Please be so kind as to read to the end as I have added yet another example of Vic's wonderfulness. I do not know Vic other than as my new mechanic. Vic is fair in his pricing. Does exactly what he says for how much. Communicates with customers if there is any problem or change proactively. Made the part I brought with me work with a little creativity., which saved me eating the part cost as it was past return time as I had been LOOKING for a fair mechanic for months. Lastly I suggest you look at the other reviews from the TWO bad reviewers. They are almost ALL bad. That is suspect to me. Vic is the guy I have been wanting to find for 8 years. Will be going back forever. I'd also like to add then Vic really tries his best to take care of every person who walks in there with everything he's got he's a very very busy man and yet sitting there for an hour while it works in your car and watch out he helps every person even little old ladies with check engine lights and low tires. Anyone who says they had a bad experience here it's not telling the truth personally I think this guy is a saint he really really cares about helping people and it's clear that everybody cares about him I Now the Saga of the jeep. I have this old Jeep Grand Cherokee that I love it's run great for years and years but lately it started stalling out intermittently I did all kinds of research on the internet took it to three different mechanics try swapping out a bunch of parts some of them myself and some paying another mechanics to do letting the Jeep go would mean I wouldn't have a car that I could drive in bad weather and I'd have to spend at least $30,000 to get a new car with the same abilities so I really want to get this cheap fixed. After installing the new fuel pump did not solve the problem which was my theory and wanted him to try when he had time I brought it back down he took a ton of his own time to try to find the problem. Doing old world detective work with a vehicle that would only stall part of the time I'm so impressed with this I cannot tell you and the whole time he just seems like the nicest person no other mechanic would go through this hassle this is an odb1 so there's no computer code to tell you exactly what's wrong there are computer codes but they're kind of limited and there was no code for this problem and the problem happened intermittently so somebody had to do old world mechanical diagnostics and try over and over again until they could catch the thing failing Vic did this. He doesn't seem like the kind of person who craves money I don't think he would ever give anybody a bad deal and somebody like this deserves the community support it's such a rare thing in the modern world

My Car Lot sent me to have a few things checked our on the car I just bought. The mechanic went through all 4 brakes and made sure that they did not need changing. He took his time trying to figure out the issue with the truck latch. The owner happened to show up right before I left. He had me to do a test drive with him in the car to make sure I wasn't still hearing the noise. When we got back he had the mechanic double check one more time before I left. I was told to bring the car back if I hear the noise again. They are super friendly people there that make sure all issues are taken care of before you leave them. Great Customer Service and mechanic car care. I would totally recommend it to other people.

Very honest, customer oriented repair shop. I had a repair on my prius, and when I visited, the owner and manager had taken a look, gave me options of replacement either by a junk part or the original, and gave me straight forward cost estimates. Very decent pricing, on time service. I would definitely recommend them if you are looking for a trust worthy mechanic. Also, visited with my new car for a maintenance light check up for my Scion tC. They analyzed it for free, and told me it wasn't a problem, and the light turned on as per the car settings and not cause of a real issue.

Extremely knowledgeable and friendly they treat you like family and the reason I say that is because they make sure that the job gets done properly with extremely reasonable pricing and they will try their best to get you taken care of as soon as possible I've had an control arm replaced on my 350Z here without making an appointment before and thay had it handled the same day so my personal experience getting work done here was great and I can't begin to tell you how much better my car runs with that gas

These guys are the real deal! They are fast and they get the job done right. They are not going to cheat you out of your money and lie to you like some other mechanics. Best Wrench just has hardworking, knowledgeable staff and they just seem like great folks overall. They could have made WAY more money off me because I don’t know anything about cars but just charged for the honest labor. I won’t take my vehicle anywhere else! Very impressed on my first time visit to this shop. Customer service was above and beyond. I talked to Vic about replacing O2 sensors on my 2013 BMW X3. Vic very professional and friendly let me know that him and his team could do the job and do it immediately. They did just that!!! So glad I stopped in at Best Wrench Auto Care. Excellent customer service. I will definitely be returning to this shop.

Needed a new battery. I got there before open. I had the privilege of meeting VIC. Vic ( whom had breakfast in one hand btw) stopped on his way into open the place and talked with me. Answered a couple questions. Cool dude to chat with. Prices VERY fair, service top notch) No need to look further

Vik is seriously good. he not only will get the job done quickly but he will take his time going into detail as to what the problem was and exactly the steps he took to fix the issue. I can't think of a better way to help a customer with automotive issues than what he is already doing.

Excellent auto care. Fair prices. Non-Ethanol gas in all 3 grades. Well lighted at night. Free AIR for tires, clean windshield wash with towels. Personal service for those Customers with questions about the condition of their vehicles. FULL SERVICE DURING OPEN HOURS.

They work fast and efficient. Nice people. Listened to me explain the problem, tested the car, told me the problem and pricing. I went and got my own parts and they fixed it asap. Within a couple hours total, I was out the door. Very Happy !

Do yourself a favor! Stay away from these crocked guys. They replace that aren’t necessary and charge you crazy! And also lie to you about the charges. The most unprofessional auto shop I’ve ever seen! DON’T EVER DO BUSINESS With these guys!

We were on a business trip in our big truck and needed a shop to do some repairs. Went all over and could not find a shop to fix it in a timely manner. Showed up at 3:30 & by 6:30 we were back on the road. Great shop and great price!

Vic is a real friendly, professional mechanic I would recommend Best Wrench for all automotive problems they treat you fairly and dont overcharge your wallet, I'll definitely come back again in the future for my mechanical issues

Although the station changed ownership a few years ago, the service station remains a true community automotive esource for our neighborhood. The manager, Vick, is always very friendly and accomodating.

Vick at Best Wrench is simply an incredible mechanic. His prices are always fair and he does great quality work. He's the only mechanic I have used for over a decade and the only one I will ever go to.

The only place I have found around the area that has 93 octane non-ethanol gas at the pump. I have had very good luck with it in my turbo Polaris RZR as well as all of the small engines we have.

I can't speak for the car care because I haven't had any work done here, but they offer ethanol free gas at the pumps which is a plus.

Pricing is very fair. The work on my car was less than an hour and the shop didn’t charge me for an full hour labor. I’m grateful.

They replaced all 4 rotors , brake pads and oil change. I feel much safer driving over Monteagle mountain. Great work!
