Visited this place sometime back. I was really looking forward to having the Spicy Chicken Sandwich & Fries and had a really good feeling that the food was going to be on point. It was..ok to say the least. Not great but ok. Spicy chicken sandwich & fries: First off, the pickles; it could be better by having the pickles inside the burger instead of on the side. I understand that its a little trend that is going around at the moment, but it was a little messy trying to fit the pickles in without the burger falling apart. The chicken; surely the protein was cooked really well but the coating was bland and had very little flavouring. It could do with a little bit more "travellers spice" on the chicken to make it "pop" and give it more flavour per se. Your main ingredient on the menu is chicken- make it cluck. The sauce; this was a big let down. It was almost non-existent. Do not get me wrong here, there is sauce but there was barely enough to help elevate the flavour of the burger. The sauce is one of the most important ingredients on a burger let alone one of the establishments main selling point on the menu. Make it shine with the thigh fillet! It's the burgers highlight and what makes it different from the rest of the burger joints in Sydney. Could do with a bit more "good good" sauce on it for the future. The fries: I love crinkle cut fries but the serving i got was flat- ie not crispy. could do with a little more cooking on it. Was not too fussed on this. Drumstick with travellers spice: Same ordeal- minimal spice on the drumsticks. Juicy yes, but KFC had more flavouring than the drumsticks I ordered. Its a big selling point on the menu, show it off to the patrons. Could do with more seasoning on the drummies. Drink: In house lemonade: This was really nice to have. Not too overly sweet or sour. Every place deserves a second chance- I just hope that the team takes on said feedback for the next visit because there is a lot of potential here for Belles to be a really good joint for fried chicken.

Service has improved since my last visit food is pretty good would be back Would of been 5 stars but the service was a let down the first time we went unfortunately. Felt like the staff were actively avoiding us every time we tried to get there attention or call them over. When we were getting served the service was pretty decent. There was on employee that I thought was a bit rude (maybe caught him on a bad day) The food was great. Good quality greasey fried chicken just the way you'd like it. If you like spicy I suggest going for a spice level above traveler as I didn't feel any spice at that lever. Overall great quality decent prices would pop by for the occasional lunch or dinner here on a work day. Just hope service improves

AMAZING CHICKEN IN LANDMARK LOCATION! Located inside the recently named World Building of the Year - Quay Quarter Towers - this restaurant was new to me, however, I later learned there are other locations all loved by those with whom I spoke. It had all the hallmarks of a classic American diner, albeit with music DJ'd in from Paris! I ordered the Big Wings with Traveller spice - a nice tingle without killing my taste buds - and crinkle fries, which were delicious. From my table I had a view of the Sydney Harbour Bridge and the service was fun. The serving of four, juicy wings was enough to take half home to enjoy later (BTW the chips were almost as good cold, a real rarity!) I highly recommend this restaurant and already have other menu choices marked down for my next visit.

Belles Hot Chicken provides a slice of American Diner life right here in Sydney. Their Buffalo Chicken sandwich was one of the nicest chicken burgers I've had the pleasure of tasting. The spicy chicken sandwich didn't go down quite so well. The sides were also a little hit and miss. While the Mac n cheese was tasty, the potato and gravy was as close to beverage as it was to food. Overall Belles Hot Chicken is worth a shot if you enjoy a hot chicken sandwich.

Ordered the "endless wings" option and was quite disappointed. Wings were drenched in oil and covered in salt. Traveller was a good level of spice. Took at least 20 minutes for food to be served which I find unacceptable given there's a 90 minute time limit. Service was lacking, felt like the waiters were actively trying to avoid us. Overall a disappointing experience, you get better fried chicken from KFC. Good location though.

The food was undoubtedly good but the service was outstanding. The staff were super friendly, attentive and humorous. The chicken was well flavored and served in big portions. Love the interior decorations, an absolute vibe. Reasonable prices as well. My American friend approved lol. Definitely will comeback.

Belles’ new venue is fantastic. Staff are lovely and quick to attend and serve you. Great vibe on the Friday. Great new work lunch spot. Chicken tenders served with the hot heat was great, seasoned nicely! The crinkle cut chips as well are nicely seasoned with the signature flavour. Will be a new frequent place for a well deserved treat! Plus the house made lemonade is absolutely refreshing!

The big wing was super tasty and the portion is generous. The restaurant provides a nice vibe and service was great as well. We ordered the two pounds of big wings and it was seriously a lot. It’s a great place to try if you crave some hot wings! They even provide wet tissue on the table, so thoughtful. The buffalo sauce was not really spicy, I am looking forward to try other flavours!

The service and atmosphere is a big step up from the "hole in the wall" shop in Darling Harbour. The place has a great American Diner feel. As per normal, the Spicy Chicken Sandwich and the Buffalo Chicken Sandwich are to die for. I'll make this branch my favourite in Sydney. More

Hands down the best Nashville fried chicken you’ll find in Sydney. Loved this new full size venue with tables, bar and booth seating. Booths are a bit of a squeeze for 6 adults so ask for bar seating if you prefer to have a bit more room. More

Belles Hot Chicken got me on the wrong side from the start. One price advertised on the outside of the restaurant and another higher price on the menu at the table. I may be wrong, but I believe that is illegal??? Putting the dual pricing

I ordered the tenders with Mac and cheese and it was incredible! The chicken is so juicy and it's great you can choose your level of spice, the Mac and cheese is the best I've had in my life.
