle Fever couldn’t fulfil my request for a delivery before the 5th of December. Belle Fever were fantastic to deal with, they prioritised my order and I received it in less than 10 days. Their level of communication with me would serve as a bench mark for any business not only online businesses. My sister ordered the charm and keyring for our mum "this nanny belongs to" and a charm to add to it for her son. When I went to order the charm for my daughter I accidentally ordered the keyring again, when they called to confirm details they picked up on the mistake but I was able to turn the keyring into a "this mummy belongs to" now I have one too lol the service was fast and efficient and quality was great. I just wish they put the charm separate to the keyring seeing as they new the charm was the gift.. Instead I had to doctor the sheet they put it on inside the gift sleeve so the charms would stay on and could be presented properly

I had this necklace created for my daughter. She has a unique name and Belle Fever made it so perfectly for her. My daughter loves it and she wears it until now for almost 4 years and it still never fades. It's been 7 weeks and I'm still waiting on 2 personalised necklaces. Everytime I try to contact customer service they come up with a lame excuse that my order didn't pass their standards and a prosess had to be repeated!! They claim that they will place my order as an urgency but weeks have gone by and nothing!! *Editing this post as I was contacted directly by the owner. She was lovely to deal with and very apologetic. She had my personalised necklaces sent out within 2 days and they quality of the necklaces is AMAZING!!! Thank you

Very happy with the variety on offer, with each piece executed with excellent quality. Personalised products were correct each time and didn't take all that longer that a non personalised piece. Pricing is super fair considering the quality and care put into making each piece. All prices were as expected, but the quality went well beyond my expectations. Very happy with this business, and definitely one that I will come back to. Side note// the staff are very kind, caring, appreciative and they respond to queries and concerns fast.

Recently bought a gold "My Tree" bracelet as a Christmas present for my sister.
