Zero stars if I could. Bought a laptop paid the 3 year protection plan. No loners to use while it will take 7-12 days to let me know if it can be fixed. That guy was giving attitude and then sent me to customer service for the tablet I paid for the protection plan too. Dora asked a guy for help and he told her what to tell me. Which was the model number didn’t match and then told me that I used the protection plan already. When asked where is the proof of that lie. She didn’t have any and said I can give u a store credit of 32. Informed her I would want all my money back. She then asked another guy for help who told her do the return. She called another short gay sassy guy who said they didn’t have it in stock and I would have to get the newer one and pay the difference. I shouldn’t have to pay anything. Now he said he can give me a gift card of $54.11 which I told him the girl told me 32. He wants to say sometimes the system is off. He also said or I can take it to Amazon. He gave the gift card of 54.11 and didn’t refund me what I paid for the protection plan of 3 years since it wasn’t used. The protection plan at this point is a scam. ((When I took AirPods before they tried to charge me a lot of money to fix them when I had the protection plan in the past and said it’s best you get a new one. So I had to get a new one and got it without the protection plan.)). Hence why todays situation I said I didn’t want store credit because I do not want anything from there. Then they kept the tablet and said they are going to send it to Amazon to fix lol yeah so they can sell it refurbished. Didn’t they just say it’s not in stock / do not carry it anymore ? I have laptops. AirPods, tablets, cameras, phones from here previously bought. This is how they treat valued customers. That’s why for our newest phones we went elsewhere and will continue to do so.

This is the nearest Best Buy to me, and I was excited to see the store had Apple services through Geek Squad, thinking it would save me a trip to the Apple store. I made an appointment online through Apple to have my iPhone battery replaced today. Upon entering the store, it felt somewhat sterile after the semi-recent remodel - They've taken half the store and turned it into what looks like online fulfillment. The greeter pointed me in the direction of the Geek Squad counter for my appointment, and a gentleman greeted me after a few minutes. I confirmed I was there to have my battery replaced. He asked me to remove the case, and confirmed he would need to take my phone to the back to "take a look and begin work." He asked me if I was aware of the cost of the phone replacement, to which I said yes, $69 is what the appointment noted. He said he thought it was $49, and asked me to take a seat at one of the tables. After some time, he returned with my phone in-hand. I was surprised thinking my phone was ready to go...I should have known better. He confirmed they did not have the battery replacement I needed in stock and said they could ship my phone out for the replacement. I declined, as I wasn't prepared to go without a phone for 3-5 days. He offered to check stock of other stores, but mentioned the Apple store may be the best bet, and confirmed I was right in that the replacement would cost $69 not the $49 he mentioned. The low rating isn't so much for the employee who helped me, but the process overall. Why would a store accept the appointment, or not call me before the appointment, if they didn't have the item needed, in stock? It was a waste of time, driving, and gas.

John I have been in search for a new camera. I have looked around a few times to try and find the ZV-E10. When entering the store I thought that it was not in stock but wanted to give it a shot anyways and asked ‘John’ who greeted me at the front door. He was very patient and understanding as I was trying to double check to make sure it was the right camera. What really stood out to me was his dedication to making sure that I was taken care of. When at the register to check out he noticed that I was over there for a while & came over to ask if everything was okay. I explained to him that the pricing was a little off from what was on amazon & he made sure to get everything squared away. We then had a small conversation about the importance of treating everyone nice and he mentioned that he was more than willing to help and strives for everyone to feel welcomed. His customer service exceeded expectations and I really appreciated everything he did in the process of me purchasing this camera. Kevin then walked up and greeted me as well as we had a encounter before during my last visit. John, Kevin, & Darius are excellent customer service representatives and people as they make you feel welcomed and is there to help. Thank you John, Kevin, & Darius.

Very disappointed with the Geek SquadFor a place that charges $99 for a diagnostic on a computer. This is a zero rating. Went here to see if I could get help with some trouble with my laptop. Waited so long the guy who saw me come in thought I had been helped. Got there when one of the geeks was helping a customer, he saw me walk up, went to the back of the room and never cameback out. After about 20 minutes, another guy walks up and disappears into the room. As I walk out, the guy at the door asks if I got the help I needed, I tell him no, and he pages the Geek squad to let them know a customer is waiting, and he instructs me to knock on their door. I do, and a guy asks, have you been helped? By who sir? The whole squad is behind the store. Then a guy walks out and I think I will get some service and no. Walks right by me. Then as I leave, he is trys to tell me that someone will be with me. No sir. I have waited for over 30minutes. I will go find help elsewhere. FYI Geek Squad, not everyone understands the 1010 of computer language,but news flash ya'll are not the only ones who understand it. Do better.

Went there to purchase my ipad, apple pencil & the ipad screen protector. The person who was helping us out convinced us that he can take care of the screen protector thing. After we were done with the payment, he took the ipad & the screen protector(I bought the paper-like screen protector- pack of 2 as their representative said that’s the best one even though it was a bit pricey) inside & handed it over to someone from the team to put it on & told us to wait outside. It was a about 30 minutes wait which is a long time to just fix the screen protector. Upon asking over & over again we were told it’s taking time. Finally, when we were handed over our items, I noticed that the other screen protector was missing. Upon asking we were told that the person who was putting it on messed up on the first one so he had to use the second one! no apologies, no refund or replacement, just a straight up rude response! Was really disappointed at the customer service!!

This is a review of the locker pickup: Ordering and having the item placed in the locker is very simple. Of course pick times vary on the time of day. I ordered one item late at night and it took a while to get the pick notification. Then the next morning I created another order and it was picked nearly instantly. Getting the items is simply. You go to he locker and put in the verification code. However, there is a really dump cover that falls over the terminal. You have to use one hand to hold it up and operate your phone and the machine with the other. Then if you have two different orders, and you don't want to put the first order on the floor because it is expensive, you will be be there holding the flap, trying to operate your phone and machine with the other hand while trying to secure your first item under your arm or between your legs. Get rid of the terminal cover!

The humans spammers that harass customers outside in front of this location are on a whole new level. I watched these people literally follow Best Buy customers towards their cars screaming at them and trying to solicit them for charity donations. They harassed me on the way in, and then they harassed me again on the way out, despite me already telling them the first time that I wasn’t interested. I know it might not be Best Buy‘s fault, but they should at least tell their landlord to stop allowing these aggressive bottom feeding charity groups to follow and scream at all of the customers entering and exiting the store. Maybe if enough of us start leaving one star reviews about this practice these retailers will finally stop allowing it.

I took my computer to geek squad because I had a problem with charging my computer. The technician said that my charger was fine and that the charging port had a malfunction. I took my computer to another place for a second opinion and it turns out it wasn’t the charging port it was the charger that wasn’t working. The technician seemed like he didn’t want to do any work, because he was not only short with me he was rude to the lady that was ahead of me in the line. On multiple occasions excluding the above mentioned I have received poor customer service. By far this has been the worst Best Buy I have been to. What’s really unfortunate is this is the nearest one to my home. What a shame.

Worst experience yet. My and my father came here looking for a certain product and we were looking around for help. Most employees were already busy with other people so we decided to wait. One of the employees just finished helping someone so we came up to them, however they went up to another customer. My father doesn’t know much English, so he tried expressed his annoyance with the words he knew. All he said was, “Why nobody help me?” And the employee looked at him with an annoyed look and says in a very aggressive tone “I’m already helping someone! What the hell?.” This place is heavily understaffed and is very rude to customers.

Very slow and unmotivated employees roaming around like zombies and unwilling to make an effort to offer help. I asked a question and some skinny punk waves his hands around saying "That has nothing to do with me. I can't help you." I said "Then find me someone that can help me. Is that too much to ask?!" The manager came over and gave some half-witted answer to blow smoke up my backend. This place needs 90% of their staff replaced. The other 10% at least know how to lock/unlock the doors and turn on the lights. This was my third and final trip to this location, only because it was conveniently close by. Do better Best Buy.

Been buying from this store for awhile. Bought a tv online and their system cancelled my order the morning of the last day of pick up without giving me a chance to pick up my item. So beware the last day of pickup on your orders does not mean you have till that day like their emails says. It’s the day it will be canceled first thing that day! It’s frustrating because I called store and was told it was a system error, but they can help reorder. Meaning I have to wait to get refunded and basically repurchase without offering anything to make it worth your while. Never again! Sams Club or Walmart it is.

Excellent customer service and product availability. Went to purchase an OLED TV and salesperson Becky from Lafayette, Louisiana broke down the differences between OLED, QLED, and Nanocell in full detail. After helping me, she had to take to deal with a brief emergency but I told her I won't check out until she returns. After doing further research she found me a better deal on an OLED so I purchase it. She even walked/carried it to the front where as men were going to get carts to haul TV sets. Ms. Becky in my opinion is a true example of superior customer service and she deserves a raise.

I came this morning to address my computer with the geek squad. This is not the first time they are understaffed in that area. So they asked me to make an appointment to come back at 7:40 pm. I took that appointment and still I'm having to wait in a line of people. Best buy please stop in cheap and pay associates /workers to man the stations appropriately. It is not fair for you to take customers, money for warranties and other things that you choose not to staff your company/ stores in order to handle. This is not the first time. This happens to many of us frequently.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I came in to do a return and Donna was the one helping me. The issue was that I ordered a product and never received it in the mail, Best Buy sent me a new one. I came in to return it and I got accused of stealing by Donna. She stated that I received the original and the one I came to return she snatched from me and stated that I will receive a $0 credit on it. I was so shocked and while I tried to collect my thoughts she brushed me off. I have been going to Best Buy since my childhood but never received treatment like this.

There was almost nobody working here. They had the item we wanted, and once we got to the front of the customer service line, we got our item quickly. The person who helped us was really apologetic about the level of service, but it totally wasn't his fault. A great example of corporations not giving their workers the staffing they need. The workers were working their guts out, but it just wasn't enough for this location. The fact that there's a mostly-dead mall across the street, and that there's nothing else of interest nearby don't help things either.

I used to visit this Best Buy a lot as they had a great selection of games and movies among other things before they remodeled . When I visited a few days ago, their selections were horrible and I saw a lot of empty shelves. It seems they are more focused on their ship from store and whatever else they do on the other half of the store. Not to mention, the staff is not that great either. I wouldn’t be surprised if this location closed up shop…A lot of the West Oaks area has gone to the dogs. Guess I’ll stick to Amazon and other BB locations.

Worst store and worst employees ever most unprofessional place ever. I swear I would be so happy if one of their employees spoke any English I called this place they hung up on me due to their laziness, they have no respect for their customers. They are outright rude and have no work ethic truly a pitiful set of employees they need to do something about this customer support maybe consider hiring someone who knows any English would be a good start. Manager needs to wake up and teach the employees to not be completely incompetent.

I have been a customer for years , I bought so many IPhones , iPads , my cameras , washer and dryer and many other electronics . I never returned anything till today when I needed to return a laptop . I know they have policies and it did pass the return date because I was overseas for emergency, but I think they should have more appreciation to their loyal customers , I will never buy anything from this store again ! BTW thr laptop has never been used !

Where I got my TV on Black Friday, busy but no chaos. Felt safe and organized. Also where I got my Xbox. Order was quickly ready after placing it on the app. Just wish the pickup window for online orders hadn’t been taking walk-ins. Customer in front of me had lots of questions and wasn’t sure about the item they had with them. I think it would have been a better experience for them working with a product specialist before approaching check out.

The staff was very helpful, thank you to Sean and his coworkers (unfortunately I do not remember their names). Not only was I greeted when I entered, when i explained I was there for a TV the front staff assisted me and recommended a LG/Sony/TCL TV and called in so that someone was their to assist with me my decision. It was a great experience there is a reason why my family and I have been going back to this Bestbuy for over 20+ years.

Decided to do a pickup inside Best Buy & had to go from one pick up area to another since no one was at the desk in the "Pick up order" line I had to go to the other line "Customer Service - Checkout" line to get help, Best Buy why don't you just have 1 line instead of 2 lines, 3 people in the Customer Checkout" line & 2 people waiting in the "order pickup" better to just do curbside pickup & not worrying about being in line..

An employee tried to run us over as we came into the store. Picked up a display children's tablet and an alarm started going off. Informed an employee, no one seemed to care or acknowledge what I said. A lot of the shelves were empty. It's definitely a smaller Best Buy. Luckily they had the USB car charger we needed. Went to check out, and there were no registers? Had to walk over to customer service to purchase.

It was far to go to, but it was the only one that had our kids' tablets, and they were on sale. It was so fast and easy to go pick up an order and still look around to buy something else. Less than 20 minutes to do all that. Usually at the other Best Buy's we wait in line for a good 10 minutes trying to pick up an order or pay for something plus time spent looking around. I like fast service.

Please don’t trust those two year contract they give to pay off your purchases it not true what they do is charge your card for the complete amount instead of the month to month that they say and they start to tell how if you pay off all the money within two years they you will pay no interest on it. Which a lie because they already took all the money and max out your card. So be careful.

Customer service only had 3 people on shift…. Store owner and management need to have at least all 4 working, the owner of this store don’t value your time at all. Just want more profits…. Waiting in line just to make a payment for about 15 minutes. I see 5 desks, 3 workers at the desk, but 8 people in line…. Shows you how backed up they get. This store blows

Terrible customer service by a rep, she was not having a great morning. went to pick up the mini fridge we ordered on 7/6/23 and it was ready to pick on the same day, went to pick up on 7/7/23 it took them 1 hour 20 minutes to bring the fridge to my van. NOTE to the manager. Please have a meeting with your employees of how to treat your customers.

Perhaps I should have picked up a bunch of expensive items and stood by the door. Can guarantee you I would’ve gotten way more assistance than I needed

This location has faster costumer service and tech support area the store warranty on laptops are ridiculously expensive. With all the changes in technology one of this expensive laptops it becomes too old in 2 years if you paid $890 for a laptop and $249 for warranty. More than $1000 for something that will have to be replaced anyway.

I was sold the wrong printer cartridge at a different Best Buy as the Best Buy rep said it would work on my printer. I only realized that it was the wrong cartridge after opening the package. The Best Buy customer service decided to make an exemption to their policy and replace the part. Kiddos to the manager for making the decision…

Bought a chrome book from Franky, Not only was I met with exceptionally amazing customer service. This guy knows his stuff! I went in to purchase a MacBook and Franky convinced me to give the google chrome book a try. Now my wife is jelly and wants to nab herself a chromebook! You will not be disappointed.
