Varsin tylsä makuelämys tai ei oikeastaan elämys lainkaan. Todella tylsää tavallista aasia ruokaa mitä saa joka buffasta. Vatsa tuli siis kuitenkin täyteen että ainakin syömäkelpoista oli. Iso miinus tunnelmasta. Pöydät siivoamatta ja hirveä määrä kärpäsiä ja kamala haju. Lisäksi siellä soi täysillä joulumusiikki (6.11) eikä minusta aasialaiseen ravintolaan sovi muutenkaan joulurallatukset. Lisäksi ärsytti myös kun oli syö12 viikot niin näillä se astuu voimaan vasta illalla eikä missään lukenut asiasta edes pienellä präntillä! Ja palvelu tietysti taas englanniksi.. kävi sääliksi vanhempaa rouvaa joka yritti asioida siellä.

A friend of mine really liked this place, he ordered something from Foodora every time he was working. The restaurant visit was quite different. Personally, I disliked the rice that was served within the bento, it was... Tasteless. Yakitori was by far pretty good. Tonkatsu was awesome. If I except food from reviewing, then I feel like Bentosi isn't so good place. I got a fly in the drink, but the officiant did everything to cover this misconception. I can recommend this place for takeaway orders, but not for a visit

Aivan täydellinen makuelämys. Syöviikkojen molemmat annokset kokeiltu (ei sushia). Saa valita lisukkeeksi kanatikut (chiken teriyaki), dumblings kana tai tofutäytteellä ja jotain muutakin on. Riisissä täydellinen koostumus. Rapeat uppopaistetut kanat herkullisia, just sopivan tulisia ei yhtään liikaa sekä possu oli hyvää. Raaste, jossa punakaalta oli superhyvää. Ruoka tarjoillaan kivoissa laatikoissa. Palvelu täysi kymppi. Paikka on pieni voit joutua odottamaan jos ei ole pöytävarausta. Lämmin suositus ja mukava tunnelma. Naapuripöydän mies oli kohtelias ja latasi puhelintani.

Unfortunately the food me and my companion had was simply bad. It felt like the person who prepared the food did not know how the dishes were supposed to taste or how to prepare them. Rice was definitely wrong type for these sort of dishes. Fried chicken was too soft and slimy. Also one of the three pieces I had was only batter, no chicken at all. Ebi fry was served with chili powder which was weird and did not fit the dish at all. For whatever reason, beer was also served with ice... Service was good, but that's about the only nice thing I can say about this place.

Lovely foods pairing with friendly customer service make a great dining experience! I ordered Salmon tartare for starter, Bulgogi bento with prawn tempura side, and mochi ice cream. I’m an absolutely big tartare fan and I have to say that this is one of the better tartare I’ve had so far as the taste of tartare here is balanced, rich, but also quite fresh. Bulgogi is well-seasoned and the crunch of prawn tempura is absolutely something to crave for! Highly recommended for a good eat in Helsinki :)

(+) Good location, close to the centre but without the hustle and bustle. The food was quite good, although I didn't finish the chicken. The bento portion is quite adequate for a man. (-) I wish the staff would be more attentive and explain what is where (like cutlery, miso soup). Also note that even though there were just a few customers, some tables were not cleaned up

The bento concept sounded cute so we went to try this place. All the dishes was dry/bland, almost same as those typical food you get from buffet table but it's more nicely arranged and served to you. The waitress forgot about our drink and we had to ask about it after the food was served. The floor was very sticky and you can feel it when you walk around the restaurant.

Service was in chaos and could not handle a full restaurant. Clearing out tables took a long time and probably not helped by the fact you can order both from table and at the counter, but there is only 1 person waitressing. Food, average. Rice was okay, "karaage" pieces as side were about 3 chicken nugget sized pieces. Sweet and sour crispy chicken was solid but the breading was very chunky. Nothing to write home about, atleast on the first visit.

We loved the food but the service was just so bad. Like the worst I have ever gotten. We got seated to a dirty table (and they cleaned the dishes only after a like 10 min). They probably forgot our order since we waited over an hour for our foods, and literally everyone else got their food first (also who came 30min after us). They forgot our appetizers(we got them after we were done with our mains) and the appetizers were also raw. On top of everything they forgot the refill glasses we ordered.

Beautiful bento with a large choice of protein options + a vegetarian option (the tofu which was delicious). Plus : nice place, unassuming waitress who was kind enough to charge my phone and give me a tupperware for the food I didn't manage to finish, nice healthy bento box with good choice of sides Minus: miso soup is self service but the waitress didn't tell me so I had to figure it out myself

A very good place to enjoy Asian food. The bentos taste delicious and they have good variety of options. I especially liked karaage, absolutely recommend. Miso soup for free is also a nice touch. The only complaints are that the food sizes are a bit on the smaller side, and the toilets are tiny and slightly uncomfortable. Other than that, it’s worth visiting for sure

It's a little crammed and loud in there, at least that's how I felt. It took a little while until I got noticed by someone to be seated. In my opinion, the complementary miso soup tasted terrible. But tastes differ. The main course, the bento box, was really good. Everything tasted fresh and really well seasoned.

Bentosi just opened in the neighborhood and I was happy to try it. Service has been genuinely amazing and food quality was way above my expectations. The beef teriyaki was very tasty and the grilled salmon excellent. Pricing is fair based on the portion (you get rice, vegetable, a main and a side in the bento box).

This little gem was right outside our apartment. The food was delicious and the service perfect. You could have unlimited miso soup and the bento box included the perfect amount of food. We had tonkatsu, dumplings and salmon nigiri and everything tasted wonderful.

My friend and i stayed in Helsinki for few days and decided to go this small restaurant. Rice is so good, soft and moisture is perfect. We took the chicken bento and the salmone bento. Taste was really balancing and the tempura was delicious too. Highly recommended !!!

I think that this concept is great. Having a bento box as a lunch. It has many small pieces of different kinds of components. You get with this variety of foods. There is salad and miso soup you can get as a started included in lunch which is good. The food tastes good and it comes even at lunch time reslly fast. Lots of options even vegan one.

Went for a dinner on a Sunday evening. Food serving was great. However the food itself was average at most.

I ordered a bento box with tonkatsu and chicken yakitori. Tonkatsu was still moisture inside and the chicken was incredibly soft. Strongly recommend for a quick lunch!

First time getting bentobox and boy did this set the bar at a high level. The starter soup was delicious, the chicken was superbly crispy and the fish was cooked to perfection. Service was very kind and warm.

Really great place, especially for a lunch. The Bentos are great, just the right size, very tasty! There’s a table on the side where you can get your sides ;), really nice option. Really recommend it, even if you’re not that much into Asian food :)

A beautiful place in Helsinki, where everyone should go at least once in their lifetime.

Tilasimme Beef Yoshoku, crispy Hunter and salmon grande. Kaikki kolme annosta olivat erittäin hyviä. Entrecote Liha oli juuri sopiva, kana oli crispy muttei kuiva ja lohen kastike oli todella hyvää. Asiakaspalvelu oli erittäin ystävällistä.

Excellent food with unique flavours. Some Asian food completely different than the rest in Helsinki. The staff and the service were great! I recommend takoyaki and the sweet spicy fried chicken!

We had a salmon tartare, two tonkatsu bentos and miso soup. Portions were generous and food was tasty.
