Janine, Victor and Charlene made the process so comfortable for our family answering all our questions and making sure all the accommodations were in place for my mom. I was truly impressed how knowledgeable you were on our Hindu culture for final rites/rituals and ensured that you were with us every step of the process which made the viewing/service so beautiful for mom. The entire staff offered such grace and kindness. The worst moment of my life was softened by the compassion and heartfelt patience was so welcomed. Victor, Jeanine, Charlene and last but not least Andrew. Victor had such kindness in his voice and I called him at least 10 times and the melody of kindness never once waivered. Jeanine's handshake gave me such reassurance and trust. Charlene's anticipation of my every need was meet and exceeded my expectation. I returned on Sunday June 3, 2022 to pick up Son's ashes and Andrew handed my Son to me the same way the Nurse handed him to me when he was born. That moment in time I will remember always! We had our beloved family member funeral services and burial coordinated through Bergen Funeral Home and I am writing this post as a 'thank you' to the entire staff especially director, Janine C. who arranged everything to flow so seamlessly so we didn't have to worry about the smallest detail. It was a difficult time for our family but I can't express the gratitude shown by the team who were kind and compassionate and guided us through the entire process. We were satisfied with the way everything went from the initial contact to the final resting place (may your soul RIP mom, we love you and you will always and forever be in our hearts)

I am writing this review as an appreciation post for the professionalism, kindness and thoughtfulness of the entire staff for my grandmother's funeral. Everyone was helpful, there to answer questions and put your mind at ease for the small details. Bergen's staff was professional and beyond accommodating. They assisted with everything from coordinating the burial to ensuring that services were livestreamed. Bergen should be your first choice for burial services in Queens. Thank you to the staff for all of their help during this difficult time. My family is grateful and appreciative.

I’m not sure I ever got a chance to properly review Bergen Funeral back in 2018, so I’ll do so now. We had planned on cremating my father and then traveling to Italy to deliver his ashes in the mausoleum where his parents are buried. We had no idea how to go about this or what it entailed. Bergen Funeral took care of everything in a timely and respectful fashion. I don’t know how we would have been able to figure out the logistics and process on our own. I cannot thank them enough for handling everything for us and putting our minds at ease during a difficult time.

Bergen Funeral Service is the best place in queens to give your loved ones the proper funeral they deserve. They are very kind, compassionate and accommodating. They are very respectful to all different kinds of cultures and do their best in order to make everything perfect for the bereaved family. My grandmothers funeral was peaceful, beautiful and well organized because of them. This was the last thing we could ever do for her, and we cannot thank you enough for making our job easier.

Had my mother’s funeral service here and her repatriation. Bergen funeral home made the process go smoothly. I came back for when another family member passed. Best decision for me and my family. We are always respected and cared. Usually, in companies there are some good staff and some bad. But I can honestly say that the WHOLE staff here is amazing and they really care for you, your feelings, and the deceased wishes. Thank you Bergen funeral home!

The cost to live and then to die. Charges are crazy. $95 to dress the decease , $70 each pallbearers of which the hearse driver is one of them and they only had 2 ladies for that. $20 for gratuities ? $600 church, 2 percent if you are using a credit card of which nowhere does it state that on my bill statement, $295 for supervision for visitation, what is that ? I am in the wrong business, I will leave it at that.

Bergen Funeral Home is by far one of the best funeral establishments in Queens. It’s definitely a #1 choice for my family. The facility is clean and organized, the accommodations are great and the client service is superb. The employees goes above and beyond to make your experience there the best. I would recommend them to anyone. They were very comfortable to my family In our time of need.

You need to update your live stream capabilities. While viewing the memorial service this morning at the Rockaway branch, the stream lagged continuously and the screen went dark and I missed 75% of the service. I called the 800 number and was placed on hold for a very long time until I hung up. Even after logging in and out several times it failed.

Thank you Juliet and the rest of the Bergen staff. You all were very kind and respectful. Very respectful towards our Hindu rights that needed to be done, and very nice to Biscuit! My family and I appreciate your professionalism, kindness, thoughtfulness, and respect through this hard time.

Jenine and all of the other staff were professional all while showing compassion and care for our family during our most difficult moment yet. Jenine especially was very patient and knowledgeable with our situation… death in another country. Thank you once again!

Been here quite a few times. Small parking lot for immediate family members.Spacious and all depends on how much room one needs they can fit you for that amount of people. They cater to all religions. This place is quite clean and makes you feel comfortable.
