Amber took care of me the other day in boots in Cabot and I cannot explain how grateful I am for her. She approached me and listened attentively to what it was I was asking for. Amber then sat me down and spent a large period of time going through and showing me the skin care range. She helped role model how to use them, what order to use them and just gave me general information about the ingredients in them. Amber was so lovely too and was friendly and chatty. When I decided what items I loved she helped me find a deal on them which saved me over £120. I have now been using the skin care products morning and night for three day and I cannot explain how much better my skin looks and feels. I completed a whole day at work today and my makeup did not budge one bit and that was without powder (a tip Amber gave me when talking about my skin problems). Honestly I could not thank Amber enough, she told me she had only been there for three weeks and my god she’s got a bright future ahead of her!

Katie gives you THE BEST eyebrows possible! I have had mine tinted & waxed by Katie several times & just recently lamination. Katie is professional & knowledgable but also friendly & very personable. All really important to me. She has excellent attention to detail - a perfectionist. So handy to be able to pop into Boots as I’m always in town (Broadmead) The counter & treatment area is in a fairly private corner of the store and is kept spotless. Katie really knows her products and can recommend the ideal ones for individuals. Easy to book on line and change appointments If you need to. That’s a huge plus as far as I’m concerned, as my work schedule changes regularly. Highly recommended

Becky was amazing! As someone who has never touched makeup and has anxiety Becky was super accomodating and made me feel more than just a customer, she gave me advice and took time to match make up to my skin and the look I was attempting to go for. She was never pushy and always checked I was fine before carrying ok. Definitely going back for more advice on make up again!

I was approached by Anna this afternoon who helped me to understand my brow shape better and gave me more natural looking brows! She was amazing & incredibly friendly. She even went out of her way to give me a sample of primer that is good for my allergen prone skin. I can't wait to try all my new products! Definitely going to be my new fave mascara and eyebrow kit!

Katie is amazing and really knows brows! Absolutely brilliant work with mine that had been left a bit uneven by a previous beautician. A very friendly service in at a spotlessly clean waxing station. Made sure to check what I wanted and explained options so I got the perfect result. I will travel the 90 minutes to see her in Bristol again as her work was perfect.

Katie was amazing today! I went in for a brow wax but got so much more from it. In addition to some very appreciated communication for what specifically I wanted done, I also got some really useful, personalised makeup tips about eyeliner and mascara. She was also an absolutely pleasure to generally chat with. Next time I’m going to make sure I get Katie again!

My brow waxing appointment was with Katie. She was really friendly and made me feel welcome and relaxed. I met Megan at Bristol’s Benefit counter in Boots. She applied some products with a smooth, featherlight touch, explaining their purpose as she went, and transformed my face from my usual raw ‘wash and go’ to ‘delicately mature’ in hardly any time at all. Overall a very pleasant, successful, and informative treatment!

Had my eyebrows tinted and waxed by Faye. The service was absolutely amazing, so welcoming and made me fully at ease that she was going to look after my brows. She listened to what I wanted and The final product was perfect. Would 10/10 recommend her to anyone wanting there brows done.

Great eyebrow waxing treatment. Very thorough and Becky at the Boots branch in Broadmead, Bristol, did a perfect job! Would definitely visit for the same treatment again but it is slightly on the pricey side.

Bekki (in the Bristol boots store) was AMAZING colour matching both me and my mother, giving extra skin care advice and making us both feel very comfortable. I couldn't recommend more.

The brow products are not what I would usually use, they were pigmented and if you are looking for a brow powder or gel, i would recommend. Just not the right products for my brows.
