Horrible customer service. Had a pair of earbuds that needed to be exchanged. I walked in and asked at the front what I needed to do to exchange them. She sent me to the Geek squad desk. I stood in line for roughly about 15-20mins just so that they could tell me I need to go to customer service. Customer service then told me I needed to get a replacement set and go back to customer service. I waited along with another customer for about another 20mins. I tried to ask an associate and he replied rudely that he was off the clock and to look for someone else. I found someone else and I was told I needed to put my name on the que with the person at the front of the store where I initially asked what needed to be done to exchange my earbuds. I told the person there that there was another person waiting ahead of me and she said no problem. We then waited about another 15-20mins before someone showed up. He asked for my name and I told him the other customer was ahead of me and he rudely replied that the customer needed to put his name on the que to be helped and that he could only do one transaction at a time. I told him to help the customer ahead of me first and he refused. He grabbed a set of earbuds and I told him they were the wrong ones and he grabbed another set and proceed to the check out. I told him it was a warranty exchange and he ignored me while ringing me up. I told him again and he rudely says that I need to go to customer service as he voided the transaction. He walked my product over to customer service and left it there while I again waited in line. Once the associate checked out my product, I asked why the price was soo high, come to find out, they were the wrong product. I was asked if I wanted to get the correct ones and I said there was no way I was going to waste anymore time at this store. I had been there for almost and hour and a half just for a simple warranty exchange. I went ahead and just took the earbuds and went the following day to the North Star store and was in and out in less than 15mins with the correct product. Absolutely the worst experience.

We went in looking for vehicle cams,to protect our vehicles,but not knowing from which ones to pick from,how much time they could cover,or what was needed to recover the recordings,ect. I do not know to much technology,but justin,I believe was his name really had a lot of patience with us,and truly educated us in every camera,and how long each chip covered of time,as how to retrieve the recordings from a computer,which does not need internet,or how even a library can help you to view it and erase it ,to keep it active and ready when needed. This guy do not only deserve a raise,but he deserves to be a manager as well. He did not hide from us like other employees,he did not ignore us like other employees. He did not act like he did not know his job,but was extremely knowledgeable in all of their store products. He had lots of patience,was very kind and supportive of our need for these products. He even helped with another issue of a small fridge cord,I been looking for months for,but never could find. God bless employees like him,who go out of their way to find what you need,educate you in products you do not know about,and make your day of shopping better and happier.

Came in to grab a simple ssd. I ask several employees for assistance and they all seem to be busy but just standing there. It would just take a second to grab from the glass shelve . But they all said the same thing, "will call someone for you” there’s wasn’t a lot of customers but still waited and waited for 30 minutes until I ask the 7th person and took him 1 second to unlock the glass and I was on my way. Was going to buy other things but I really just wanted to get out of there due to the fact that they had me waiting for a long time.. I never had had this experience at other Best Buys .. the employees were not professional, they need to improve…And also this location definitely needs to be updated..

Walked in and didn’t get a welcome from lady thats gate keeping the check in computer. At first I didn’t realize I had to check in to get help. I ask a few sells rep and finally one of them told me I need to check in. Lady with the brown hair and long fingers nail was ignoring me so I ended up asking for another manager to check me in. This store needs to explain how to get help in the store. Serval people that I notice walked out upset because no one helped them with a sell. Be better SW military Best Buy. Tell the brown hair lady to welcome ppl and ask if they need a check in. Or get rid of the check in system because this store had 3 customer and 5 sell rep not helping people.

Sales floor employees were awful and disrespectful. Me and my fiance waited for 30 minutes talked to three employees and still no help to unlock the glass to buy one of there products. Saw a member of management and ask for help. He walked pass my fiance and didn't say a word. Very unprofessional. The only reason this isn't one star is because Geek Squad was very polite and professional. Good on Geek Squad but the sales floor people awful work.

My wife and I were shopping for a computer tower we walked in no one said hello or anything when we got to the only towers they had no one came around to see if we need help or not finally after about 20 minutes someone finally ask us if we needed help. Best buy used to be the place to go to get advice and product, but it's not that way any longer. So we went home and ordered one on Amazon Best buy lost that $1000 order.

Update: I received a call from BestBuy my package was found next morning, after all that stress having to make a police report, now I have to follow up with SAPD about how the box was found. What a mess!!! My delivery for pickup was stolen, now I have to make police report in order get refund from Samsung. It was signed by by employee too. Theives, order from different BestBuy if possible. Police report been made!

Geek squad is horrible. 3 different times I’ve been there for my Apple care to replace screen. Every time they find an excuse to not do it. Yesterday they scheduled me an appt for 540. Got there at 530 and was told the guy that does them is leaving. Why schedule me for that time if no one will be there. Wasted over an hr dr and gas for nothing. Do not go here for geek squad. Not worth the headache.

Went in for an item that showed to be in stock for pickup. I was directed to 5 different sections to where the item might be found . Searchingn, checking and asking the help for over 30 minutes, I finally got a dedicated rep who stated it will be found in one of 2 places, wait here he said, within 5 minutes he appears with the item. I ask where was it located, In the Back room. Go figure.

This Best Buy is not very well stocked. Some of the most basic items, such as batteries, were nearly empty. The GoPro section was nearly empty. No cases or other gear. No employees walking around to help or ask questions regarding open box prices since there was not much available. Many items seemed in the wrong area or had no pricing. Not impressed!

Ok so the, Best Buy, on S.E Military Dr. Has a girl named, Egypt in the Electronic Dept & she is on point, EVERYTHING, I asked her about she knew.... Egypt no longer works there unfortunately, but there is James & Richard who are great in customer service & can help also one other guy. I forgot his name but he also was awesome.

The store had what I needed. I asked an employee where a particular cable was that I needed for my stereo. He told me he was busy helping someone else but what I needed should be in this certain area. It wasn't where he said. I found it on my own. It's very hard to get assistance from employees in this store.

Still waiting on delivery of washer and dryer at 7:50 pm. My delivery schedule was from 1:00 to 5:00 pm. Called twice with no feedback. Very frustrating. I bet if I were late on my payment they would NOT omit a late payment fee. I recommend going elsewhere for purchases. Never again will I buy from Best Buy.

My expectations were surpassed, due to the fact that my collectible came in, in perfect condition. The customer service I received was also very outstanding. I appreciate that alot.

It was okay, experience. I walked around store for about 10 minutes before I was actually greeted. Originally was looking for S23+ case, which no one even helped with. I couldn't find correct prices posted, had to use app to scan items on several items placed by wrong barcode prices.

Don’t waste your time coming to this location. Refused to return an open-box item purchased at a different store. Ended up driving 20 miles just to find out that this is not a Best Buy policy. Go to a different location that actually takes care of their customers.

Parking lot was dark. There was no lights on. Very unsafe. Check out was only two persons that also worked as customer service and online pickup. Workers standing around talking to each other. Very uncustomer friendly.

The line in this store is always long. I'm not sure why they decided to close the registers up front down, but now they have funneled the cashier line, online/in-store pick, and customer service line into one.
