While I would like everyone to take this review in all seriousness and with consideration. I am a very loyal individual in which I have used bellhops the last 2 years for my other moves. Thus, utilizing them for moving from in state to a different city. I want to give you a thorough explanation of what happened with this experience. First, the lack of communication was astounding. I was moving on a Monday and was told when the movers arrived at 8am that my items would Not be unloaded until 3pm— it took them less than 2 hours to load and then the drive was 2-2 1/2 hours at most. As I didn’t understand why I would pay for the driver to sit in his truck for 3+ hours waiting to unload. As that was communicated with me, I began to get on the phone with my travel coordinator, however none of which work apparently on Mondays. It took me 8 times calling bellhops to get someone on the phone to figure out the logistics of when they could unload. Once I finally got someone on the phone they said “oh yes I’m sorry it took so long I think your coordinator was asleep.” WOW. Next, as the movers were great themselves. They started to load items and then did not have any tools to take my beds apart. Interesting. Therefore, my MOTHER had to leave to drive to her own home to get HER TOOL box so they could disassemble my beds in the home. Are you actually kidding me? After we were loaded everything was fine, they were able to unload in my second city just fine. However, I was instructing the lead on where things needed to be placed and he stated “well mam just so you know, you only have us for 45 more minutes.” WHAT. I’m sorry?? So he acted like since there was a still half full truck that he would just leave in 45 minutes? The lack of communication, attitude and honestly overall lack of professionalism was ASTOUNDING to me. As we also asked to be compensated for the headaches and as my husband had to step in to take care of things on his work day- their lack of customer service was able to compensate us 150$, not even half of what we tipped their movers. Overall, I would like everyone to know this “uber marketing type moving service” staffs people who lack communication skills, and do not seem to understand what customer service is. I was truly baffled at how they handled this move and unfortunately they not only have lost me as a customer but I will gladly tell each and every person I know to not use them. Please take this review as a warning!

My fiancé and I were scheduled to close on our new home on June 26th. We have known of our closing date for 60 days and spent a couple of hours getting quotes and checking several reviews before picking a moving company. 30 days ago we decided on Bellhops and booked our move for the day after closing. We got a phone call and email less than 18 hours before our scheduled move to let us know that they could not lockdown a truck in order to complete our move. Obviously, this was unreasonable to begin with since we had been on the schedule for a month and received a last minute phone call. We called the 1-800 number since the local branch was closed, they were actually very nice and tried to accommodate by offering discounts or to reschedule us for later in the week. We ended up working out a deal to rent a U-Haul truck, drive it ourselves, and get reimbursed for it after the move. The day of our move we had 3 movers show up on the job site, they were about 15 minutes early and were all very professional!! We were super excited....until....we found out that Bellhops does not provide or require them to bring necessary equipment. They had limited access to tools in general to help breakdown/rebuild furniture, they had no blankets, bubble wrap, etc. The workers told us that Bellhops doesn’t provide those items to them. On top of this, I asked one of the gentlemen if they go through a training course before moving, to which he responded, “Nope! This is actually my first day on the job!” Of course without the proper preparedness they broke several items worth hundreds of dollars in our house. Not to sound snooty, but we were moving from a $750,000 home with inexperienced movers and no direction or support from the company they work for. The movers themselves were wonderful people, but extremely unequipped. After the move, the team lead approached us and apologized for the move being a total disaster and said he would be filing a claim on our behalf. We were supposed to receive a phone call that evening, and now 3 days later we still haven’t received a phone call. Overall, it was an awful experience and we would never use Bellhops again....even if it was free!! From our experience it seems they don’t care about their customers, their staff, or their future clientele.

I moved from Birmingham to Nashville recently, and I decided to go with Bellhops because they’ve always been good to me. I will NEVER recommend them again. EVER. Two movers in Birmingham didn’t show up for two hours, and then when they did pack my belongings survey didn’t secure them properly. My $650 LG NANOcell tv was broken during the move. They also broke a $50 patio table. They also STOLE my tools. When I got to the Nashville unload, the movers there were on time, they also said when they opened the truck things were just thrown in and piled everywhere and not packed properly - their words. I had bubble wrapped and padded my own things as much as possible, expecting the movers to take care of what needed to be done for the truck as PROFESSIONALS. Did they? No. The Nashville movers were much better, however they decided it was a good idea to DRAG my piano on the concrete floor of my apartment building and shattered the legs of it. That was a $9000 piano gifted to me by my dad who recently passed away. It’s been through MANY moves where me and a couple of my friends loved it. We’re not professional lovers. Did we break it? NO. The “professionals” did. The move was completed in both areas in two hours- I was told my bill would reflect that. It did not. I was still charged the full amount. I have attempted to call customer service EVERY day since this happened. I spoke with a man named Nate and a man named Rogelio as well as another whose name I did not get. Each time they said an email would be sent so that I could file a claim. Each time an email was NOT sent. I waited a full 12-24 hours each time. I checked my spam. I checked all of my inboxes? Did I receive an email? No. When I asked to speak with the claims Dept I was told they don’t speak to people if a claim has not been filed. I googled the claims form and sent it in myself…STILL did not receive a confirmation email. I called back. Was put off again and again. When I asked to speak to the supervisor I was told no one was available. I will be reporting Bellhops to the BBB AND the Highway Safety and Transportation Dept and if I cannot get in touch with anyone regarding my claim I will be taking further legal action.

If I could give them negative 5 stars I would! They botched my entire move! We booked 7 or 8 weeks in advance. I called twice and verified our move, although I only got a 10 min heads up from the movers despite that they advertise that they'll give you plenty of advance notice of who will be doing your move. Two young smallish looking boys arrived with a Ryder rental truck and they couldn't get the lock open on the storage area of the truck. 2 hours later, they still sat there waiting for instructions from their bosses. The truck rental place was 15 miles away. Did the take it to have them assist them with the lock...no. did they get a replacement truck ...no. then 2 1/2 hours later, the guys just left without any explanation and quit answering their phone. the main office told me that they could move us 3 or 4 days later which conflicts with my work schedule and our move out deadline. Not to mention, all of our belongings were packed up and furniture was taken apart. Hey, but at least I get my $27 dollar deposit back. 27 dollars for the worst moving experience in my life!!! I thankfully was able to secure a moving team for the next day but it's going to cost us an extra 200 to 400 dollars. I'm not one to even do reviews, especially bad ones, but the feathers have been officially ruffled! I've seen lots of great reviews and just as many negative ones. Beware. Maybe it depends on who is doing your move. They'll never get a 2nd chance from me for sure!

I had hired Bellhops for a partial move this past weekend. Sunday at 7:12am I get a text saying that the truck had a flat and that they would not be able to meet the 8:30am reservation, but Chase would keep me posted/ updated. Okay, I’m fine with this, things happen I get it. Since they were only moving a portion of my storage unit I kept my own pace and had cleared a way for them and loaded my other goods into my own moving truck. 10:30am rolls around and I’m ready to move a load to my house. I text Chase for an update (I assume he should be readily available if he’s waiting on a truck to get a flat repaired). No repose. I call Chase 15 minutes later, no answer. To not delay my own day, I take the load to my house and call the main Bellhops number while I’m in the truck to my house. I get sent over to a Josh who informs me that they are marking the driver as a no show and he would call another drive or should be able to get me moved to a 2pm slot with another crew. Josh calls back to inform me that he couldn’t get another driver, BUT he set me up for the 2pm slot and I receive email confirmation of this change. 2pm comes and goes. 3:12pm while I’m unloading all the items they were supposed to come for I get a voicemail from Josh informing me that he couldn’t get a 2pm spot. Absolutely horrible customer service and communication.

TERRIBLE experience. WILL DAMAGE YOUR PROPERTY. UNRESPONSIVE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Two of my movers were good but the other two for starters showed up 18 minuets after the other two and my time started for 4 people 18 minutes early (which is significant considering their hourly rate of $258). After those two were late there were additional issues. They were NOT careful with my things. They took out multiple large gashes from my walls and one large gash in my new hardwood floors. The team lead Sal was supposed to take a photo and have someone contact me about being compensated for this repair. This didn't happen. Of the two guys who were well below average one of them was flat out lazy, walking around aimlessly half the time. I am super frustrated I had to pay for his time doing not much. I had every box neatly labeled with which room it goes to and they misplaced about half the boxes leading me to have to re-move everything again thus making this a large waste of money. I tried to reach out to customer service for 5 days and no one would respond to me. I emailed the direct Nashville location multiple times and they said they would get back with me, but nothing. I HIGHLY suggest going with a different company. You would be charged less and salvage your home and things.

I was terrified of having someone move all our belongings across the country. We’ve always moved ourselves. I had visions of everything we owned being broken - BUT Nashville Bellhop team was amazing! I did a video walkthrough with Jesse, the quote from them beat all the other quotes I got. The morning of our move (2000 SqFt home), we had everything boxed and ready to go. The team was there right on time at 8. The team lead Gerald did a quick walk through to see what had to be moved. They finished loading the truck in under 2.5 hours (we were quoted 4 hours to be safe). They were fast but more importantly efficient, professional and careful. Everything arrived to us across the country in great condition! We were so pleased with this experience, I would highly recommend them to anyone needing movers in Nashville. I LOVE that our belongings were the only ones on the truck - many companies will put your stuff with others’ on the same truck, increasing the chances of belongings getting mixed up. The truck was well packed and everything was secure. Gerald walked us through the whole process and gave us regular updates. I would give them more than 5 stars if I could!

If I could give zero stars, I would. HORRIBLE movers and HORRIBLE customer service. I was guaranteed 3 movers for 2 hours, where every 15 minutes less than 2 hours reduced the fee. One mover showed up on time, which obviously he was completely unable to move my furniture by himself. The other two showed up over an hour late. Once all movers were at my house, it took about 45 minutes to finish. Additionally, I confirmed with the movers the night before that they would cover my furniture. However, they didn’t so my furniture had stains and scratches from dropping it in the street. Not to minute marks all over the walls of my apartment. I was then charged the full price of 2 hours with 3 movers, so I called customer service to let them know that simply was not the service I received. Customer service agreed to give me $50 back, which I don’t believe was sufficient in the first place. Checked my bank account the next day, I received $12. I called back to see if this was a mistake and they said nope we decided $12 was all we could give. TWELVE DOLLARS. Do not use this company.

This mover sent 3 guys to help me unload a POD. Instead of picking up my belongings, they decided it was better to drag them in the rain in a parking lot. They ruined a $1600 brand new Nectar mattress which I still have a receipt for. I can understand accidents happen such as dropping a piece of furniture, etc., but they chose to drag my belongings in the rain instead of picking them up. I paid for my belongings to be PICKED UP. I could have dragged them myself. I called Bellhop while the movers were there and reported the damages. Obviously, they cared nothing about my belongings or me and how hard I worked to purchase a $1600 mattress. Then, the company had the nerve to offer me $60 for the damages. That is ridiculous. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT DAMAGES AND WILL DO NOTHING TO REMEDY THE SITUATION. I used 2 very small moving companies for my move (one in Kentucky and another here), and they did a much better job and took their time to ensure my belongings were well taken care of. Don't walk.................RUN away.

Breach of contract. The initial contact is great - they promised me great service and guaranteed the ability to meet my terms. Then two days before my move they pull the rug out from under me. They presented a delay that impacted the other moving parts of my move and my work schedule. They had the leadership team call me to talk about a discount rather than a solution. Then one hour before the new agreed upon move time, they blindsided me yet again. Another significant delay... This time, the leadership team was "unavailable" to address my calls or concerns. They provided another discount, via a messenger, instead of a suitable solution. To top all this off, after we arrived in our new city and everything was delivered, we discovered missing items, a scratched headboard, and a broken television. Not to mention zero follow up from the leadership team. DO NOT USE BELLHOP. They are extremely ill-equipped.

Expect your belongings BROKEN and on the CURB. This USELESS moving company "moved" me ONE MILE (downtown broadway to the gulch). This move was a one bed one bath, scheduled three movers and a driver. They arrived one hour late, and one less person. Before they arrived, we had moved all of the boxed to the elevator all they had to do was carry the boxes one foot onto the elevator and from the elevator to their truck. They moved about 20% of our stuff, and BROKE 4 pieces of furniture, and when they ran out of time, they left my belongings on the curb, in the rain..... Called for a refund an they just removed the ONE person that didnt show up and told me to file a claim for the broken pieced. SCAM, USELESS, LAZY, SLOW MOVERS. I would have my 72 year old grandma help me move before asking them to help.

Only 1 mover and the driver showed up. Was supposed to have a 5 person team. No help from any customer service reps, who keep telling me that they’ll reach out to service coordinator. Called Jared, HQ guy, haven’t heard anything back from him yet after leaving a lengthy voicemail expressing my dissatisfaction and disappointment with the company and it’s lack of professionalism. Now, my husband is helping the 1 mover who actually showed up move our belongings. Not to mention, I’ve already paid 1k upfront before moving day as it’s required in order to proceed with booking the move. This company is a disgrace to moving companies and a stain on Nashville. Don’t use this company or you may end up like me- scammed with no movers and no answers.

I hired two guys from Bellhops to help me load up a U-Haul truck for a cross country move. I had to book and pay the minimum two hours for the guys, which I was fine with doing even though I knew it wouldn't take nearly that much time to pack up what little things I had. The guys that came to load the truck arrived about 15 minutes early, which I loved, they loaded up my entire place in just under on-hour and had the u-haul set up in a way that I knew my things weren't going to be tossed around while driving. I expected to be charged two full hours but was only charged for the time they actually worked. I was very impressed with Bellhops and would absolutely use them again! Great guys and super fast service. Five stars!!

Canceled on me day of, 10 minutes before the time frame window for them to show up. Someone from company called me, had NO idea what was going on all she knew was to speak to customer because their was an issue with truck. This was after our appointment time was already pushed back the day prior. They quoted me a new date and time for 6 SIX days later. Now I’m left with no movers and an apartment full of boxes!! Do NOT use them !!! And based off previous reviews, they’re gonna hope I have it in my heart to give them another chance, answer is NO. Do NOT give this company ur $ or waste ur time!!! They give a copy and pasted response to every review, clearly they don’t care to make a personalized response!

This was a very efficient moving process. Everyone was on time and all of my expectations were exceeded. Josh and William were definitely well practiced. What I thought would take 4 hours only took 2. Look nowhere else for movers! Update 07/28/2021. I booked with Bellhop again for another move. I couldn't be more pleased with the service and efficiency. The team arrived on time and handled my things with care. This move was a 4br house into a storage unit until the new house is finished. As soon as I have a final closing date you better believe I'll be booking with Bellhops again. I'm hoping I can get the same crew again! Noah, Lucas, and Mason were awesome.

Ben and Bryan did a great job! They were both prompt in showing up ready to go. They packed everything very efficiently. They were patient in making sure to verify what gets packed versus what stayed. Ben was the one to coordinate the details prior to the move date. I'm impressed with how you have your people follow up like that prior to the move date. It's very much a customized approach which is awesome! Both Ben and Bryan were very flexible with their schedule. They allowed for me to reschedule for the next day. I'd definitely hire your company again! I booked a move with a truck included, and they forgot to book the truck. The customer service did not reach out to me, and when I called them, they hung up on me both times. The movers were unable to receive support from their side, and then they asked if I would be willing to rent a uhaul on their behalf an hour into my scheduled move time. They then rescheduled for two days later, where they were unable to secure two movers for me properly, and making me responsible for organizing additional options. If you are on a time crunch to move, or just want to have an easy experience, I would recommend literally any other moving company.

This was an awesome experience! From beginning to end. And so easy, convenient and hassle free! I loved getting pictures of Mitchell & Nick before the move so I knew exactly who was showing up at my door. Nice touch providing info about where they're from and college major. They were both extremely personable and professional! And perfect for the type move I had. I've already recommended them/Bellhops to a couple friends. Whoever came up with this concept is a genius! And great job bringing in awesome bellhops! Good luck to Mitchell & Nick as they progress through school & beyond! I know they will be successful at whatever they do!

So I have a very mixed review of Bellhops. It was my time to use Bellhops. The load in was great. Yared & Jeff were very punctual, professional and efficient. I can’t say the same about the load out. Bellhops cancelled on me at 9pm the night before. Via email. So I missed until I’m on my way with the load the next day. I called them about it and while the rep was nice, they could no longer help me despite me having a confirmed reservation. So I will never use them again and cannot recommend Bellhops. The only reason I’m giving them 2 stars is because of Yared & Jeff. Otherwise it would be no stars.

The crew was nice and professional. The website gave an inaccurate time estimate for 3 hours and it took the 4 man crew roughly 7 hours with breaks, drive time 2 miles to complete the job though we felt the estimate to move a 2bd room condo 1 person was a little light we didn't feel with larger moving Elevator scheduled just for them for the day that it should have been more then 5 hours so we spoke with Customer Care and they compromised at 5hrs move time to adjust the cost. A little more expensive then the usual move but a good friendly crew and good customer service end result so were happy.

Bellhops couldn't fulfill my promised movers so they contracted out to a 3rd party. After arriving over an hour late, they proceeded to work at a snails pace. They scuffed my hardwood floors in several places (which Bellhops refused to compensate), banged up my walls, and left without unwrapping any furniture. In addition, the driver tried backing up my sloped driveway and left a 2 foot cut into my aggregate driveway after scraping his loft gate (again, Bellhops wouldn't fully compensate). I was offered $25 for the damage to my driveway. Please use someone credible, these guys are amateurs.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.. If I could give zero stars I would…they cancelled on us one hour before we were supposed to move! The reason - because they were up too late the night before ….. they said there was no way to fit us in because they had other moves that day and couldn’t reschedule us for the next day. So they basically screwed us over. Not responsible and poor organization.Luckily I had other movers booked for my apartment - all my sons - and they were absolutely amazing and saved the day and were able to move the house and the apartment. So use all my sons don’t use Bellhops.

I wish I could give them 0 stars. Bellhop canceled my move less than 24 hrs before it was meant to take place via email, They did not even call me. the email said the next available time they had was 6 days away. They offered to take off 20% if I delayed my move by a week but shockingly I needed to move on the day I scheduled my move so this wasn’t helpful. I asked if they honor the 20% for unpacking in a month and they said discounts don’t roll over. It seems like other folks have had good experiences based on the reviews but I will never recommend Bellhop to anyone.

EDIT: I sent a message to Bellhop as directed in their reply to this review. No response whatsoever. The people that moved us were friendly. That is the one positive. They were very inexperienced and had never worked together before. Our items were damaged boxes were crushed. They sent a box truck and 4 people to move a 2 story house, needless to say everything did not fit and we had to spend an extra day moving the rest of it ourselves . They went over by 3 hours and we had to help unload to get them done. I would not recommend them to anyone.

Bellhops was the best moving choice I could have made! They were so friendly, super helpful, and efficient! When we ran into a parking problem, they smiled and kept the most positive attitudes, and kept working hard. I will never use another moving company again. Thanks for making the moving process 10000x less stressful! Trevor T. was an incredible leader and such a hard worker keeping things moving and making sure all was good on my end as well. Bellhops was a great choice! ML and Adam were my movers. They were professional, kind, good communicators and did a great job. I originally hired a different company through U-haul, but couldn't get in touch with that company to confirm my service. I was very stressed trying to hire movers last minute. I was able to book my move via phone in less than 10 minutes for the date and time I wanted. The girl that did my booking was great! The online platform is easy to use. Their prices were also significantly lower than their competitors.

The move was perfect. Trevor and Caleb were early and very friendly. They were also very professional and knew what they were doing and took great care of our belongings. When we needed a very heavy armoire moved to the second floor of our new apartment they were able to get some more helpers very quickly and they were equally professional, courteous and helpful. I could not have asked for a better experience, especially during these stressful Covid-19 times. I would highly recommend them and use them again.

This is the second time I've used Bellhops and I have been very happy with them both times! Today the guys finished in half the time we booked, so we were able to pay about half of what we thought we would. The guys are always very friendly and the company does a great job of keeping you updated with emails and texts getting you ready for the move. They make it easy to pay online and you are able to approve the times the movers clocked in for, as well as rate them individually. I'll be a repeat customer!

Awesome experience with Bellhop! Deshawn and Lucas from the Nashville team were a solid team, one of the best moving teams I’ve experienced! They were so efficient, communicative, and friendly. I was truly impressed with the professionalism and how they handled all of our items with care. From the time you book the service to the finish, the process was so smooth and seamless. A few days before, they send you your team which I thought was pretty neat to be informed. Check in and out was easy as well.

Buyer beware! Total scam. Reserved a day/time for move. Was told I could cancel at any time up until the day before the move, but they failed to discuss their penalty fees. Never signed a contract with them. Canceled my reservation and was charged $306.20 penalty fee. Even though I did not sign a contract with them they refused to refund the penalty fee. Two days after my cancelation, received emails explaining their cancelation policy and wanted me to agree and sign. Too late for that information.

All of the guys that came out were great - I had Tre’von, Noah & Anton and they were all prompt and did an all around great job with my move. Bellhops overall was also incredibly helpful as well, pulling together a last minute booking for me for the following morning, after my other moving company (Black Tie Moving) failed to show up at all, even after paying a deposit. Highly recommend this company and crew for their customer service, communication and reliability in particular.

Wow! My team of Nashville movers were incredible! My movers Salvatore and Caleb and the moving truck driver Neal were here 20 minutes early and got my estimated three hour move done in just one hour! If I am ever moving in Nashville or anywhere else Bellhop is definitely the moving company that will be moving me! I was able to book the move online and never had to speak to a single person on the phone. Who knew moving could be so easy. The best moving company in Nashville.

My Bellhops were the most wonderful movers! Matthew, Christian, and Samuel were absolutely delightful. They were so polite and they took great care of my personal items. They worked hard from the second they walked in the door until all of my belongings were in my new place. The only thing I wish they had brought was a few hand trucks. I think that would have made the move go a little bit faster, but I was still more than happy with my service!

Our landlord had scheduled our roof to be replaced the same day as our move and we only found out about it the night before. Despite a little chaos and a few obstacles, our bellhop team (Nicholas P., Nicholas F., and Logan S.) was fantastic! The guys were very professional, accommodating, polite, and willing to go the extra mile. It was such a relief to have them there to help. I would definitely consider using Bellhops again in the future.

Sept 6th out of Essington Pa. to Hendersonville, Tn. on Sept. 8th. Stay tuned for a very ugly review. Sooo much of our furniture ruined ( pictures to come, trust me), movers not showing up, one said he'd had enough and walked away. This is far from over. Paul and Matt are awesome! Bellhop should be proud of having great people like them working for the company. They arrived ahead of time, and padded/wrapped things, moved really fast and efficiently. They even helped me with assembling my furniture! I thought it would take 1 hr to load, it only took those guys under 30 mins! I will definitely choose this again when I move! My Bellhops teams in both Austin (Jason K., Mitchell N., and Vernest D.) and Nashville (Nicholas P., Elias A., and Joseph J.) were great! Based on my experience with Bellhops, I’d gladly recommend the services provided by this moving company. My movers, Trevor T., Aaron W., Drew H., and Tyler D. were friendly and did an excellent job. They even worked through a delay while we had a delay getting into our new house. This is the second home we have used Bellhops to move into and will only use Bellhops exclusively. Efficient is an understatement!

We had 3 bellhops, Samuel Molli, Christopher Pitts, and Mathew Ferguson and a driver and they were all superb!! The guys were down a bellhop but they worked super hard and only went a little over the time but wanted to make sure the job was completed. They were all super nice and the driver has incredible backing up skills, too! Outstanding work. Please tell them we say “Thank you again!!!!”

Truly amazing!!!! Best experience with a local moving company I’ve had. I needed help unloading my moving truck into a storage unit. Sebastián and Brady were prompt, patient, professional and very personable. I felt very comfortable with both of them—they worked quickly, carefully and I was truly impressed! Our Bellhops were very efficient and professional. Sam, Chase, and Salvatore made sure all of our items were packed the way we were happy with. I have been very stressed being 9 months pregnant and with my husband having a bad back. I was supposed to move a at 0830 into my new place. I get a notification 30 mins prior saying, that the driver called off and they couldn’t replace him. Never received a call back or anything. Very unreliable. Now, I have to find someone else on short notice and call off of work to move. I was considering just hiring the homeless people, at least they would have shown up.

Our bellhop guys did a great job. They were right on time and got straight to work. Everyone was friendly with my kids and they made sure everything was finished the way we wanted it. The service was a bit pricier than some of the other options I looked into, but Bellhop had the most flexibility with our moving schedule. They fit us in with very short notice on our part!

I do not recommend Bellhops. I made a reservation for a whole house move and an hour after they were supposed to show up, I called and found out they could not fulfill the reservation and wanted to reschedule for four days later. My experience with on the phone with Bellhops was extraordinarily negative and did not result in any kind of assistance or resolution.

Only issue was that the truck showed up late. Bellhops credited more than I expected for this and I didn’t even have to ask. I booked 5 hours but the team was super efficient and it only took 3.5. We’ve made used moving services for 3 moves and these were the best movers we’ve ever had. I’ll definitely recommend Bellhops to friends and family.

Way overpriced and didn’t come prepared. What moving company doesn’t supply blankets? Wrap? Something!!?? The truck was to small for my belongings so I had to make several trips to continue to move items.Not to mention they damaged a lot of pieces and my hardwoods in my new home. I feel scammed. Movers didn’t show up, just 1 mover and the driver came. The driver sits in the car the entire time. He can’t help. I was offered a 25% discount for the missing 4 persons. We had to mover ourselves with the one driver. This company is a scam. I do not recommend
