This place doesn't even deserve 1 star in my opinion. I had my 2012 Volkswagen Passat towed to this location on July 1, 2016 and the car was parked in the back lot. I stopped back by to get some stuff out of the car and the keys were left in the ignition with the windows down. I rolled up the windows and took the keys to one of the workers. The next day I drove by and noticed that my car had been moved and also notice that someone had hit the car. I called and left multiple messages but never received a call back. The following day I stopped by to speak with Kaya and he stated he is not responsible for the damage to my car because he never drove the car. When the car was towed the trip mileage was reset to zero and is now showing 7.6 miles on it but he still states no one drove the car. I ended up having to file an insurance claim which is going to cost me $500. Kaya advised me on 7/5/16 that the part for my car (throttle position sensor) came in and my car will be ready 7/6/16. When the insurance adjuster and myself arrived 7/6/16 he advised that my car hasn't even been looked at so the car will not be ready for a few more days or when he gets the time to look at it. So now I am still stuck with a car that doesn't run and an additional $4,500 in damages. Beware of this place its full of unhonest people.

Not sure what these people who gave bad reviews are talking about. Probably are competitors or have friends in the business. I've been going to Kaya for years, and don't have the nicest car. He has always been wonderful to me. In fact, my entire family has gone to him for years. Kaya and his team go out of their way to help you and are super accommodating. I've had times where I couldn't get to work due to my car being in their shop and since I was already at their shop, one of the car repairmen drove me to work. That's beyond good customer service and his prices are really reasonable. He is the only person I go to and am willing to refer friends to. In addition to all of this, I like to support small businesses. Kaya has been in the industry for over thirty years and is a Mom and pop shop. Ignore any of the bad reviews below and give Kaya a call!

It seems like, if you're not a well-to-do Belle Meader with a nice car, don't bother coming here. It's obvious some people love it here, but my experience was much similar to the other gentleman on here who gave it one star, in fact I couldn't have said it better myself; "this place doesn't even deserve one star". My car sat around forever, there was no communication with me, when I asked about how things were coming I was given vague answers to talk to someone else at some other time who knew something and I just ended up just taking my vehicle elsewhere, untouched, still in need of repairs after a long time. How a place this unscrupulous with such poor customer service has stayed in business this long...it's beyond my comprehension.

Most honest and respectable bunch of guys I have ever had the pleasure to meet and do business with. I will refer all my friends who are in need of repair services. Kaya was a pleasure to work with. I can honestly say that I have never felt as confident in a mechanic service as I do in Kayas. If you are looking for a trust worthy shop to work on you autos, try them out, you won't be sorry. I've used this place for over 20 years for 100% of my car repairs, tires, batteries, etc. (I've sworn off ever going to the dealer again). Ben has now bought the business from Kaya, who has retired. I've found them to be honest and fair and I trust them completely. The get any brand of tires I want, with very little markup. It so easy when you have a long relationship with a repair place.

This is by far one of the best service centers. Ben(owner) has been in the business for decades and can service any vehicle. We have been taking our vehicles(BMW X5, Mercedes GL450, Jeep Grand Cherokee) there for years. The service, price, value and customer service have always been top notch. I have used this shop several times and it keeps getting better. Brought my car in because the STUPID Service Engine Light was on and of course, my tags were due! Had to leave it, shop had some issues with their air, however, the repair amount was unbelievably low for the amount of work he did. Small shop but he knows cars!!! Thanks a ton!!!!

I bought a motor from these guys, I realized it was missing parts and contacted them immediately. They admitted the issue and assured me the parts (I already paid for) would be delivered free of cost the next day. They were never delivered. It has now been over 6 weeks and they are avoiding my calls/ messages. Shady bunch of folks here.

Great experience with everyone at Kaya's! I had a little engine light come on and brought my car right over to his service center. I needed new brakes and tires after he checked the car out. The car is riding great, nice people and friendly, prompt service. Kaya even came to pick me up to get my car! Highly recommend!

Low pressure on my tires, they were prompt, professional and friendly, aired me up right away and insisted I pay nothing. A family business and considerate members of the community, I see their high ratings are well earned.

This place is fantastic. I came in after a dealership estimated 500$ to fix a small noise and the guy I worked with gave me a much more realistic repair of 75$ and explained everything well.
