Our agent, Karen Shaylor Wong, was so knowledgeable and made sure our every need was taken care of every step of the way. She handled everything for us, even things we did not expect her to, like getting estimates from dozens of repair professionals when we were trying to buy one house that needed work, and the seller wasn't working with us. She helped us back out of that offer and saw to it that they gave us all our money back. She made sure that when we did finally find our home that they included a warranty and kept all the appliances there (two things we didn't think of asking for, but are so glad she did!). We never had to second guess if she had our best interest in mind. Working with Karen felt like working with a trusted family member. I would use her again and again, and have already recommended her to others!

Teresa was very kind knowledgeable and went above and beyond to help my husband and I in finding not just a house but our home. The home that purchased was one where our offer was declined and the sellers went with another offer. Though we were disappointed Teresa was very encouraging . When we found other homes and the offers we declined she encouraged us and let us know that more opportunities would open up. Little did we know that our home would come back on the market . From offer on 10/15/2021 to close 11/10/2021, Teresa was there guiding us and making sure that we knew next steps . The process was made smoother with her guidance.

We are buying land, building (and designing) a home, and selling our current home. He knows everything about everything!
