I had my brows done at Benefit Brow Bar at Myer Southland and had one of the worst experiences. After getting my brows done I felt pain under my eyebrow and saw that it was bright red (which I thought was normal at the time because it usually gets red afterwards). The pain wouldn't go away but then I realised it was a burn! I usually get my brows done at Benefit but never have I experienced a burn before. The following day I had a scab forming on the area and I was afraid that it would leave a scar! I have emailed the support/ customer services team and have not received a reply from them and it has been over 2 weeks now. I am just disappointed with their service and care towards customers... Would not recommend going here.

I had an eyebrow wax and lamination service. Eyebrow wax was rushed, resulting in one eyebrow being considerably thinner than the other which was upsetting as I prefer fuller brows. The lamination didn’t hold at all. I’ve had the same service at other locations and had been thrilled with the results up until I visited benefit Southland. I emailed twice with no response. I understand it was two days before Christmas but no one answered the store when I called either. I’d been hoping to book an appointment to have my brows fixed before the holidays.

Had such a lovely lady doing my makeup for my Aunties wedding. She knew exactly what I wanted and even made some slight changes that she thought would suit my skin tone a lot better which it definitely did. Really love that you can take home products that end up equaling the amount it cost to get your make up done. So you’re getting your makeup done AND you get to choose products they used on you. all for less than $150. I ended up choosing the foundation, concealer and mini primer in which I use them in my daily makeup routine now!

I was lucky enough to be able to make an on the spot appointment today and couldn’t recommend them enough! Usually when I get my eye brows waxed my entire face goes red and blotchy but the technician today took such care in explaining their process and making me feel comfortable. It’s been a few hours and no redness either! Amazing service, I will definitely be returning.

Naomi took great care to ensure that the colour of my eyebrows was what I wanted. She also made sure that the tails of my eyebrows were given extra care to match up as much as possible to the rest of my brows. I was extremely impressed with her professionalism and enjoyed time chatting with her.

Absolutely amazing ! I had Liv do my brows and honestly she was fantastic! This is the best my brows have ever looked, I will continue to get my brows done here, but specifically by Liv! She’s amazing and honestly my brows look perfect and couldn’t recommend anyone better …

Farhat is amazing I wouldn’t go anywhere else for my eyebrows, skincare ot makeup. She is always happy and smiling and nothing is too big of a job for her. Staff like that you need to hold on to as they do t come around too often.

Wonderful staff. So efficient and friendly. Great job of lashes and tint. Only issue was location. Quite exposed at entrance of Myer. Would have preferred a bit more privacy. But overall an excellent experience.

Olivia did an amazing job helping me with the products and giving me information about what suits my skin and what works for me! she did a trial on my face to show me the products and i am in love!
