Recently, I found myself (through no fault of my own) having to replace my diamond heirloom custom wedding set which belonged to my grandmother. I was devastated, but at my mother's suggestion I looked at Bennion's. I am very particular, loved my set as did my husband, and neither of us like a lot of the wedding sets we see around. Within moments of browsing their website, I found a setting I liked as did my husband. I emailed customer service at Bennions the next day. Within an hour Tracy back to me - and explained that she was not in the office (she emailed me on her day off) but gave me the information she could regarding the setting. After finding an old appraisal for my ring, Tracy was also able to find a center stone that was so similar to my original I was floored. I ordered the ring, band (which I had not seen, but was described) - because the rings are made for you individually - it takes 3-4 weeks, which was disclosed to me numerous times. Yesterday I picked up my ring - and it was worth waiting for - I have never in my life hugged a sales person, but I hugged Tracy. I love my ring! I would like to add, this was a difficult time for me, and Tracy made it so much better, she was understanding and consoling. She made the entire experience a good one, one I will remember, and I will always be a customer of Bennion Jewelers - as my family has since the 1960's.

Let me start by saying that as I was shopping for a wedding ring, I had been to seven jewelry sources prior to Bennion Jewelers. I did not know at all what I was doing in regard to searching for a wedding ring. None of these experiences gave me confidence in what I was buying. Each visit had me further and further confused as to styles, metals, fit, width, cost, design, value, etc. I went in to see Bill Bennion at the recommendation of a good friend and he had me sorted out with a direction that I was confident in within a few short minutes. What a tremendous relief, especially for a jewelry rookie like me not even sure of what questions I was trying to ask. Having had follow up post-purchase now as well (fitting questions/advising), all the staff at Bennion Jewelers continue to take excellent care of my fiancé and I. THAT is where they win me over, even beyond my initial satisfaction. Many businesses can give a good impression when buying, but fail during the follow up needs/questions. Not the case for our experience so far with Bennion Jewelers. We will be coming here for all of our jewelry needs from this point forward!

The experience that I have had with Bennion Jewelers has been no short of incredible. After purchasing my wife's engagement ring and getting married, the band developed a small crack where the ring had been sized. We quickly took it back in and they were more than willing to help us out by having it fixed. Unfortunately, this occurred a couple more times over the next two years. Every time we had to bring it in they were incredibly understanding and apologetic. They made an otherwise frustrating situation OK. They also went above and beyond and acted as our representative when the ring had to be sent back into the manufacturer. They pushed for it to be made in a stronger metal so that my wife could have the ring I had given her when I proposed. The manufacturer didnt even make this ring anymore but Bill and Cathy got it done. This meant so much to us. We recommend Bennion to everyone because they treat you as they would treat their own family. We will always use Bennion for all our future jewelry needs.

They have amazing customer service! We purchased my wedding ring here and they helped my wife pick out a perfect ring. After I needed the ring resized and they immediately ordered a new one. They realized it was a different shade in color once I arrived to pick it up and let me know it wasn't an issue for them to order the correct ring. I was happy with how it looked and decided to keep that one instead. It wasn't until I arrived home I saw there was a little chip on the outside of the band. Tracey was completely understanding and told me not to worry and she ordered the previous ring we purchased in the right size. My wife asked me to share she really enjoyed how they didn't judge based on appearance which made the biggest first impression compared to an experience she had at another jewlers. They are truly high class and top notch at Bennion Jewlers!

I have had nothing but wonderful experiences with Bennion Jewelers. They helped pick out the center diamond for my wedding ring, which is beautiful! Then they arranged to have the design created, exactly the way the designer wanted it made, just for me. If you want a one of a "one of a kind" wedding ring, Bennion's can help you make that happen. No one in the world has my ring, and that IS what I wanted. Mr. Duncan should realize platinum is very soft. I know because my ring is platinum. I scratch it all the time, without even knowing it. Polishing it out is a no-brainer, and I would never fault Bennion,s for cleaning up a ring so well you can then notice the scratch. Next ring, get white gold. It's much harder to scratch, will clean up very well, and you can be satisfied with the wear and tear a ring takes.

My fiancé and I, a mature senior couple, initially visited Bennion Jewelers to just look at wedding rings for ideas and to determine ring sizes. Kimberly was so very helpful. She was courteous, friendly, professional, patient, knowledgeable, and did not attempt to sell us anything. As our tastes are simple, she did not try to up-sell or persuade us to look at or purchase more expensive rings. She answered our questions, taught us much, and encouraged us to shop around. A few hours later, we chose to return to Bennion Jewelers and purchased our rings. It was a peaceful, fun experience, and we would encourage anyone looking for fine jewelry for whatever purpose to visit Bennion Jewelers. Don't hesitate to ask for Kimberly. WOW I love this place. We went to SO many jewelers (20+) looking for a unique engagement ring. We walked into this store not expecting much and were so pleased with the selection. They have the classics, but also more current trends (the type of stuff I thought you could only get on etsy). Ultimately-- I really wanted a Ruby ring and we were able to have one made based on a setting they had in the store. They ordered in the exact type of ruby i wanted (an opaque one) and let us pick exactly what we wanted. Also-- they are very affordable! I thought it would be more expensive then other stores but they were right on par. We paid just $900 for our custom ring. I couldn't recommend them enough!

I was very pleased with my watch shopping experience at Bennion Jewelers. A salesperson there helped me look at multiple watch models and explained things to me clearly and openly. They had a wide variety of brands and models in stock and even had some that fit my stringent criteria. With multiple dive and dress watches similar to what I was looking for, I was very impressed with their selection. They were more than happy to let me try watches on and hep me find the right fit. I have a smaller wrist and was surprised when the salesperson knew how to cater to that and had models that would work on my wrist. I highly recommend Bennion Jewelers as a watch shopping stop!

I am not really sure what Mr Duncan is referring to. I have been shopping at Bennion for five plus years, before and after they moved. The service that I have received has been nothing but fantastic. I brought a necklace that I bought at another jewelry store that was damaged and it was fixed with no problems and charges. They have welcomed us into a family and have been very generous to us including setting up a house charge that I can payoff in monthly payments. This has been a great help in purchasing anniversary gifts for my wife. I recommend Bennion Jewelers to all my friends and to see Bill and the rest of the staff for all their jewelry needs.

I have had an amazing experience here. My boyfriend (now fiancé) and I went in to look at engagement rings a month ago. They didn’t have what I wanted in store, but Heidi helped us create exactly what I wanted. She helped us through the whole process of finding diamonds in the cut/color/clarity I wanted, sized my finger, and found the exact gold setting I wanted. Everyone who works here is very personable and show they really care. They aren’t pushing and pushing you to buy anything just so they can sell, instead they’re showing they want to help. Tracy helped me find the perfect engagement ring for my fiancé we LOVE it. My grandfather bought my grandmothers original wedding ring here and for their 50th anniversary had it made into a necklace and bought another ring for her as well. When my father proposed to my mother he also bought her ring here and now 25 years later I was able to get the perfect ring, the one my fiancé dreamed of having! Tracy helped us custom design our wedding ring a little over four years ago and I have had non stop comments ever since on how beautiful it is, even strangers on the street stop to tell me how gorgeous my ring is. We have since purchased multiple necklaces, bracelets, earrings, and the most breath-taking TAGHeuer watch on the planet! Their prices are more than reasonable and the entire staff treats my husband and I like family every time we visit. I’m from out of state and decided to stop in to look at wedding bands while on vacation. Due to the shape of my ring I didn’t love anything I tried on at other places. Tracy then recommended making a tracerband(could completely customize it). From start to finish the process was so smooth, they even sent a wax figure for me to try on! I couldn’t of dreamed of a better ring and couldn’t imagine a better jeweler that truly cared about what I wanted and not just making $!! Bill Bennion has been a longtime friend of our family's, so when it came time for me to pop the question to my girlfriend, Bill was a natural go-to. With that said, I know Bill's store carries exceptionally high-quality stuff, so I was a bit worried it would be out of my price range. Not to fear! Bill was great. He worked with me to get my (now wife) exactly what she wanted, plus he hooked me up with an awesome ring that I absolutely love. I highly recommend Bennion Jewelers, for friends and strangers alike. I purchased a ring for my wife from Bennion Jewelers and they told me it would be 5-6 weeks to make it. I went back a month later and they told me it wouldn't be done for another month. The next month they told me they couldn't tell me if it would be done in 10 weeks from the original purchase date. I already had paid for the ring in full and when my wife called to ask about it the owner was rude to her. We finally got a refund, but they were reluctant to give me my money back. I will not be buying a ring from Bennion Jewelers again.

OK so if you’re Mormon and you’re in the market for a wedding ring or engagement ring and your near the temple downtown then go for it this place is probably awesome otherwise if you’re shopping for unique and original and creative jewelry I would not go here this is really a wedding ring store for Mormons. Not that it’s a bad thing although I would have a sign or maybe be a little bit more explicit about being a wedding ring store for Mormons, maybe call it Mormon wedding rings or the Mormon rings or something I don’t know.

My soon to be fiancé and I felt intimidated shopping for rings at first but our fears quickly melted away as soon as we walked in. Kathie was the friendliest person ever and made us feel welcome and accommodated to. She made sure we were able to try on a ton of different things so we could find exactly what was right for us. They weren’t pushy at all and just wanted to make sure we were happy with whatever was chosen. I would come here anytime I needed to buy jewelry and would recommend it to anyone looking to get married.

The associates at Bennion Jewlers are some of the nicest and down-to-earth people you will ever meet. They were so kind, and not pushy at all, just what my girlfriend (now wife) needed. I went to Bennion to look at rings originally, about to propose to my now wife, I wanted an idea of prices and styles. Bill was fantastic in every way and worked with me on finding the perfect ring. We got my engagement ring, my wedding band, and my husband's wedding band all at Bennion Jewelers. They have a great selection and are very affordable compared to chains like Kays. Derek is part of the family - he was also very helpful, welcoming, and had all of our rings sized and ready to go quickly. We had to get my wedding band custom made. This shop has a go to place for these types of requests. The custom band was done earlier and cheaper than expected! Highly recommend Bennions for your wedding ring needs.

My fiancé and I have been looking for a wedding band for me with very a specific idea in mind and also to match my custom engagement ring. I cannot say enough about Kathy and Bill. Not only did Kathy help us find the perfect wedding band, Bill called his shop and had it sized and back to us within 2 hours!! They were so nice, friendly, knowledgeable, and no pressure. Horrible experience. I noticed another review about a man who treated people badly. This was also my experience. While the rest of the sales folks may be nice and all, the owner himself is rude as all get out. Not easy to be a small business owner but his treatment sent me to the internet to post my first ever negative review. If you want to be mistreated or to have your hard earned money support this type of behavior, this is the place to go.

we come up from Southern California, where we have lived for 49 years to buy ANY jewelry from this fine establishment. none like it anywhere in all the western states. we totally trust them, they are honest, they have an excellent selection of all types of high-end jewelry. their salespeople are topnotch. I wish I could write a much better review because this is a marvelous place to visit and learn and enjoy and buy.

Bill and his son treated my husband and I with such authentic care and kept us informed throughout the entire time Bill skillfully cut my wedding ring off my enflamed finger. I have since been to a couple of dermatologist appointments because my ring finger is still in the healing process, but otherwise would have gladly had him adjust my ring. Great customer service from Paul. I was looking for a particular/unique spring bar for my Longines Hydroconquest, and Paul was able to get it for me. Despite not getting watch from the place, Paul still went the extra miles to help me get the part, so I can put the watch on my wrist again. Highly recommend you to visit Paul to scratch your Longines or TAG Heuer itch.
